Wish we would have had more time to stay. The location was perfect. Cozy, clean and quiet. The bikes and path right outside the door were an added bonus. Loved the decor too. We’ll be back for a longer stay in the future!

Very clean and pretty! Exactly what we were looking for, will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. I stayed for a work trip but would love to come back with my family as there is a lot to do on the property!

Lovely place, great location with "quieter" beach even during spring break. The room was clean and kitchen was well stocked and the beach view balcony was the best part!!

Karen is so sweet, outgoing, & welcoming. She introduced herself our first morning there. We her talking to several guests. Checks in with every others to ensure their stay is going well. Rooms are recently renovated & very clean. We have 1 suggestion. Room 7 could use an extra mirror. My wife & mother-in-law had to share the bathroom mirror in the mornings. Maybe 1 more in general space of living room/dining room. Otherwise, great place & would stay again.

Wonderful stay! The place is right in the middle of town and yet, feels private. All of the surrounding restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Great, relaxing time!

This was a comfy place to stay with our teen boys. It has a full kitchen with more appliances and pans than we could imagine using in a short stay! The carriage-house is tastefully decorated and suitable for men and boys as well as women (as in not completely covered in cat prints and floral patterns - lol). The hosts, Mike and Barbara, are wonderfully thoughtful and gracious. They took the time to give us a tour of the Manor House. We enjoyed chatting with them.

Great spot! Perfect location with plenty to do within walking distance and very charming suite, very large and full of natural light and windows. Easy parking, arrival and departure - we love hassle free travel and thanks to Monica it was exactly that.

Excellent apartment. Nice to have a front desk with very helpful and friendly people. We will be back!

Michael was really responsive. His place is decorated really nice to match a beach theme. I was surprised with the heated pool in February/March. Had a great time. It's a prime location just walk across the road to the beach. There are a lot of places to eat around. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and the closeness to the beach and restaurants. We were so busy outdoors we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool and other amenities on site.

It was perfect for our first vacation for our 1 year old. Plenty of room for him to move around. We felt right at home! Easy to locate. Instructions very clear and super fast response time from host! Already talking about staying there next time we go!

communication was super easy the property was right across the beach we were in the hot tub for a couple hours on Sunday and listen to live music from the restaurant downstairs

This property was perfect for a last minute get away for my husband and myself! We enjoyed the pool and being close proximity to all of our favorite places downtown. We will book this property again when traveling just the two of us!

We were really excited to stay at this BNB! It was really really clean and felt like it was brand new! Everything was super nice. Easy to find! I can't remember staying in a place so clean!! It is an awesome place to stay!! Will book there again.

Beautiful condo with a great view! Vicki was very responsive. Condo had very nicely equipped kitchen.

This was a short but great stay. I did not have a chance to use all of the amenities, but it was very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures.

We had a great stay. 6 of us and a dog had plenty of space. We celebrated Thanksgiving and had ample room to cook everything.

Great place, a few minutes walk to the main street and the park and river is just over the water. Nice decor in the accommodation and nice coffee machine! Overall would recommend for a stay in Bandera!

Nothing short of 5 stars across the board. If you are looking for a private weekend getaway this is your place. The details in the glamper are what made me feel special from the custom soap to the snack basket left. Super clean!! I loved the host met us there and walked us through a few details about the place and how to work some things and then he left us to it. I have already had several coworkers and friends ask about this place after hearing me rave about it and seeing the pictures. We will be back.
