Selfoss : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

La sistemazione e’ stata quanto di meglio potessimo aspettarci. La casa consente di ospitare 7/8 persone in un ambiente accogliente, caldo e ben arredato, con una cucina fornitissima di tutto quello che può servire. Due bei bagni con doccia molto puliti e forniti di molti asciugamani. La titolare è stata molto premurosa nel contattarci per fornirci in anticipo tutte le indicazioni utili e molti suggerimenti su quanto poteva offrire il circondario. Selfoss e’ un’ottima base per visitare la parte sud dell’Islanda e la casa e’ in una zona tranquilla, qualche kilometro fuori città, attigua ad un allevamento di cavalli, ma allo stesso tempo molto comoda a tutti i servizi utili per gli approvvigionamenti quotidiani. L’esperienza vissuta è stata eccellente.

We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. I’d recommend this AirBnb to anyone!

Soggiornare da Tolli è stata un’esperienza veramente incredibile, parte fondamentale del viaggio in Islanda. Non un semplice posto in cui dormire, ma un luogo per godersi il paesaggio e dei momenti piacevoli con i miei amici. La casa è davvero fighissima, l’architettura molto accattivante. Andare via è stato difficile. Grazie Tolli!!

We were absolutely amazed when we walk in to the house. Hjordis’s house is even nicer than in to the photos! House was very stylish, clean and cozy and with all little details which were waiting there for us we were really amazed. There were also provided everything you should need during your stay here. Also instructions was very clear so we didn’t have a problem with anything. It was also great location for our shorter Icelandic trip and we catch everything we wanted to see from there.

Amazing spot in a perfect location. Easily walkable to any sights in Reykjavik. Very cozy home with everything you'd need for a great stay. And awesome hosts! I'd highly recommend and look forward to returning.

This was an absolutely amazing stay amid a beautiful horse farm, just a little off of the beaten path and still very easy to get to and close to many wonderful sites of interest. Kristján and his family were incredibly welcoming, the house was pristine and larger and even more comfortable than expected from the photos, with excellent heating and all of the amenities we could have wanted. It was a great place to stay with kids, and our hosts were incredibly generous about sharing their knowledge and love of animals with us and our children. I highly recommend it.

Family of 5 stayed for 6 nights at Aron’s apartment. Modern building, modern decor, clean and comfortable. Satnav took us direct to the building. We always found a parking space when we returned from a day out exploring, only one day we couldn’t get out the front. There are apartments being built next door, work starts about 8am but the property is so well insulated did not cause us any noise issues. You can see right round the bay to the harbour in Reykjavík and we walked in a couple of times for dinner, took about 30 mins to walk. Great location to be based at, all main driving routes easily accessible. Local grocery store close. Tours left from Hotel Cabin across the road. Comfortable beds inc the sofa bed. Cooked dinner a couple of nights and oven and hob worked fine. Aron’s instructions getting into the building, getting the key were perfect. We felt safe and secure the whole time in Aron’s place. If I had to leave one comment for improvement would be the addition of a microwave.

The directions given to us for getting from the airport to the apartment were concise and easy to follow. Checking in was an easy process thanks to the instructions given to us. The apartment was well presented, very clean and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was a ten minute walk to the old town where there were many restaurants and bars. We’d definitely stay in this apartment again.

Excellent location, clean and welcoming apartment. Host provided great details and was responsive with information and general inquiries. We were a group of 4 and the space was accommodating, comfortable, quiet, easy parking and great restaurants/bars and shopping. My fav part was walking across the street and strolling along the sea, seeing the sculptures, talking with locals. Recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a spacious layout at an affordable price. Would definately stay here again!

Amazing! The best location on a quiet street but so close to everything! (Especially Town Hall where all the tour companies pick you up). Best communication, instant answers to any questions and helpful proactive information. Love the shower with instant hit water, huge living/dining room, comfortable beds, all of it was great. Seriously, stay here if you can.

A beautiful apartment that looks just like the photos! Comfy beds, spacious living room, well-stocked and modern kitchen. And super close to the downtown, many parks, and coastline. We really enjoyed our stay here!

My family and I (5 adults) had a great stay there. Hjalmar and his wife greeted us when we arrived at the house. He was very responsive and flexible with our check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything. We would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great location and perfect size for our family of 3. Recommendations were great, especially the local pool. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Check-in was easy. Sigríður and her husband met us and showed us around the accommodation. There were incredibly lovely and made our trip more memorable. The accommodation is personable and makes you feel like you are staying in the downstairs of a relative's home. They were also respectful of privacy and were not imposing. The accommodation is very comfortable and was much better than the pictures. The location is about a 30-40minute walk from Reykjavik city centre which was fine for us as we had a car. Parking is plentiful on surrounding streets. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home! Even though there is no cleaning fee and guests clean up after themselves, the house was spotless, with fresh bed linens and a well-maintained space. It has everything you need, making it feel more like a home rather than a hotel or a typical Airbnb. We truly appreciated the warm and inviting atmosphere. We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment. It was a nice location to be outside the city but have easy access to main roads and shops. We chose this place as it was walking distance to our friends' house. Heba's decor is very pleasing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space is well designed for relaxation and practicality. It was easy to park our rental car in the driveway.

Unbelievable location. Hronns home is extremely clean and very comfortable. You could not get a better location in the city, it was central to everything. You can walk to all the best bars and restaurants. There is a market right across the street to get whatever you need. We felt right at home and it was a great place to come back to after long tours. The included parking space was so convenient and saved me money on parking. The place is impeccably decorated and the bed was really comfortable. Hronn and Siggi are very warm, welcoming, and lovely people. I accidentally locked myself out and they answered my call immediately to help me. They also go out of their way to provide helpful information about the area in a convenient pamphlet left on the counter.. These are truly great people and I am already planning my next trip back. I can honestly say I would not stay anywhere else in Reykjavik as long as this place is available.

Olafur lists his response time as 11 hours, but he was usually much quicker than that. His was a nice place accessible to many restaurants and not far from the downtown area. Quiet at night, lots of parking, a great home away from home.

Great stay in Reykjavik! Highly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in the city. Walkable to many museums, restaurants, and shops. Super convenient! The hot tub is an added bonus :)

This was our favorite place we stayed while in Iceland. The most picturesque setting, quiet, and a great location. We looked at hotels and then found this - so glad we stayed here instead. The horse farm is beautiful and they clearly have a very professional operation, we were super impressed with the facilities, and loved the horses, dogs and farm cat. Someone was there to greet us and show us around, which was helpful. We liked being just a few minutes from Hella, where there was a market and vinboudin (ABC store), as well as a few restaurants and coffee. We explored as far as Vik and back, and that whole area was our favorite part of the trip. We spent 2 nights but could have spent another. Just a fantastic spot! The pool, hot tub and sauna were one of the main reasons we booked this property and we used them every day. We thought they were incredible and the views from the hot tub were just gorgeous. Do not hesitate to book!

We had a great stay in Selfoss. The condo is tucked into a complex of sorts. There is a playground very close which was great for our kids. The condo was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We were out sightseeing most of our time and this was a great “home base”. Not much to see right around the condo but that didn’t bother us. The condo had everything we needed and more. Thanks for a great stay!!
