It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

This was our first time using Airbnb and it couldn’t have been made simpler. This is a beautiful caravan with all the added extras of anything you may need. We felt right at home. Clear instructions of how to find the site and caravan, easy to get in. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. 10/10. Will most definitely recommend you and will hopefully be back. Thank you for a lovely, ad hoc last minute get away.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful and large house, with a great conservatory ideal for hanging out. Our kids are similar age to theirs and the house was perfectly equipped for them with toys, a zip line, and a pool that we did not get to use. The views to the downs are stunning. And Nick was a great host, always available.

The perfect place for a choir group to enjoy a few days singing by the sea When I heard about Warner Wood I knew it would be ideal for a choir trip. We had a wonderful few days there singing, swimming and socialising. The property is huge with plenty of rooms to spread out into and full of character. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to enjoy collective cooking and the coffee machine & frother made heavenly coffees. With both a piano and an electric organ it’s perfect for a group of musicians - though non-musicians will find plenty to occupy themselves with too. The place is full of delightful touches including a relaxing sunroom, lots of great games, even a telescope. We all loved the swimming pool which was warm even in March! The location is perfect - just a few minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk into town. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Kate and Vinny's home! The house was absolutely pristine, with crystal-clear check-in instructions. Everything was perfect - from the soft bedding and cozy blankets to the three beautiful fireplaces that made our Christmas stay magical. The kitchen was fully stocked, even including condiments, and we kept discovering thoughtful touches throughout. As a family from Manhattan 🇺🇸 and Worthing 🇬🇧 coming together, this was the ideal setting for our holiday gathering. We hosted games and celebrations, creating precious memories in this stunning countryside location. This wasn't just a stay - it was an experience that made our 2024 Christmas one of the most special of my lifetime. The warmth of this home and Kate and Vinny's incredible hospitality created memories we'll cherish forever. 100% recommended! ❤️

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

We had a lovely stay. The house is very nicely done and has plenty of space for two people. It's a lovely walk into Arundel where there is the Castle and town with restaurants and shops. Clive was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

We loved the apartment - it was spotless, spacious, and in the most gorgeous seafront location. Hosts had fab communication too. We love the area and will definitely visit again in the future ☺️
