Fantastic family accommodation. Beautiful views & stylish but practical interior. Lots for kids to do inside the house (for bad weather days!). Would highly recommend and we hope to stay there again if we come back to Iceland in the future!

Great communication, beautiful home. We had everything we needed. Views were amazing. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. Klara was a gracious host, very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We plan to come back in the summer next year and will stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Beautifully located house, loved that it was on the water and just a few minutes from the may part of town. Kristen was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

This place was perfect! 4 adult and 4 kids. It was absolutely beautiful home and the owners were so responsive and helpful. The house is walking distance to food markets and some restaurants and only 20 min drive from downtown Reykjavik. Walking trails all along the area. We could not have picked a better place to stay for our visit to Iceland, highly recommend this place!

Great place for a family with small kids. Spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and other toys. Host was flexible with check in and efficient/accommodating even though previous guests checked out a bit late.

Una was an excellent host, she always responded to our communications promptly. Checking in was a breeze no hassles, her instructions were clear and accurate. Location was absolutely perfect close to everything including shops, groceries, restaurants and bars. The house was truly charming cozy and very very clean. It was very comfortable and relaxing staying there. I would definitely consider staying there if I visited Reykjavík again in future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal and Edda was very flexible with our check-in time. We locked ourselves our one early morning and contacted Edda. She immediately made arrangements to have someone with an extra key unlock the door for us. The house was clean and quiet for the most part. The sleeping arrangements were great. The kitchen is amazing as is the living room. Everything we needed for the stay was available which made the trip less stressful. We would definitely recommend Edda's place!

Jette’s house is ideally located to get into Reykjavík and to get out into the absolutely stunning countryside. Located just of the motorway But well soundproofed and superbly insulated you certainly won’t get cold. Jette stayed in contact just enough but felt approachable at the same time. Plenty of grocery shops around so you can cook in the well equipped kitchen. By car it takes about 5-10 mins to get into the old town. Have fun.

The place is spacious, stylish and cozy! Communication was very timely as well. Highly recommend!

It was perfect. Just like the pictures. We were a group of 6 middle aged women and the house/home only attracted compliments. María is friendly and was responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. It’s not far from the city by bus which is good as the taxi prices are a killer. Google map instructions misdirect, that once off the bus you have a 25 minute walk to the house, that’s incorrect, you simply walk through the underpass and it’s a 5 min walk from there. I have no hesitation in recommending this air BnB.

Nice, spacious house matching perfectly matching the description and photos. Worked perfectly for four adults and four kids. Football pitch and playground by the school just a few metres from the house. And a trampoline in the garden. Easy and quick communication with David. Thanks for a great stay!

Kari’s place made us feel right at home especially with little kids. The location is perfectly close to the city to easily get downtown for dinner or sightseeing but is also in a quiet part of town. Kari as a host was very responsive and provided some great recommendations.

We had such a great stay at Vive’s. Firstly, the house is exactly as described. All the rooms, and more Importantly the beds were super clean and very comfortable. The house is spacious and located in a very beautiful and serene neighborhood which is like a 5 to 7 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. We walked along the beautiful bay that’s literally right behind the house, and kids enjoyed playing at a cute playground right next to the bay. Vive had several nice toys which kept the kids entertained at home. The hot tub was great to spend late evenings with friends with a few drinks. Vive was super responsive and helped with any questions we had! I would definitely recommend her place and would stay here again when I come back again to Iceland!

A beautiful home near Reykjavik (10 min drive) & conveniently located near highways for easy travel. Extremely clean and comfortable, amenities as described, amazing back porch and hot tub — felt right at home! Guðjón and his family were incredible hosts and made our first trip to Iceland a VERY special one! Shout out to Tommy & Tia, the house cats — we fell in love! Thank you again for everything; we cannot wait to return!

Nice house in in good area, a lot of space and light. Many games and toys for kids! 10 min by walk to the bus terminal.

Katla's house is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. It is very close to the city center (10 minutes by car), which is very convenient for shopping and eating. There is a gray cat in the house, which is very cute. After 9 days of getting along, we have become good friends and are super happy! I recommend this house!

We loved our stay! The house is just as pictured and perfectly located. Silla was lovely and quick to respond to any question we had. The home was equipped with anything you could possibly need, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
