Selargius : locations de vacances en appartement

Alles entspannt und unkompliziert wie man es erwartet. Wir konnten jederzeit mit Francesco sprechen und er hat sich unseren Problemen angenommen. Alles Super.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Enrica and husband. Grazzie.

Just what I needed for an overnight stay to onward travel. Walking distance from train and bus stations.

Luana’s apartment was so lovely. Super easy to access the main road to get in and out of the city for day adventures, easy, short walk to the historic city for restaurants, shopping, etc. They wet er incredibly helpful our entire stay. The bedroom and kitchen open up to nice trees as well - super charming. Would absolutely stay again!

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.

L’appartamento “come a casa” è esattamente quello che promette. Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e una piccola di 2 anni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in centro, ma in un contesto tranquillo. A due passi si trova tutto quello di che cui si possa avere bisogno. Inoltre dista pochissimo da tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Marzia è stata un’ottima host! Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento!

We werden door Barbara ontvangen, die echter alleen italiaans spreekt. We kwamen er goed uit. Ze reageerde altijd zeer snel. Het appartement is geweldig voor 2 personen. Voor en achter een ruim terras met goede meubels. Ook waren er 2 stoeltjes, badlakens en 1 parasol voor het strand aanwezig. Wifi is goed maar streamen gaat moeizaam. Buren zijn hoorbaar, maar niet irritant. De ligging is erg prettig, net buiten de drukte maar op zeer korte afstand tot het centrum met restaurants, bars e.d. Ook zijn er supermarkten in de buurt. Parkeren voor de deur is geen probleem. kortom een aanrader!

Enrico's place is quiet, but super central, so all the sights etc are in walking distance. The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures from the ad. Enrico welcomed us personally, showed us around and even had some sardinian treats and wine ready when we arrived 🤩 he was easy to reach for any questions and suggestions also after that. We'll be staying here again, if we return to Cagliari!

Exceptionally clean property. Extremely clear instructions from the host regarding check in. Great location. Nice big shower with excellent water pressure. Hairdryer was of a good quality (not like what you get in hotels).

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Cagliari, het appartement was top in orde en Renata heeft ons allerlei tips en tricks gegeven voor in de buurt. Een super fijne host en zeker een aanrader!

Fantastic location - very central to the heart of Cagliari. Lots of really great restaurants really close by. The host was very responsive and helpful during the whole process and throughout my stay. Would recommend to others.

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Anna war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist groß, hell und liegt wirklich super. Es ist einfach, zu Fuß alles zu erkunden oder umliegend den Bus zu nehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Anlage und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie. Traumhafte Strände, auch Cagliari ist gut erreichbar, eine ruhige und saubere Wohnanlage mit großen Balkons in verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen, sodass man immer je nach Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten genießen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch auch für ganz kleine Gäste :-) Vincent ist sehr gut erreichbar und war immer ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

Le logement était propre, rangé et équipé d’absolument tout le nécessaire. Literie confortable, moustiquaires partout. Mention spéciale pour le petit sac isotherme, très pratique pour emmener pique nique et boisson fraîche ☺️ Le parapluie également nous a bien dépannés - meme si je ne souhaite pas aux prochains d’avoir à l’utiliser ! Pas de mauvaise surprise bien au contraire, l’appartement est conforme aux photos / descriptions. L’endroit est paisible et jouit d’une vue magnifique 😍 plage accessible très facilement. Simonetta est prévenante et réactive, elle n’est pas avare de recommandations 😄 Encore merci ! 🙏 et au plaisir 😉

Le logement est parfait pour profiter de Cagliari ! T'es accessible et très bien placé. La terrasse offre un véritable havre de paix, cest super :):) Merci beaucoup Carlo pour ton accueil ! Et je ne peux pas écrire de commentaires sans mentionner les merveilleux Spyke et Pistacchio, adorables :):):) Je reviendrai à la premiere occasion !

Carlo et sa femme sont des hôtes exceptionnels et d'une extrême gentillesse . Ils sont toujours là pour rendre service ou pour nous indiquer de belles plages et de bons restaurants. La maison est au top avec sa magnifique architecture moderne et la piscine est ensoleillée du matin au soir. La chambre avec la salle de bain que nous avions louée était idéale pour 2 personnes, très propre et la terrasse attenante très grande. Le petit déjeuner est un régal, il y en a pour tous les goûts, du salé du sucré, des fruits etc j'ai rarement vu, dans mes précédentes locations, un petit déjeuner aussi copieux avec des produits de si bonne qualité. Je conseil tout de même aux voyageurs de louer une voiture ou un scooter. Nous c'était un scooter et nous avons pu faire pleins de choses sympa. Il y a des arrêts de bus pas loin de la maison, mais nous n'avons pas testé. Ce qui est certain, c'est que je projète déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine car le sud de la Sardaigne est magnifique et que je me suis sentie comme à la maison dans la demeure de Carlo et sa femme. Donc un énorme merci à Carlo et sa femme pour le merveilleux séjour que nous avons passé :)
