Julia's place was great for my daughter and myself. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. Having the option to use the pool was perfect.

Great place. We were in town for a wedding and wanted somewhere close to the reception area. Very walkable to street cars and transit; great restaurants in the area. Neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe walking back even at night. You are staying in a basement so the other reviews about the low ceilings are no joke but as long as you’re aware going into it, it’s still a very comfortable stay. Hot tub and patio area was very clean and a nice touch after a day of walking/sightseeing. Would definitely look to rebook if visiting New Orleans again.

Our stay was great ! Super quiet and private and not far from attractions. Also got a chance to meet one of their pups with was really cute and we also loved seeing the deer that would pass by. Would return again 😊

Cindy, She was an excellent Host . She was out of town .during my stay but communicated with me throughout my time . Due to some weather conditions she had no issues with me staying another night. . Well definitely stay here again .

Jule's place was a great spot for our family to explore New Orleans during NYE. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Street parking was easy right in front of the house. We took the street car about a mile to the French Quarter. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Communication with the host was friendly and easy. We highly recommend this spot for your next trip to New Orleans.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

Don't hesitate! Book Sonja's place NOW!!! It was hands down the best Airbnb I have personally stayed at. Sonja was attentive, welcoming, and was an amazing host!!! Her place is stocked with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. She even had my favorite snacks and drinks and desired temperature when I arrived! The level of detail of her airbnb is amazing, you will not regret booking here!!!

We loved our stay here! It was super clean and the shower was so dreamy! It was super close to Dallas and was in a quiet lush neighborhood! The only negative to this place was how loud the surrounding cars, people and dogs were. It almost felt like they were in the room w us but other than it it was wonderful!!

A cute little unit that offers plenty for a great price. Comfortable, quiet, and clean allowing you to access all the area has to offer. Martin is a very nice guy and I enjoyed talking with him. The neighbors were also very sweet and provided a nice “neighborly” feel to my stay!

Was such a peaceful and fun area to stay in. I had so much fun and will be staying again if in the area!!

Gloria was an outstanding host! Very warm, generous, helpful, and always in a good mood, she went above and beyond in every way. She even brought a cake for Oliver’s birthday! The saltwater pool was amazing and the proximity to Sunset Beach by bike was a wonderful surprise to us. Gloria didn’t mention it in the post, but her tap water is actually double filtered which meant we didn’t have to constantly buy, schlepp or filter water ourselves because we could drink it right out of the tap! Gloria generously moved her car so that we could park both of our vehicles in the driveway. We loved the privacy that the backyard offered and all the different places to sit in sun or shade. In the evening there were so many amazing birds coming to visit the front yard right before sunset: a peacock, 3-5 wood storks, a great blue heron, a snowy egret and some ibises! We felt very blessed to have found such a great person in such a great place for such great value… Thank you, Gloria! 👏

Amazing location, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the city to get to any events or restaurants! Definitely recommend.

Catherine’s place was beautiful and super clean. It was very walkable and near so many amazing restaurants, bars, and shops in the Magazine Street area. We love this neighborhood and have stayed in the area before. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone interested in exploring the Garden District/Irish Channel/Uptown areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The space is definitely big enough for four people. The hosts are very friendly and offered to let us check in early. The location is walkable to all of the restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed a couple of nights and the place was super clean, the house was in a nice neighborhood and many restaurants near by. Everything was spotless and easy check in, we got there earlier than expected and he let us check in early, his responsive rate was amazing as well. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Perfectly located for my needs. Softball fields 6 blocks away, Praxis coffee shop 3 blocks. Easy access to downtown and freeways. The studio was cozy and clean, with basic amenities met. A small washer/dryer unit in the room more than make up for any missing extras in my travels. We had an interweb not interwebbing issue one day and Embry was immediately attentive and fixed the problem. Would love to stay again same time next year..

Enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area. I thought it was within walking distance to the Riverwalk however it was not. We had to drive 15 min, find and pay for parking. Hauling our suitcases up the long stairs to the second story was a challenge but it was still a nice stay.

Amazing host. Our first time in the area and she helped feel welcome. Not only was the place very comforting. It had a beautiful backyard and she recommended us many great places to visit. Ranged from restaurants nearby, places to visit, and so on. Margaret was a great host and hope to be back in the future!

Host did a wonderful job communicating! While we were staying, San Antonio had to weather a tough thunderstorm that took out the internet for a brief moment. Before we even reached out to the host, she told us she contacted the provider and said it would be back up shortly. Due to flight times, she made an exception and also let me check in an hour or so early so I wouldn't have to sit and wait at the airport. It's a small spot but just enough for a short trip. The patio is so lovely, and had it not been raining, we would've been out there most of the time. Either way, it was a nice, calming view right in front of the bed. Water pressure was good in the shower as well. Wall air conditioner unit in the bedroom and living room helped get rid of some of the humidity from the rain. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but it's like any 3-star hotel, really—it just feels much more like a home, which is exactly what we were looking for. Totally recommend!

Nice spot in a quiet East Austin neighborhood but walkable to coffee and tacos & a short ride to either South Congress or downtown / 6th street area. Big bathroom, comfortable bed, good location.
