This property is private and can easily accommodate 10 guests. For two guests it was incredibly spacious and beautiful place to kick back and relax, and easily walkable to downtown Clermont where there is plenty to do. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in Denver's properties every time I visited Orlando in the last few years, and will continue choosing his properties for years to come as long as they're available. I have in 3 different of his properties and they have been super clean and in perfect condition. Highly recommend!!!

Great place. Enjoyed being close to Flagler Ave. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately, it was rain and 45 degrees for the week so we didnt use the pool, but it looked nice! Carla was quick to respond when an issue with the hot tub heater arose. She took action immediately. Technician came out on a Sunday evening! Certainly would recommend this property and Carla as a host. We will definitely be back.

This is our second stay with Daniel at the Vista Cay property. Both stays were great and the location to the convention center as well as restaurants, Publix, and other things to do is very convenient.

The place was exactly what we needed for a family beach vibe getaway. The garden was fully fenced in, perfect for the dogs to safely explore, and was so peaceful and beautiful.

Nice top floor unit in new building, clean, well appointed, stocked with everything needed, on edge of property so has a more open view overlooking pond , some road noise when out on small balcony but not in the unit. Secondary bedrooms have jack and jill bath. Complex is well maintained and in very handy location w/nice amenities including pool area. Would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay, taking full advantage of the pool, fitness center and walking path around the property. The location is perfect for easy access to the parks and everything Orlando has to offer. Dennis was so easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. We would definitely choose to stay again!

We had 7 people in our group and we were all very comfortable. The house was very clean and homey. Anne was prompt with responses and we were able to get in a little early. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Responsive host and the home was absolutely perfect for our spring break girls trip!

This was a perfect spot for my son, daughter and myself to stay while visiting my oldest daughter. It was safe, easy and in the exact location of where we needed to be! So thankful to stay and we will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was immaculate and being on the lake was beautiful. We did drive down to Disney on a Friday around 4 PM and it took about 35 minutes but it wasn’t a bad drive at all. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Would stay again!

We will absolutely stay again, positive vibes throughout the entire house and property. Emily and Donovan are top-notch hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We planned a n going to De Leon Springs for the whole day and wanted to stay for the night. The place is only 15 mins away from De Leon Springs and close to downtown making it distance wise convenient. It’s an adorable and well 1913 well preserved house in a safe and quiet community. My daughter’s enjoyed the loft because they had their own private place within the house. Our friends liked the place so much that they will rent it out soon to bring their families and friends and do the same itinerary we did. We had breakfast at Chicas Cuban Cafe, only 8mins away from the house and O highly recommended. We will definitely e coming back soon for summer. Thanks Sara and Chris 🤍

Great house, great location. We'd book again!

We loved it so much, we are already booked for next year. Our daughter and husband also booked for next year with hipcamp on the farm. Our dog loved the walks and animals! The newest baby goat was a highlight. Wish the next births would have occurred during our 2 wk stay. Looking forward again to next year!!

Chuck's place was very nice, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located in a lovely area. From the listing I was expecting more privacy. Chuck and his family were respectful of our privacy but the unit is located across the pool deck from the family residence. Additionally, we were expecting the pool to be heated as needed in Florida in January. This is important to know and not in the listing. The pool was therefore not swimable. however Chuck did heat the hot tub for us in the evenings which we appreciated. Overall a lovely place to stay, particularly in a warmer time of year.

Very convenient and perfect place for going to Orange County convention center.

John’s place was exactly what we needed for our family of 8 in town for a graduation. We received clear check in instructions well in advance of our arrival. The home was clean and well-appointed. We would happily return.

This apartment was very clean and free of sand (which is surprising, considering you can walk to the beach from this location). The walk to the beach was clearly marked and only 5 minutes away! Lukasz was quick to communicate and answered questions effectively. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot for a family with a baby in a very convenient and safe location! The home itself was very clean with great amenities. The weather was not the greatest, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool, but I’m looking forward to returning in the future for another Disney trip.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect! Exactly like the photos. The house was spacious with a lot of amenities! Total of 6 adults and 1 kid for our stay. More than enough beds for everyone and lots do for entertainment in the home. Highly recommend for a large group and/or kids. Location was great; within 10-15mins from restaurants, stores, and downtown.

Rene’s place was exactly as described. Great community, very clean, and suited our group well. It was super convenient to everything we planned to do and everyone had space to be. Very responsive to questions and proactive in getting us information about the rental and the community. Can’t recommend this townhome enough if you are looking in the Orlando area!
