Lina's place was great! Clean, spacious, and convenient location close to Myeongdong station. Place was super secure, we were able to leave our luggage downstairs and just start exploring before checkin. Walk within 5 mins to get to all shopping, food, and bars at Myeongdong. Slight incline getting to the airbnb and bath towels are not the standard size we're used to so bring own towels. Lina was very responsive and nice. Thanks for the great stay in Seoul!

Great location, very central with convenient public transport connections. The flat itself is modern, spacious and has a great view! Most of all what made this stay really great for me was the communication with Jy - I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to make me feel at home, always replied quickly and helped me whenever I encounteres any issue. Highly recommended!

The house is exactly the same as the photo. It’s quite comfortable, quiet and safe, just like home. It’s a little far from the tourist area but doesn’t matter. Sophia is very kind and response questions quickly. I would like to stay here when I come to Seoul next time.

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

We all had a wonderful time at Namsan-Artminstay. It is a great location and in walking distance for shopping and delicious food as well as Buchanan Hanok Villa. The welcome coffee cakes and discount at the cafe was a very nice touch. We would definitely come again.

It was a good stay, space is clean and cozy. Water pressure was a bit low but other things are all good.

Sangjin and Christina’s hanok rental was our perfect temporary home for a week. There are countless restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and Tongjin Market right at the doorstep. Equally, we were excited to return and enjoy the hanok with its cosy vibe, and underfloor heating. Since we’re generally sensitive to light, we had brought comfortable sleeping masks as usual, and slept very well in its calm setting. We can’t recommend enough to stay here, and can’t wait to return in the future!

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

Loved the location and the house itself. So extremely close to Chungmuro station and there were plenty of convenience shops around for midnight shopping if required. Host was extremely gracious and kind. We had an issue with a choked toilet and he immediately fixed it for us. The house is next to a cafe and the coffee was heavenly. The heater in the mattress made us sleep like babies till the morning. There’s a flight of stairs to go up to the 2nd level, won’t recommend it for elderly and those with leg problems. I would definitely book this place again if i ever visit Korea in the near future.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望
