This is our second stay at this location, and we really enjoy it! The view is amazing and its really close to state parks and even Manhattan if you want to go out. Very relaxing!!

The Little Apple A-Frame is truly a little slice of heaven! The location is remote, private, peaceful, and beautiful! We came here to get away and celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. The home was just as described and picture perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub, record player, foosball table, and stargazing on the back deck. We appreciate all the small touches and details that make this home cute and cozy. It was very clean and had everything you would need and more for cooking your meals. I also loved the coffee and s’mores station. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, private space to get away and relax - this is the perfect Airbnb! We will definitely be back!

our stay was great! one of the most unique houses we have ever been! comfortable beds and everything you need during your stay is right there.great communication with host. overall truly 5 star experience! highly recommend it to everyone. (even it's rural place, but it has high speed Internet which worked great for online gaming)

Great private place with all the ammenities listed, the cabin is beautiful and cozy. Communication was consistently proactive, very clear, and friendly. Mike is a great host and very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Rhonda and James place is one of our favorite Airbnbs in Beatrice. We’ve stayed several times and it’s always clean, quiet, stocked with snacks and drinks and has comfortable beds and furnishings. This time we used the fireplace that helped heat the house and provided great ambiance. We highly recommend this home! Thanks for everything!

Nice home with lots of room. Felt at home here. Comfortable beds. Beautiful lake views. Nice guidebook and advice for restaurants. Clean and lots of fun decorative decor. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful peaceful cabin in the middle of farm country. The cabin was sweet and comfortable. My 15 year old son and I enjoyed the kayaking too. Exactly as advertised! And Lana was great about checking with me to make sure I arrived safely and had everything I needed.
