Good Location. Quiet/Comfortable.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

This house is exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and quiet. We appreciated the private parking spot and the gated community. We had everything we needed for a trip with multiple generations. If you have mobility issues please notice that all the bedrooms are upstairs, but that was not an issue for us. The kitchen was well appointed and we could eat some meals at home. Communication was flawless with the hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Marcella’s cute and cozy rental is absolutely perfect. It is exactly as described, very comfortable for two. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything you can think of. We appreciated the beach chairs made available to us. It’s perfectly centralized to downtown restaurants and bars. Thank you for hosting!

This is our second time staying at Canterbury Casa and we have loved it both times. The house is super cute and had everything we needed. We loved that within walking distance are great restaurants, bakeries, and the lake. The upstairs deck is a great place to hang out and has a huge umbrella for shade. Kim is super friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, walking distance from some sweet little spots!

If you are looking for an off the beaten path get away, this is the place. Lots of exploring on the property and humming bird watching on the back porch. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Overall nice place. Bandera is only a few minutes away with nice restaurants and shops. Great birthday weekend with the family.

Great location for our golf trip. We been coming to Gulfport for over 25 years. We usually stay at the Island View Casino, but this year we decided to rent a house for our foursome. It was the perfect location. 35 minutes to the Grand Bear Golf Club in Saucier and a short walk to several restraunts. Downtown Gulfport is walkable as long as the weather is nice and you have 15-20 minutes to spare. The house was very clean and well stocked. We will certainly stay again.

This was my second year staying at this incredible Airbnb in Santa Rosa Beach, and I couldn’t be happier! I spent two months here, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a long and comfortable stay. The location is ideal—just minutes from the stunning white sand beaches, great restaurants, and all the charm that 30A has to offer. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding communication. B & C are beyond accommodating, always responsive, and go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. After two wonderful stays, this has truly become my home away from home. I can’t wait to return again next year! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

My family and I felt right at home! The home was as described. The kitchen was well equipped for our month stay, there's a playground & basketball court that our children enjoyed, the neighborhood was peaceful & easy access to shopping, Lackland AFB, & a VA clinic. Would highly recommend!

Gregory was a great host! We were there for a soccer tournament and his Airbnb was exactly what we needed. It was a beautiful house that had plenty of space for our family of 7! Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay! The views from this balcony can’t be beat and walking to Rainey St. was a hop, skip & jump away. It was very clean and had the amenities listed. Would stay here again and/or recommend to others :)

Very clean apartment with great views. Centrally located and walkable. Natiivo is mostly short-term leases condos building and gets a bit busy. Roof top pool was heated and amazing.

Spacious one bed apartment in secure complex with free parking. Loved having coffee on the balcony each morning and washing machine in apartment was fantastic. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Slightly longer walk to good supermarkets.

Cute, cozy, and comfortable. Ashley was quick to respond and very accommodating. I’m never comfortable when I’m away from home…Ashley’s place was very welcoming and comfortable. I will definitely book again!

This was my second time staying in a property of Helen and Randy's and I've greatly enjoyed both occasions. The apartment was cozy and had all of the necessary amenities to have a comfortable stay for 5 days. Everything was properly clean and neatly organized and I had no issues with any aspect of the apartment. One of the most outstanding aspects of this offering, however, was its location. I've truly appreciated being in the East Cesar Chavez neighborhood - I had quick access to good food of numerous cuisines and different meals for the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), great coffee spots, and night hang-outs. I also liked its proximity to Downtown Austin and being able to quickly access the neighborhoods over the river. Although there were many hang-out spots, it never felt too crowded or empty - a very Goldlilocks' "just right". Additionally, it was nice being near a CapMetro BikeShare location. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend and look forward to future visits.

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfect for our family (with a small child). Clean, beautiful, spacious, great balcony, and nice pool for a quick dip on a hot day. Will was super responsive and friendly. We loved the location— and enjoyed walking to many great restaurants and breweries! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.
