Absolutely loved Christine's place! Beautiful space right next to their own house, but really peaceful and quiet. We were greeted by Christine and she gave us a quick tour of the place, which was great since we then knew where everything was. Loved the kitchen and the tableware; the space was decorated so beautifully and has such cosy vibes. There was even a small, personal handwritten sign welcoming us to the house. Beds were lined with heated blankets that kept us nice and warm at night. It's really evident that a lot of thought went into making sure that guests had everything they could possibly need. Would love to return for another stay in the future! Definitely recommending Christine's place :)

Robyn's place is great. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Also very secure. Robyn's is friendly and a responsive host. I hope to stay again.

Sue & Greg's place was so relaxing after a long day of driving in the rain. The bed in the enclosed bedroom was so comfortable. We were grateful for food when we arrived and the homemade quiche, muffins, and rhubarb for breakfast. Breakfast also included toast, granola, yogurt, cereal, milk, fruit, tea, and coffee. I wish we could bring our kids and grandkids and swim/hot tub.

Granny at Smylies reception was super friendly, helped us a lot and we had a great communication with her. House is well equipped and the feeling is very cosy. Strongly recommended!

Sharon’s Airbnb was a perfect spot. The space was clean and large. The shower was luxurious and the bed comfortable. Sharon was great to communicate with as well. I would recommend this studio.

This was the perfect spot for me on a solo trip out of Auckland for Matariki weekend! The property is on the outskirts of Christchurch but near enough to drive in for shopping, food, activities, etc. They have a lovely dog (Kip), and the airbnb itself was very clean and tidy. The heat pump and light was left on for my arrival late on Saturday night which was so appreciated as it was cold and dark. Really cute little spot and very private despite being on the host property. Definitely recommend for a solo or couple!

Beautiful little place in very private area with stunning mountains all around. Expect peace, calm and eco-friendly approach. The place itself has everything you might need, however I am not sure it is spacious enough for four adults (for example there is very tiny fridge). Be ready for fixed shower head but the water pressure is ok. We highly recommend this location for nearby one day hikes with some café and restaurant options not far from Springfield. All in all, great stop on our road trip from West to East coast.

What a delightful place to stay, just outside town in a rural setting, quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. Would book again in a heart beat!

We loved our stay in Samantha’s home. Lovely peaceful space, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Great location with restaurants and cafes nearby. We hope to return soon!

I travel on business regularly and loved staying at the Pavilion. Truly awesome home to stay at and relax. I had meetings in the CBD and in Rangiora and it's a very easy commute. We also enjoyed the restaurants just down the road and having the Fresh Choice supermarket so close made our trip even better, given we flew in and had rental cars. Lovely owners - home couldn't have been cleaner - lovely environment and our tennis improved a lot !. Thanks for having us and we will be back soon.

Foothills Studio was an amazing weekend away for my partners birthday. Private, quiet and tranquil retreat that was well equipped and had everything you could need. Very friendly welcome from Geoff introducing himself and the cute animals that live in the paddock next door. The bed was extremely comfortable with enough blankets and pillows. The attention to detail in the property left you wanting for nothing and to top it off, the views of the morning sunrise couldn't be beaten. Very special trip and something we'd love to do again!

Really comfortable home from home with great facilities and a choice of really comfortable beds. Fabulous communication made check in easy. Lovely setting with fabulous family feel. We’ll be back am sure

Hannah's place was perfect for our short stay over in the area. In fact, we wished we had longer! It was perfectly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. It's also a quick drive to the nearby town and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. Hannah was also friendly, responsive and very willing to help out with our requests.

A very cozy studio, the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and scenic. The room is equipped with all the facilities needed for travel accommodation and everything is clean and easy to use. Perfect for couples traveling by self driving.

It was great! Perfect for 2 people and we had everything we needed for 1 night. Romantic for a night away with the partner and it feels private enough without actually being too far from their main house, we felt safe and secure.

I’d love to stay there again. Gorgeous fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. Beautiful surroundings. With Robert Harris and New World just up the road 3-3.5km. I went for a beautiful run to New World past Robert Harris and back through the streets to look at houses. That’s how great the location is. Countryside but so close to town.

We had an amazing 1 night stay in Machi & Roger’s place! They really do go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay, highly recommend and would definitely return should we visit Christchurch again 😁

My husband and I were in New Zealand for 5 weeks and Angela’s home is our top favourite! We felt welcome and at ease. The house was a perfect haven - cozy, clean, and comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in, and we loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and what really made our stay special was the thoughtful touches from Angela. We loved the fresh pears and apples from Angela’s garden - it was such a lovely surprise! We would highly recommend this warm and welcoming space. Thank you for being part of our wonderful experience in NZ. We’d love to be back here again! 🥰

Craig and Kay were wonderful hosts. I enjoyed the chance to catch up with family without putting them under pressure. Craig's place provided that. Ashburton is a beautiful place with many things to do and definitely not short of cafes restaurants.

It is hard to believe Kathy and Ian have not spent their entire lives in the hospitality industry. Simply outstanding hosts that made me feel so comfortable and so welcome within minutes of meeting one another. They provided a clean, quiet and cozy space as the home base for my first visit to Christchurch and to New Zealand. They offered wonderful suggestions for things to see and do in town and in the nearby area as well. Sumner was a wonderful beach community easily accessible via the excellent public bus system and well worth a visit. They even provided minor improvements and alternative driving routes for my intended South Island solo adventure itinerary. Breakfast time was so special with excellent conversations about a huge variety of topics. This was simply a perfect accommodation hosted by the sweetest and most welcoming of couples. Recommend 100% for your Christchurch holiday.

Great place for short or long stays. Leah was a lovely and attentive host. The garden is beautiful in summer so it was lovely to just relax in our little oasis. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Leah!

Just a lovely peaceful AirB&B in a quiet neighborhood! So easy to find and unloading luggage and getting inside was simple. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and this was an extremely well stocked AirB&B that would be great for a multiple day stay (we were only here for 1 night however.). The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch with pods provided - the very first AirB&B we stayed in during our 2-weeks in NZ with one (us Americans are a bit of coffee snobs - haha! Thank you! Communication was great and definitely recommend this property for Christchurch!

Naomi is so accommodating and such a great communicator. she has helped me out on two separate occasions for my parents to stay for 2 separate family weddings a year apart and really has no idea how much it helped us being able to have them and their fur babies hosted. thanks heaps guys!
