Stayed here twice. Each time about a week. Great place to stay with lots of walkable shopping malls and restaurants.

The host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Property was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend thanks for hosting us.

The security is good, clean and comfortable

Very nice place. A little difficult to gain the access card. But other than that, everything was perfect and comfortable there. Would definitely get this place again for future JB visits.

It was amazing experience staying this unit, furnishment was perfect and so comfortable, made me feel like at home during several months stay. Highly encourage new comer to stay here, i bet no regret.

Vivi and Li were very helpful and considered. They responded promptly to our requests. Li helped us solving trouble on facility reservation very timely and enabled us stayed out of worrying. The house is clean, tidy and well equipped. They even provide handphone charger cable, beach sandals which are not mentioned in their amenities list. Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.

We are usually particularly concern with the cleanliness of the unit, we are thankful that the place is well maintained n clean. There are enough bedding arrangements for 8 pax. The kids loved the mezzanine play area.

my second stay in Jason's place. super nice host. we accidently broke the plate and he was so kind and did not charge us. super clean and well organize house.

Pleasant stay. Beautiful place, well maintained. Host is thoughtful and friendly. Always ensured they are there to answer our questions. They also provided welcome snack and drink which is nice surprise, “go the extra mile” for their guests. Towels are clean. House is spotless. Will definitely be back again!

The unit matched the photos shown. It was clean and exudes warmth. Lovely to the eyes and cosy to the heart. It was also in a peaceful neighbourhood that is walking distance to eateries and groceries. The family and I like the unit very much and will definitely book a return stay if we are in the area! Good job!

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.

As always our stay was wonderful! Yongs place is ideally situated with it being only 5 minutes walk to Mall of Medini and Lego Land. It’s clean, well maintained and spacious with comfy ‘home like’ touches that make your stay truly enjoyable. I travel to Johor fairly regularly and stay no where else
