had a great stay at the place. location was safe and quiet if u enjoy some peace. exploring around the area was easy with some good foods within 5 to 10 mins drive with not much traffics. the host was prompt with the replies to your enquiries and was a great help.. would come again some day

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It was clean and tidy, and self check-in instructions were easy to follow. Location was strategic - it was within walking distance to the Mt Austin food area. Highly recommended!

Vivi and Li were very helpful and considered. They responded promptly to our requests. Li helped us solving trouble on facility reservation very timely and enabled us stayed out of worrying. The house is clean, tidy and well equipped. They even provide handphone charger cable, beach sandals which are not mentioned in their amenities list. Overall we enjoyed staying theirs house and would recommend it to those who seeking a nice place for relaxing. Thank you Vivi and Li

We booked this stay last minute for my sister, and the host was incredibly accommodating - the unit was ready within minutes. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was spotless, smelled wonderful, and had a lovely pool view. Its location near a mall made everything even more convenient. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and understanding. My sister's two sons came down with a fever during the stay, and the host graciously allowed her to check out a bit later at no extra cost, which was such a relief during a stressful time. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. I'm truly grateful we found such a compassionate and responsive host. This stay was perfect in every way and made a difficult situation much easier. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr Kim’s house .The location was perfect for exploring the city, the space was impeccably clean, and Mr Kim was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend this listing!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

Cheryl is nice and responsive. She take our feedback seriously and action to it quickly - she provide some alternative solutions proactively. The house is well maintained, clean and cozy. Had an amazing stay at Ong's apartment! It is exactly as photos and what you see is what you get (and may even be pleasantly more too!). The apartment is really comfortable, clean, and spacious! & I especially loved that it is on the 31st floor, the wind is amazing! Also really appreciate that there is a water filter installed at the kitchen tap too and that the towels provided are nice and fresh! I saw videos of the gym and pools and they looked incredible too~ didn't have the time to explore them this round, but will definitely check them out the next time we stay at Ong's! Thank you again for providing such an amazing place for us~!

I had a great stay at Uncle Q’s house with my family. It was well equipped with everything I needed - Coway water dispenser, fringe and microwave, also washing machine available. My kids have a lot of fun with the setup, slide and toys. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. The only downside was the D’Pristine parking and lift, poor management. Aside from that, everything was great. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

my second stay in Jason's place. super nice host. we accidently broke the plate and he was so kind and did not charge us. super clean and well organize house.

Awalnya kami memesan untuk 5 orang, 2 dewasa dan 3 anak2. Namun ternyata Ibu saya mau ikut pada H - 1. Saya tanya mr. Poh bagaimana, apakah ada biaya tambahan atau tidak? Mr. Poh jawab tidak masalah. Kami menginap selama 4 hari 3 malam, secara umum cukup puas dengan apartemennya.

Great comfortable place which is toddler friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Really well equipped kitchen and laundry so it’s convenient for short/ long stays. Super conveniently located above the mall with direct access. Mall has large supermarket and many eatery , it was so easy for us to sneak away for a massage while our kid was asleep upstairs. Although not near any breakfast places and road outside often traffic jam, it’s still convenient to get breakfast delivered or travel by grab to city Center or even Lego land. Thanks for the stay! I

Pleasant stay. Beautiful place, well maintained. Host is thoughtful and friendly. Always ensured they are there to answer our questions. They also provided welcome snack and drink which is nice surprise, “go the extra mile” for their guests. Towels are clean. House is spotless. Will definitely be back again!

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.

As always our stay was wonderful! Yongs place is ideally situated with it being only 5 minutes walk to Mall of Medini and Lego Land. It’s clean, well maintained and spacious with comfy ‘home like’ touches that make your stay truly enjoyable. I travel to Johor fairly regularly and stay no where else
