We had a fabulous stay at The Treehouse. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. It was private and peaceful. The layout was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again when visiting Lake Livingston.

Kathy was an amazing host. The place was the amazing getaway that we were looking for and Kathy was very proactive and responsive with her communication. She reached out well in advance with recommendations and instructions and was very responsive with any inquiries we had - she was the best host I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with on Airbnb. Would highly recommend the property and Kathy!

An awesome experience like none other, we were there celebrating our twins 16th birthday and to say they loved it is an understatement! Lots to do from hiking, swimming in the Brazos, axe throwing, feeding animals to creating figurines and painting rocks. Lots to do, relax in the hot tub after activities but lots to do, Bill, Linda and Trista have lots to offer out here! We hope to be back in the future and experience their place again! This house was absolutely adorable. Just a little getaway for us & our grandson. He loved it! The house, the view, the area and the memories made are more than worth the cost.

My granddaughter and I had an absolutely wonderful 1-night stay in Rebecca’s home. The photos listed don’t do it justice. The house is decorated so thoughtfully with many interesting vintage items. I enjoyed discussing some of the pieces with my granddaughter, as they brought back wonderful childhood memories. We felt like we were in a very cozy, welcoming environment. The shared living area and kitchen were equipped with anything we might need, and Rebecca was available if we had any questions. The yard is large with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside location, yet still only minutes from South Tyler. We especially enjoyed the screened-in treehouse! Bathrooms were well-appointed and extremely clean, with plenty of fresh towels. The beds were comfortable and layered in soft linens. We slept very well. Rebecca prepared a delicious country breakfast, including fresh yard eggs and homemade biscuits to die for! Great hosts and a wonderful overall experience

Such a great little spot for some quiet and relaxation. We enjoyed seeing some wildlife, viewing the water, and eating from the wonderful outdoor setup. The home is cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. Vidyani is such a good host and communicated everything perfectly! Loved our time and appreciated the opportunity to stay here.

It was very peaceful and quiet but quite cold. There was a heater that didnt radiate heat well. it was also dark in the tent with two dim lamps. The outside was cute with lights but you can't really see the lake but of all the trees that grew out. Looks more impressive in pictures.

Jamil’s place- theTreehouse Cabin Retreat- is a hidden gem nestled on beautiful acreage with a wealth of amenities, and is without a doubt THE best treehouse and cabin experience we have ever had on Airbnb! The treehouse and hidden nook are truly magical, the cabin is super charming with its intricate carpentry and woodwork, and the surrounding campgrounds are equipped with every convenience imaginable for the uninterrupted tranquility of a perfect family getaway. My professionally trained working dogs loved the acreage, and my Belgian Malinois enjoyed the tracking games we were able to play with all of the space. My 6yo niece loved the variety of board and outdoor games. My family and I cherished the time spent around the campfire, and of course, made s'mores! The beds and linens were comfortable, laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided, and the nostalgia from DVD or VHS movie choices are unmatched! 5 stars, a Top 1% Airbnb property, book your stay- you won't regret it!!

This treehouse is so neat, we have been wanting to stay here for awhile. We were excited to see it was available for the weekend. Host are great!! We were able to check in and hour after making the reservation. If your in the area makes this place your next stop!!!

We had an excellent time in the tree house. It was a great experience, and sound escape from the hassle city life. it was peaceful and had a good time talking with my partner. Would surely recommend for my friends !! Allison was a great host, and was prompt on replying to all texts and calls.

This place is so beautiful! It was much needed! We loved every touch in this home and the kayak/fishing trip was so peaceful. Private and far out from everything was the perfect reset. Lisa was so kind and quickly responded to take care of things. I would recommend visiting this treehouse. You won’t be disappointed! 10/10

This is a hidden gem on a magical property. Well appointed with everything you could need. Host thought of every detail to make it special. So grateful to have found this place and would love to spend more time in this peaceful oasis.

Great time overall!

The place was amazing. My family loved it and it was so neat. Every day we were greated with wild turkey and wild deer on the property and it wasn't a far drive to the beach or springs.

I really liked the atmosphere, hosts were very nice people. And i enjoyed the air bnb itself, it was a pleasant experience. Will definitely be back again in the future.

This was a wonderful place for a kid-free getaway! It was quiet and comfortable and close enough to town to walk if you are so inclined. We took a walk down the road to just see the neighborhood and there were deer everywhere, plenty of places to buy farm fresh eggs on the way home, and it was so quiet. A couple of things: bring your own pillows and maybe an extra portable fan, and this is in someone’s side yard and in front of another rental spot. That being said: there were zero issues, it was beautiful and we were left alone, and the owners were so very nice. I highly recommend them and their treehouse!

“Mossy Cove Treehouse is exactly what I was hoping it’d be! Nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by peaceful scenery, it was a perfect surprise getaway for (insert whatever you want). All of the rustic details inside the treehouse really made us feel contently lost in the woods. We didn’t want to leave! The host was very accommodating, responsive and even made sure to build us a fire before leaving us. We’ll definitely be back to explore the area soon.”

Nice little cabin on a stock pond. Great place to take your kids. A lot of onsite activities. Perfect for teaching kids how to fish.

Melissa's cabin was quiet, well-appointed, and clean. In about 20 minutes we could drive to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. And if we stayed in, paddling in the kayaks, using the hot tub, or enjoying the quiet gave us a perfect respite. On top of all of these positive attributes regarding the physical space, Melissa was a fabulous host and communicator. I'm sure we'll stay again.

We had a nice stay. The highway noise didn’t make it as peaceful as I’d liked but so was satisfied with our stay. He lets us use the kayaks and the kids had fun.
