I had a fantastic stay! The house was like new, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was amazing—so attentive and accommodating, yet also respectful of my privacy. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

The house was great, even better than the pictures. It was comfortable and relaxing to stay there.

We loved staying at Jacqueline’s place, it was exactly as described and shown in pics; clean, comfortable, updated, well decorated. This was the perfect place for our family of 4, plus our 2 dachshunds, to stay for a few days while visiting Disney parks. It was a very nice neighborhood, fenced in back yard, 40 minute drive to Disney, tons of local restaurants and shopping within minutes. We have no complaints, our stay was perfect, we would recommend to anyone!

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

This was a wonderful little house! It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts communicated well about check-in, where to park, and guests staying in the larger attached house. The neighborhood is within walking distance to downtown Sanford and the riverwalk, making it an ideal location.

Our hosts were very responsive and extra accommodating to our request for an early check-in. The house was very clean and a perfect size for two guests. The bed was comfortable and the air was ice cold. We enjoyed the proximity to the local venues which were just a short walking distance away. The backyard and porch were well lit at night which made us feel safer arriving back after an evening out in Sanford. Thank you for a nice stay!

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment. It’s in a gated community, and it was a fantastic experience! The location was easy to find, and I appreciated the ample parking available. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing great local recommendations that enhanced my stay. I misplaced an item during my visit, but the host was understanding and resolved the issue quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Denny’s place has all you need for a stay in this wonderful town. Great location right in the historic district, awesome patio overlooking a quiet park. Thanks for being able to store our bikes in your shed. Anytime again.

Chrissy as always responds within minutes of any concern or request. She hurried to clean up the property immediately after the previous guests had left so that we could check in early immediately after arrival in Florida due to our lack of sleep.

The space was perfect for what I needed and great location to my family, whom I was visiting! The one thing that wasn't a huge problem for me but that I could see being a problem for others, especially if you take your pets, is they were doing construction on the lot and I noticed a few of the noises startled my cat. She adjusted pretty fast but I know not all pets would. Everything about the apartment interior was great though! Be ready for that spiral staircase, it's not the easiest to navigate. I noticed there's a laundromat just down the road should you need it which is super convenient. Super fast responding to any questions I had, and a great stay overall.

This condo was exactly as described and you couldn’t get any closer to the ocean! This was located in a friendly, quiet complex with direct beach access to the no-drive part of the beach. Shops on Flagler and other restaurants were only 5 minutes away. There is a Publix a couple miles down the road if you need anything. Hannah had excellent communication before, during and at the end of our stay. We would definitely book this again.

The condo was great, as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and in a great community. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and amazing place to stay.

Wendy is a fabulous host! The unit is gorgeous- the photos don’t do it justice! It is stunning. Tastefully decorated in neutral beach tones and stocked to the nines! The mattresses are new and comfortable. The complex is quiet and away from downtown allowing for a relaxing vacation. Out the front door, you can see the ocean. The balcony overlooks beautiful greenery and a boardwalk. We loved our stay!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Everything is just as pictured in this unit. I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area. The host is very responsive and really helps to make it a positive experience.

This condo is wonderful. Right on the water and a shared pool. The complex was very quiet at night. We went on Spring Break so the beach was packed but the kids were very respectful. There was a lot of police presence so no one seemed to get out of hand. The cars on the beach was new for us so finding a spot to sit each day was tricky.

Highly recommend this condo. Great location and had everything we needed. Also loved the resort feel and how we were close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
