This was a great stay for our group of eight college students. There were many beds and bathrooms, and the apartment is located in a quiet place near lots of food and public transit. Nana is super accommodating and willing to help us as issues come up. It was replete with all the amenities.

Loc was really convenient and space was great. Tina was super at communicating with us! One note, kor has an extensive recycling system so be aware when you have trash.

Although the room is small, it has everything I need and I really liked it. The subway station is very close, which makes it very convenient. The location is great for me, and I would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside is that the elevator can get a bit crowded, but other than that, everything was perfect. The view of Namsan Tower from the higher floors is amazing, and it’s so nice to wake up to such a beautiful view!

I had to book a last minute stay at Martin’s place. He was very helpful, and took care or me and my dog right away. It was a beautiful, comfortable stay. I recommend it.

Exactly as it’s shown and described with all the mod cons you need. Extremely easy location for public transportation with subway and bus stops just at your doorstep. Paris Baguette and a small Lotte supermarket round the corner for convenience, if like our family you need to whip up simple breakfasts before the day’s activities. If taking taxis there’s significant congestion in certain directions at certain times, but I’m guessing this is similar for central Seoul in general. Coex itself is a pretty dated mall so does not warrant a standalone trip there. You get very quick responses to any queries which is helpful. If renting car please note building car park only takes regular sized, no SUVs or larger.

I was looking for a place to feel more like a home since we were visiting with children. Electric stove top, instead of gas was also something I was looking for, which was surprisingly harder to find. It was the perfect place for our stay. They had books and some toys for kids. A playground right outside. Laundry machine and dryer were a great amenity to have available. And the subway and bus stop were close by. Even though it was in the city, the area was quiet and not too busy. There are also 24 hour coffee and ice cream places nearby. Only struggle was figuring out the keypad when we first arrived because I’m not used to it. It required touching the random numbers for the rest of the key pad numbers to show up. Luckily communicating with 현정 was easy and she was very responsive. Otherwise, it could have been a frustrating experience. I would recommend her place if you’re traveling and looking for a more residential place to stay in Seoul. It was a perfect fit for us!

We booked this apart for a week, all is like on photos Host was friendly and left essentials (towels, shoes, toothbrushes/paste, bath things), it was really helpful :) Internet is ok, hot water in shower is ok, table for makeup and coffee table in bedroom are good. soundproof not so good, but we are quite guys But one thing can be better — place for shower. We took a shower very carefully but floor was wet every time :(

Glara ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und ihre Wohnung war ein wahrer Glücksgriff für uns. Wir wurden nach einem langen Flug mit einer gemütlichen warmen Wohnung und leckeren Snacks begrüßt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir als Familie brauchten, die Lage ist perfekt für einen Stadturlaub. Danke für diese entspannte Zeit!

Amazing and relaxing place very close to Hongdae which has a lot to do

Hazel’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Seoul. The place was clean and tidy and the 6 of us had plenty of space. The location is great with lots of surrounding restaurants, bars and shops. Hazel was a great host, she was very communicative and attentive. I would highly recommend.

가격도 주변 숙소에 비해 정말 저렴하고 무엇보다 호스트님께서 주변 맛집, 가볼만한곳, 카페 등을 추천 해주셔서 너무 좋았어요 ! 숙소 청결상태 최상이고 숙소안에 식기류가 구비되어있어서 간단한 요리를 해먹을수도있고 숙소에서 바라보는 한섬해수욕장이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 기회가 된다면 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요

백점만점 숙소였어요 굳굳 올때는 서울역에서 gtx타고 왔고 킨텍스역에서 도보로 이동가능했어요 고양종합운동장도 걸어서 다녀왔구 대화역에서 버스한번타면 홍대로 바로 올수있었어요 이래저래 교통이편해요 바로옆 편의점도 좋았구요 그리고 특히 청결도가 다녀본 에어비앤비중에 최고였습니다 먼지하나 없어요 창문으로 보이는 집앞목련나무와 조용한 낮은 동네뷰도 기분좋았어요 따듯하고 조용했습니다 다음에도 이용할게요 잘쉬다갑니당 호스트분 응대도 너무 깔끔하시구 가성비

역이랑 엄청 가깝고 주변에 카페 밥집이 많아서 좋았어요! 호스트분도 답변도 빠르시고 친절하셔서 너무 편하게 쉬다갔습니다!

Brian's place is really nice, it looks exactly like wats shown in e pics. the location is also very awesome. there's great food right next door. alot of food options right downstairs. and we love the gyeongui line forest park. it was full of cherry Blossoms when we were there. it's also walking distance to Sinchon n Hongik University stn & Hongdae! Brian was also there to receive us and gave a thorough briefing of the amenities in the house n both Brian & Elly were very helpful w responding to my queries during our stay. the kids also love the kids room and bath tub v much. it was a great stay!

Really enjoyed our four days at JD's place, especially liked the Nespresso maker and the complementary coffee pods ;) Very functional apartment, with clear instructions provided ahead of check-in, and very proactive comms overall. A very cool neighborhood as well, and so close the metro, yet very peaceful and quiet. Super cozy beds too!

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment is comfortable and clean. There's many nice places nearby. Thank you again for making us feel at home!

We had a wonderful stay at Kay’s place. The apartment is absolutely stunning with plenty of light and lots of lush plants, and it is very well-appointed with adapters, a speaker, snacks and water, and of course the Aesop products! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful hinoki bath, making use of it morning and night - so relaxing and special to have right in the apartment. The location is also great - in a peaceful location that has a residential feel, while being close to plenty of great cafes and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again upon our return to Seoul!

Taehong’s has a great location, nearby Seoul station and bus stop; moreover is the host Taehong and co-host Madeline, they’re super friendly and always support us proactively. I had a great time and a great trip to their stay.

It always felt like home for me throughout my stay for 2 months. The room is cozy and clean with everything I needed, and the host responded and managed it very quickly whenever I had any request. The neighborhood is a beautiful, calm and very local Korean residential area with good transports of a subway and buses. The internet is fast and stable. I will definitely come back!

The apartment is a compact 3-bedroom unit close to convenience stores and restaurants. It is located at walking distance from the Gyeongbokgung palace. The host was very gentle and clear about all the instructions about the place. In our opinion, it is a good cost-benefit option in Seoul.
