This is a great place! Looked like a bit of minor remodels need to be finished, but overall, it is clean and comfortable. We’ll use it again in the future!

Izzy's place was a very spacious 2 bedroom, very clean, quite neighborhood, 4mins drive to all restaurants and stores, I would stay again

Your mind will be blow away, absolutely beautiful and amazing house. You will not be disappointed and the host is amazing!

We stayed in Andrea’s place two or three years ago. I was so comfortable there that I didn’t hesitate to reserve it again. It’s everything it’s advertised to be. What I really like is the floor plan. It just works really well for the two of us. And the water pressure. It has great water pressure! I hope next time I’m in Round Rock I’m able to stay there again.

We had a great time, the house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend, we loved watching the deer every morning. And loved how the area was quite and relaxing.

The property was spectacular and well equipped. Everything was great. The house was very neat, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was not as good upstairs as downstairs, but it was OK. The view of the water was magnificent, we enjoyed our stay, and plan to come back next year.

Exceptional bnb, exceptional stay, hubby stated that this is his most favorite BNB yet.! We both loved everything about this bnb . Will definitely visit again.

This home is by far the Pearl of the Suwannee! It has a spectacular view with a beautiful exterior and interior designs. All furnishings and appliances are there and in new condition. This home has everything including watercraft, games, grill, cargo elevator and firepit just to mention a few. Bring your toothbrush and you're set. I've enjoyed the Suwannee River Rest many times and highly recommend it and Capt. Cas is an awesome host!

Love the house location and the view is a private place super peaceful exactly what I was looking for me and my family, We love the kayaks,fire pit right beside the lake it feel amazing. Enough space for everyone.

Great place to get away! We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Such a beautiful and spacious condo! It was more than pictured! One thing to remember when staying her… Although they have pots, pans, and all the kitchen essentials. They do not have salt, pepper, trash bags, or coffee filters for the coffee pot. We did leave the things of salt and pepper we bought for the next guest. Not sure if they will throw it out due to covid-19. The ice maker is not in refrigerator, but in it’s own separate space attached inside the bar! Also beware of the oven and microwave, it was confusing at first. The panel to work both are in the same area. Oven panel/buttons were on the left and microwave on the right. I would definitely bring more towels for the pool and beach, as those are not provided. There is a gift shop on the ground floor, that has a lot of essentials you can buy if you need them! They’re so friendly in there and have a lot of cute things! I think that about checks off everything I wish to let future guest know! It is a beautiful place, and very accommodating!

We LOVED Key Lime Cottage! We are locals and only live 20 minutes away, but have been wanting to stay at Key Lime Cottage since we moved to the area a few years ago. It is right in the middle of Indian Rocks Beach and so convenient to EVERYTHING! Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping. For us there was no need to get in the car at all for our "staycation". Loved the location on the intercoastal. We spent evenings sitting out on the lovely dock enjoying the breeze. The cottage itself is super cute. Old Florida world charm at its finest!! Not fancy and new, but really charming, cozy, comfortable and well-stocked. Our host Christi was extremely responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend Key Lime Cottage!

This is a great location close to everything you can walk, bike or ride to anything you want in 10 minutes. You may find yourself wanting to just stayat the resort. EdgeWater has always been a family favorite and continues to be today.

Our stay here was great! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The whole place was clean. We loved the location and the amenities. We can’t wait to come back!
