We could not be happier with our stay from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Kay is the most warm and welcoming host we could have asked for, incredibly friendly and so helpful and accommodating! Nothing was too much and she made our whole stay all the more enjoyable! The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The linen and towels smell beautifully clean too! There was a welcome basket with fresh bread, homemade shortbread (the best I’ve EVER had!!!!) butter, jam and marmalade and some milk in the fridge. What a lovely touch! There’s also lots of extra bits in the cupboards if you need. Honestly, if you’re thinking of booking, do it! You won’t be disappointed! We would book again in a heartbeat if we ever visit Littlehampton again! Thank you again Kay! X

Beautiful house inside and out. Excellent attention to detail (quality finishes, linen, fresh flowers on arrival). Really helpful welcome pack and welcoming/accessible communications from host/local contact. Great utilities: aga, double dishwasher/fridge freezers, utility room, integrated speakers, log fire. Thank you, we made some lovely memories here.

A perfectly located bungalow within a 3 min stroll to the beach, beach cafe & saunas. Located at the end of a quiet road running parallel to the beach and a 5 min drive to East Wittering's array of shops & more places to eat. The host Karen & Steve were responsive & so helpful & went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. We appreciated the welcome pack plus the home-made biscuits too. Tastefully furnished & spacious with very comfortable dining and lounge seating with no low down inconvenient inside furniture you often get now. The wrap around garden with sand pit/play zone was spot on for relaxing in plus its secure for dogs. There's an overhang over the patio doors which acts as a sun shade too. Both shower rooms were spacious with hotel quality shampoos and shower gel provided. The large well stocked kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The super-king bedroom & twin bedroom had firmer mattresses. The en-suite room had a soft mattress.

A warm cozy place perfectly located on a secluded street right next to the beach. Can’t stress enough how perfect the location was. Very clean and everything in perfectly working order, plus the most gracious host. A well deserved five star place.

Superb all round. Can’t fault it, lovely place and Karen is a great host. Stayed in the lead up to our wedding before going to the venue and had a lovely time

Roxanne was completely responsive to our late booking, providing all necessary information quickly and in great detail. The caravan was peaceful and in a great location of Southsea, in walking distance from the attractions but far enough away to not hear it. It had everything we needed and Roxanne has put a lot of effort into making it cosy and homely. We particularly liked the comfy beds. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home on the Isle of Wight. The house is very new and in a great location — just a short walk to the beach! We stayed as a family with kids and our dog, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were tidy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The heating and WiFi worked perfectly. We’d definitely love to come back again next time!

It was our third stay in this house. The house is always spotless and has everything you could need and more. The hosts are easy to contact and very helpful. The house’s swimming pool is a great perk, with garden furniture and ambiance lights to relax in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place. There is also a beautiful beach within 5 minutes drive and a friendly pub / restaurant within a minute walk. Absolutely perfect.

So lovely here we will definitely come back. The lodge is well equipped and ideally located with a field next to it for family games .. great walks on the door step and lovely beach to walk down to. Perfect holiday location. Lovely lodge.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

All good, we enjoyed the stay. Didn't venture to the clubhouse/ pool, but would if we had stayed longer. Beach walks lovely, lidl was very handy. Caravan in a good tucked away location 👍

The perfect place for a choir group to enjoy a few days singing by the sea When I heard about Warner Wood I knew it would be ideal for a choir trip. We had a wonderful few days there singing, swimming and socialising. The property is huge with plenty of rooms to spread out into and full of character. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to enjoy collective cooking and the coffee machine & frother made heavenly coffees. With both a piano and an electric organ it’s perfect for a group of musicians - though non-musicians will find plenty to occupy themselves with too. The place is full of delightful touches including a relaxing sunroom, lots of great games, even a telescope. We all loved the swimming pool which was warm even in March! The location is perfect - just a few minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk into town. Other comments: “I was super impressed, wonderful character!” “loved the relaxing atmosphere in the sun room and the heated pool was perfect"

We had a lovely holiday… a lots of things to do and our kids really enjoyed it. Fiona was very helpful and taken all my worries away. A lovely caravan with all amenities. Would love to come back at some time…

The accommodation was everything we had hoped for and more . We have absolutely no hesitation to recommend it to anyone else . Our family of ten were able to live and sleep and relax very comfortably .

A lovely spacious house, much bigger than we expected in a quiet road. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay with friends and 4 children under the age of 4. Perfect facilities for children including lots of books, toys and a lovely garden to run around in. Right next to a park. Thank you for letting us stay and making us feel so at home.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Loved Carl’s place. The bungalow is right on the beach. We had fabulous weather which meant we could enjoy sitting in the garden, listening to the waves and watching the people go by on the path. Carl was excellent at communicating with us. I would definitely recommend this place. We will definitely be booking again.

A great property for multi generational stays, and excellent location just steps away from the beach. Even in the middle of winter we found lots to do, and look forward to returning in the summer to explore more.

Antonia is the perfect host, clear instructions, friendly and very welcoming to their family home. Their home is beautifully thought out inside and out. Nice personal touches around the home, which makes it feel like a home from home. The view from the bedroom was again thought through well, nice touch! Ideal location for couples or family gatherings. Location is ideal spot for a peaceful getaway, just a few minutes away from the local beach. We will definitely be returning! What a great location set in a tree lined private estate. The house and garden were in the perfect place to enjoy the area and make the most of the great weather. The garden, trampoline and other toys were particularly enjoyed by our granddaughter. Whilst only just around the corner the high street felt miles away from the privacy of the area. Thank you.

We had a lovely weekend at Tony’s house. The house is lovely, clean and well kitted out. It has everything you need for a family holiday. Tony was very responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend!
