Seine-Saint-Denis : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location, it's very easy to access busses and trains. It is easily accessible by RER B from the airport. The apartment is quite small, but is clean and very well organized. Baptiste is a great host. He provided us with all the information we needed, and has been checking if everything is okay and whether we needed anything. I an happy to recommend his place to other visitors.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt vor allem durch die zentrale Lage! Sie ist ideal für ein Wochenendtrip nach Paris. Viele Highlights und nette Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Allerdings ist sie relativ dunkel und klein und die Möbel teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen (da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, hat uns das aber nicht gestört).

J’ai adoré séjourné chez Anastasia ! Le logement est impeccable, à proximité du métro (environ 10min) il est très facile d’aller dans le centre de Paris. L’hôte est très réactive et nous n’avons eu aucun problème ! Le parking est sécurisé et facile d’accès Je recommande ! 😊

Eine hübsche kleine Wohnung mit gute Metro-Anbindung. Leider grenzen Gegenden an, die man nachts besser nicht allein aufsuchen sollten die auch nicht wirklich hübsch sind. Wir hatten aber keine Probleme damit. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht und das Gastgeber-Team ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir bekamen auf jede Frage sofort Antwort und zusätzlich auch ein paar schöne Tipps. Am Silvesterabend fanden wir ein Tablett mit Blumenarrangement, Champagner, Gläsern und Champomy (für Kinder) in der Wohnung vor. Das war sehr süß. Direkt im im Gebäude ist ein LIDL was sehr praktisch war. Den wohnungseigenen Stellplatz in einer abgeschlossenen Parkgarage, weiß jeder zu schätzen, der schon einmal mit dem Auto in PAris war und dort einen Parkplatz gesucht hat. Von unserer Seite bekommt diese Wohnung eine positive Empfehlung.

I loved staying at Jacqueline’s place. It felt like being in a beautiful home rather than somewhere impersonal- filled with beautiful things to look at and interesting books. My two children came to stay for a couple of nights (I was on a work trip for my stay) and I was a little worried that they might damage something, but all was fine (just needed to move a glass coffee table). There are lovely places to eat around- I bought fantastic food on Rue Lebon and hardly needed to use the metro. I loved the restaurant Le Paris 17. It was a very safe and quiet area to stay in, I often had to walk home from work late at night.

Espaço muito agradável, recepção excelente fomos recebidos na entrada da casa, dentro de casa tinha biscoitos deliciosos, refrigerante, Nescau, café e água mineral disponível na geladeira. Próximo do aeroporto Charles de Gaulle 25 min, e 45 minutos do Centro de Páris. Iremos voltar com certeza.

We had the BEST stay here, felt like we were at home in this secluded private little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Paris. It was a short 5min walk to the metro and in what felt like a super safe neighborhood that had a well-lit street and a gated entrance to the air bnb. Samuel delighted us with his piano playing that we could here once in a while and was really quick to respond. Even brought me bandaids for my blisters. The beds were soooo comfy and the place was spacious with two decks and we had an awesome espresso machine along with a washer and drying rack. The views were great and we even saw a wild hedgehog. The place was quiet and serene, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay, we were actually sad to leave. Merci Samuel pour tout!!

Such a great, unique, experience. The furnishings, artwork, unique layout - all really make for a nice experience, like you are staying in an art studio, instead of a drab typical air bnb. We are from California and stayed here with our two kids. Everyone loved the unit. The neighborhood is very "city" feeling to us. We walked to the train most days and went to Paris which worked great. This rental has its own secondary entrance from the street into a shared courtyard that was very nice and added to the overall safe feeling. The host was very communicative, met with us in person at check in and answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

fantastic Airbnb. We've stayed in over 50 Airbnb's around the world and Tarik's is one of the best. Tarik is super responsive, very helpful. We're a family of nine, stayed comfortably. Everything was fantastic.

This house looked exactly like the pictures and the host was amazing. We had a co-host meet us to walk through the house, plus there were video instructions on how to use all the appliances. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towels and travel toiletries. The house was very clean, organized and fit our two families well. We had two sets of parents, 1 teenager and 2 pre-teens and everyone had their own space. The house itself is also beautifully remodeled. We used uber most of the time to get around, but the house is walking distance to public transportation too. There's also a Franprix within walking distance for household food and items. I would highly recommend this house and host to everyone.

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Le logement était parfait . Dans une résidence sécurisée et calme . Très bonne literie même le clic clac . Tout le nécessaire pour se faire les repas .Salle de bain impeccable. Hôte trés reactif , instructions claires . Balcon avec vue dégagée. Calme . Boulangerie, supérette , café , restaurants en bas de l'immeuble . Très bien placé pour visiter tous les grands lieux de Paris . Bouche de metro proche . Quartier calme où il est agréable de se balader. Bref , au Top . On reviendra

Eva's flat was very charming in a location really easy to get to. We often just walked rather than taking the metro but when we wanted to take the metro it was super accessible. The neighborhood is quite urban and lively. We jogged along the Canal Saint-Martin, enjoyed meandering around the city and also relaxing in her cozy flat. The bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Her flat is lived in which brings an added charm, with good light on the 5th floor. She always answered my messages really quickly and had great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in. We arrived on the last train and picked up a key at a hotel around the corner from her flat. Eva is friendly and easy going and we would absolutely stay again.

This was a great apartment in a perfect location in Paris with access to everything within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and had everything we possibly needed for our short trip. Kazumi was outstanding she met us upon arrival gave us the keys and walkthrough and she constantly checked on us and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. I would absolutely recommend her place and If possible on my next trip I would try to book this location again.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s apartment. Everything from communication from Eric, proximity to Stade de France, metro and great value restaurants locally. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Paris. The apartment was beautiful and the outside terrace perfect. Thank you Eric.

호스트의 감각이 잘 묻어나는 멋진 공간입니다. 두 개의 침실과 두 개의 화장실 그리고 넓은 거실이 갖추어져 있고 무엇보다 거실 옆의 서재 공간이 마음이 들었습니다. (예술 관련 책이 꽂혀진 책장과 책상 그리고 피아노가 있습니다) 그리고 주방이 조리도구와 식기들이 수준급으로 갖추어져 있어서 집에서도 훌륭한 식사가 가능했습니다. 저는 집에 오는 길에 에펠탑을 보면서 걸을 수 있어서 특히 좋았습니다. 저의 경우는 겨울이라 테라스를 이용하지 못했지만, 식사 공간이 갖춰진 테라스도 이 집의 장점이라고 생각합니다. 거실과 방마다의 큰 창을 통해 파리의 아침과 저녁 풍경을 보는 즐거움도 존재합니다. 또한 샤워시설도 난방시설도 모두 작동이 잘 되고 조절도 수월합니다. 마지막으로 이렇게 이야기하고 싶습니다. 여행이란 기본적으로 피곤할 수 밖에 없는 것인데, 저녁마다 집에서 잘 쉬어서 피로가 누적되지 않고 매일 좋은 컨디션으로 시작할 수 있었던 것이 이 집에 가장 고마운 점입니다. 다시 파리에 온다면 이 집에 머물고 싶습니다 :)

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s place. The location is very good. You can walk to several supermarkets as well as a metro station in only 2 minutes. The apartment itself is so colourful and cozy, we felt right at home. Our 3-year-old daughter loved all the toys, she almost didn’t want to come and explore Paris with us. All in all, it was a great choice for our family!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lola et nous y reviendrons certainement si nous passons a Gagny! Très reactive à nos besoins et flexible!
