This is our second time staying here. Our kids love the back yard. The house is so cute and well kept. We had a great experience once again!

Great communication and location near Sanlando Park. Spacious house with well kept pool. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space and loved the pool area and the access to the pool area from the master bedroom. Living room tv had some connection issues but the couch was very comfortable. Garage access was incredible and it was easy to turn the car around in the drive way to reverse into the garage for easier exit onto North street. Great location with easy access to Altamonte springs and lake Mary area.

Everything was great inside and out! We had everything we needed and more, Jacob was such a great host and very communicative with us throughout the entire stay. There are no complaints here, would definitely stay again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Ahmad’s home for my wedding. It was comfortable and enough room to accommodate my bridal party for hair and makeup. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast! I had a great experience!

Great place with all the little touches that feel like home. The view is wonderful and the pool is a blast.

Suzane was a wonderful, responsive host. She was friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. The location was quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The house was clean, spacious, and without clutter. The pool was great fun and we went in almost every day (in March). It was perfect for our family with everything we needed. We highly recommend and are likely to return! Thank you, Suzane!!

This place was perfect for us! We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. We loved having all of the counter space and table tops for food, flowers, and bridal party make-up! Very clean, beautifully updated and decorated. Theresa was very communicative and accommodating!

We had a great stay at this condo. The owner was responsive and helpful! It was a perfect location for our park days at Universal, which was a 7-10 minute Uber ride away. While we did have to pay for laundry in the building, it was quick and easy to access. The only con was some construction noises at the condo building next door while we were outside trying to enjoy the pool. Otherwise, a flawless stay!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

Our stay was excellent, the condo is perfectly located by attractions, restraunts, stores and other activities - many in walking distance! clean and well stocked kitchen made making meals a home easy, and the beds were comfortable. Clean, well appointed bathrooms and laundry were convenient and well stocked. Being on the 4th floor got a bit tiring to walk up, but it was very safe and secure with a great veiw of the fountain. Bit of a walk/drive to the open pool (the one right next door is closed for renovations) but it wasn't difficult by car or walking to locate it and enjoy the amenities. Lin was very responsive to questions and offered immediate assistance! I would recommend providing instructions for how to use the remotes for the TV's and the thermostat - though they may have been available and we were so busy we missed them. Would definitely stay here again, it was the perfect place for our trip in every way and the host takes pride in the property and hosting her guests!

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

The Dancing Octopus was super cute, comfortable and well located. Stacy and Michael were great hosts. The beach bikes are a nice way to get around; it’s a quick ride to the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance. Check out Garlic and Norwood’s Treehouse. Flagler Avenue is also within walking or biking distance. The place is so well located, easy to get in, and the complex is nice. Stacy always responded to me quickly, and they were very flexible, helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again if and when I return to New Smyrna Beach.

Great clean place. Stayed there for a week and it was so convenient because the convention center shuttle was right in front of the building. There is a nice little trail behind the condo for a nice morning walk. Walgreens is really close by and Publix is across the road. Thank you for being considerate and letting me check out later. Will definitely book this place again!
