I've now past my first anniversary of being regular visitor to one of nigels apartments in cosham! Which should tell what amazing places they are to stay! I work in the area a few days a week - and these apartments remain to be a god send for somewhere to relax & rest at the end of a busy day/ week. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable - and always, alway a really good nights sleep! My go to when I'm working in Portsmouth!

We spent a lovely couple of days in Arundel at the Old Chapel. The flat was spacious, very comfortable and well positioned to explore Arundel. Sally was excellent at communicating and very proactive in contacting us to check that the heating and hot water had been switched on by the cleaner. There was useful information in the flat regarding places to visit and recommended places to to eat and where to buy groceries. Would highly recommend.

The flat was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The balcony is wonderful and the location excellent. Loved the views and I got a great photo of the sunset over the Portsmouth skyline. A perfect place to chill out, and I will be back.

I booked this for my engineers who are working in the area & they were very happy with it. Will definitely stay again.

very clean and easy to keep clean; totally practical with all basic necessities; comfortable and inviting; we were there in the winter but the private garden with seating would be a lovely bonus in the summer months.

Had an amazing week staying in Rosie’s Place, it was perfect. Clear instructions, lots of extra useful information. Bonus, parking available at front of apartment. Close to sea front to Havel lovely walks every day. Nice to have views from the bay window looking out at the sea. FABULOUS 😊

An amazing 2 nights that felt like we'd been away for a week! Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

Great location for the Dockyards, Gunwharf and Spinnaker Tower. Gorgeous home with some welcome extras and goodies. Paul was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, had lovely sea views, and was fully equipped with everything we needed - it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were all a great size too, making it a really comfortable stay for 6 adults (and a dog). Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway by the coast.

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

This penthouse is stunning. We wanted a quiet getaway for a family of 6 adults and this was perfect! The penthouse was immaculately clean, linen was of a high standard and the kitchen had all you could possibly need. We loved the balcony which was perfect for that first quiet cuppa. The penthouse is situated in the village and a short walk to the sea which was perfect for us. Overall an amazing stay and wish we had booked longer! Would highly recommend. Thank you to Sarah for making checking in and out seamless. A pefect stay.

Beautiful apartment spotlessly clean plenty of towels central location and wow what a view in general perfect couldn't recommend highly enough and will definitely look at staying again 10 out of 10

We had such a lovely long weekend. The flat was spacious and impeccably clean. The beach was 30 seconds walk away, and there were other beaches and rock pools within a 5 min walk. Our two daughters, 6 and 9, loved the beach, going crabbing, having a barbecue on the beach, and getting ice cream from the ice cream shop. We’ll be back!

Check in would have been faultless but that was down to human error on my behalf not reading the check in process before arriving. Check in was easy after that. the apartment was tidy and clean home from home to be honest. peaceful at night. would definitely use again without hesitation.

Ben's apartment was a great spot in East Wittering, so close to the beach and lovely beach cafe. The apartment was beautifully clean and really well equipped with great storage space. We really appreciated the good quality travel cot and high chair for our 9 month old too. We enjoyed looking at the quirky collection of books and wished we could have stayed longer ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The host was a lovely lady who was very welcoming and gave us clear advice to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and the surrounding neighbourhood felt very safe. I would definitely book again.
