nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

over all cukup oke, hanya saja di beberapa tempat sedikit berdebu, dan di depan carpot ada tumpukan pasir, sepertinya baru selesai renov, sebenernya tdk menggangu sih cuma gak enak d pandang saja, untuk di beberapa perabotan mungkin butuh sedikit di lap, kerena buat saya yg punya alergi debu lumayan sedikit mengganggu, tp secara tempat oke bgt buat keluarga yg membawa anak kecil, dan bapak ibu saya, suka bgt, suskes terus buat pemilik villa

tempatnya nyaman anak2 suka...mba Firda responsif dan membantu..next akan ke sini lagi. terimakasih

Kondisi rumah bagus dan sesuai deskripsi. Tempatnya juga dekat pusat kota dan tempat rekreasi.

it's such a nice smart home, very clean and it has strategic location near jatim park 3, my children was very happy to talk with google 😁😁.. the water pressure is good and it also has water heater in every bathroom, i will book this place again if i come back to malang.. thank you pak irwan for such responsive response 😊

Villanya bagus serasa lagi di ubud

It's a very nice affordable villa in Batu. Host is friendly, responsive and super helpful. All rooms are clean, neat and as expected. It's a perfect short staycation, easy breakfast available separately, it's special because very pet friendly, my Shihtzu is happy ❤️ Highly recommended to staycation with lovely pets! Thank you Mas Ujang for kind hospitality!
