We loved the place. Perfect for sharing between two families with kids. Justin was very responsive to address unexpected issues. I highly recommend.

There are 2 houses on this property. I was staying 2 months, and about 10 days into my stay the hot water heater began leaking in the Plum Cottage. A replacement heater had to be ordered. I was offered the chance to move to the other (bigger) Stone House at no additional cost, either until the repair was made, or for the duration of my stay. I chose to remain at the bigger house for the duration. Not only was it an upgrade, but it kept me from having to move all my stuff yet again. That was a very kind offer !! Although this location is in the country and very peaceful, Wimberley is just a short drive for any needed supplies or to visit shops and restaurants. As I'd drive down the road this property is on, folks would wave when passing. I once encountered a deer in the yard as I was heading out. It moved a little farther away, but was still enjoying being on the property a little later when I returned. Nice to be in nature and able to share the same space. A pleasant stay !!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb experience we've had. The hosts really thought of everything and we would recommend any and all families who have children who like animals. Our three year old was a little nervous in the beginning but warmed up to the animals. Our 9 and 6 year old kiddos had the time of their lives helping to feed the animals morning and night with the hosts. There were boots of all sizes available for the kids which was so thoughtful. The foosball table, swing outside, piano and board games were all very useful for keeping us all entertained. We did eat lunch out along with a little outing but chose to cook and eat at home which ended up being perfect. Our kids all want to go back and visit again!! As my son put it, "Ms. Annie is the nicest!" Which is a highest praise from a six year old. It was the loveliest stay that our family will be talking about for a long time. if in the area I would highly recommend staying in this cabin in the woods if you're looking for peace and quiet off the beaten path. we got in late and had no issues getting in we had to get up early in the morning so we weren't able to enjoy the surrounding scenery but the place is in the country quiet peaceful and had beautiful surroundings just didn't have time the next morning to take it all in.

Wonderful , peaceful, extremely restful and very comfortable. Super place if you are traveling with your dogs! I will be back.

Could not recommend this place more, and definitely plan to come back and visit ❤️ Susie and Doug are just the sweetest people, very accommodating and made us feel right at home. My best friend and her hubby are moving to Texas and I’m helping them move and staying here was such a blessing in so many ways. The ranch is absolutely beautiful and the bunkhouse is decorated so cute, it makes you feel right at home. 😊 Susie even brought us fresh eggs from the chickens on the property. Definitely loved staying here, if you’re looking for a warm hug from Texas, Susie and Doug will take good care of you. ❤️ Ps. If you are an animal lover, we fell in love with their ranch dog Bella she greeted us every morning which was too sweet! 🥹

A wonderful experience staying at Mario's place! my family and I (5 of us) came to visit my nephew and sister and we could not have found a better place to stay. The premises were clean, the kitchen was easily usable with the microwave, fridge, and oven working just as well as everything at home. With plenty of plates and utensils as well. There were ample bathrooms which were clean and the master bathroom had an assortment of options for lotions, shampoos and bath salts if one would like to use the bath tub. the decorations were cute and accomodations certainly made us happy. Well worth the price. The living room seating area with the TV had board games as well which we utilized into the night having fun family time. Mario himself was a gentleman and a gracious host. Responding in a timely manner, answering questions, and giving all relevant information well before the stay. Thank you Mario for giving us a wondering place to spend quality time. Hope to actually meet next time!

The house was nice and had lots of sunlight. The kitchen and bathroom had modern fixtures and appliances. The animals were friendly and we had a lot of fun feeding them. The property was beautiful and very well kept. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Our visit to Melissa’s place never disappoints us! Our family loves our stay here! The grandchildren have fond memories of their time here and they look forward to our next visit! This two homes are perfect for a family vacation or a retreat. Pool is not fenced in so children will have to be supervised by adult while outside at all times. I and my mom stayed there and it felt like we were in the woods but we were only a few minutes from shopping and church. Very peaceful which I loved. Animals just a few steps away and they were very friendly. The hosts are super stars that are very responsive and respectful. If you are looking for a picture perfect stay this is it.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Joe and this property. We had an exceptional time. Joe is a phenomenal host and we were welcomed and cared for our entire stay.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. We were looking for a little get away not too far from home (about 2 hours) where we could just relax. This was the perfect place. The property is absolutely beautiful and extremely well maintained and secluded. The home is magnificently restored with the perfect combination of rustic feel but with every modern convenience. We loved the electric fireplaces which gave the cozy ambience we were looking for despite the warm weather outside. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make wonderful meals and a small bbq and charcoal helped make the perfect steaks. The wagon of fishing gear was a huge plus and the pond dock was the ideal spot to spend a morning. Kourtney was extremely helpful and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. We felt spoiled. We will definitely be back soon and are already looking forward to our next weekend. It was a perfect weekend!

This was absolutely a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were hoping for and more! Bill and Jana were so nice and accommodating! We had our toddler with us and he had a blast! He is still talking about the cows and chickens! The apartment itself was so cute, clean, and comfy! The view from the back porch was amazing to wake up to. The host also left us some fresh eggs, and coffee beans for the coffee pot! It is perfect for a couple get away or a small family! Restaurants with good food were within a 10 minute drive! We will absolutely be staying there again. Great place!

My stay was so peaceful, and the surroundings were beautiful! I was given very helpful and detailed instructions prior to check-in. The clawfoot tub was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable! Highly recommend!

My husband & I loved our stay at the farmhaus. The house itself was clean & had a cute vibe. Our favorite part was the mini horse & goats that walk around the property. I would definitely stay again when we come back to Fredericksburg.

The G Ranch was a beautiful place to stay at. A beautiful, private, and peaceful location. Has great food around the area and cattle that you can feed. Would recommend for everyone!!

Dalton was a great host and the farmhouse served as our much needed respite after exploring the gulf. We lucked out and arrived while the wisteria was in full bloom. Great comfy bed and so so so peaceful and quiet at night.
