As a TA hiker, it was a FANTASTIC place to take rest from the trail. The house is in a quiet area but close to the stores and restaurants. The garden was stunning. The house had everything we needed.

Apartment is bright and welcoming. Good location relatively close to city centre. Bus 60 (Wigram/Southshore) close by about every 30 mins so takes you into city centre. Garage is a large single - good size and height. We had a bit of difficulty getting in and out with a large car but small ones wouldn’t have a problem. Was very clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Can certainly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay and will check availability every time I travel to Christchurch as this will be my preferred place to stay. I've stayed in many other places and seldom find a place that checks all the box's.

Perfect place to stay that is close to the airport and the city itself. Philippa was really responsive and helpful with a cheeky request to check in a little earlier - would recommend!

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

We had the absolute best stay. Emma’s house is laid out fantastically, an open plan lounge and kitchen which led out to the pool meant it was great for our group to relax and socialise. The bedrooms were big, comfy beds, great bathrooms. We were a group of adults but it would also be awesome for kids as the bedrooms are away from the entertaining areas. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d ever need. It’s spacious but cosy. The spa pool was lush! It really contributed to making our friends weekend super special and like an amazing holiday away from home. Emma was very responsive and flexible. It was just the best! Loved it!

We had a lovely time at Natalie-Rose’s cottage. Everything was as described and everything was as we needed. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place for our short stay. Less than 5mins walk to the nearest mall for groceries shopping. Kitchen was fully equipped and provided more than what we expected. Fresh fruits, cereal, coffee..etc Love the bathroom the most as it has strong water pressure. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Forest Lodge is the perfect get away for large groups. Huge kitchen, well equipped with anything you would need to feed an army. And great, cosy lounge. We were worried the bedrooms would be cold, but by following the instructions all went well and we were all toastie… no snow for us this time, but we look forward to coming back again next year! Our son was at a 2 day swimming competition at Selwyn Aquatic Centre so we were delighted with Marlies's home, it is in a great location and very quiet, a 15 minute walk to the pool and a further 15 minutes to 2 supermarkets and restaurants, 3-5 mins by car. The home is immaculate and fully equipped with a large backyard and a view to the hills in the distance, was lucky to see an amazing sunrise from the house. We didn't see Marlies due to the early starts and late finish of the competition but we had to message her and we received a quick response. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

A comfortable house in a quiet and very pleasant area. The location is perfect, with Merivale shops just 5 minutes walk, downtown 5 minutes drive, the northern motorway just minutes away, and a direct route available to the airport via Glandovey Road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

For me, this was exactly what an Air BNB should be; a place that feels like you are visiting an old friend, that you are staying in a home not just a house. It is an older property compared to some I have stayed in recently but none the worse for it; well equipped with everything you would have in your own home. The location has reasonable access to Arthur’s Pass an Tussocklands and is right next to castle hill. Perfect areas for tramping, climbing and skiing.
