Seongbuk District : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

A really big apartment in one of the coolest neighbourhoods! Easy to reach with public transport and close to hundreds of restaurants and bars. The host was very responsive and friendly!

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had a bed lots of bathrooms the walk to the train station was only 10-15 mins and peaceful! Quiet neighborhood and just a great set up!!! Soluna was a great host. Even set up taxis for us from the airport and back. Great place!! Book it!

La casa di Jinkyu, è stupenda molto carina, è troppo bella e tranquilla. È ottima per passeggiare con la famiglia e ti fanno ottimi pasti, lo consiglio totalmente.

The place fit us perfectly as family. Its as per description and Gun-Ow was there waiting for us and guide us for checkins to his place. The place is in quiet neighbourhood but very near to many local eateries which is walkable from Gun-Ows place. Its a shame that we only stayed one night here as the place is very comfortable for our family.

We had a great stay in yellow house, a nice, quiet place. Communication with Hanna was easy, she gave good instructions to find the place and quickly responded to any questions. Nice neighborhood and good bus services nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Luke's place. The apartment was beautiful and tidy with everything we needed for our short stay in Seoul. There were wonderful cafes and restaurants in walking distance and we were close to Hongdae while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The proximity to the metro was also a big plus.

방 분위기, 편의용품들, 큰거울, 접시, 방 컨디션 다 너무 좋았습니다! 근처에 먹을 것도 많고, 편의점고 가까워서 좋았어요! 화장실이 조금 좁고 불편했지만 서울에서 이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티면 완전 좋다고 생각합니다!!

Nous avons été ravis de revenir. C’est toujours aussi beau, chaleureux , confortable. Le charme d’un hanok avec tout le confort ( super salle de bain ) . Merci encore pour ce logement

신축건물이고 집안모든 빌트인 장치(히터,보일러 등)들이 좋았습니다. 주변이 깨끗하고 조용했어요. 서울로 특히 강남쪽으로 들어가기 편하고 빨랐어요(30-40분). 빨래/청소기를 따로 4층가서 해결해야하긴 했지만 적응하니 괜찮았어요. 체크인 체크아웃 모든 편하고 원활했습니다. 다시 한국방문시 다시 이용할 의향있어요. 가족들에게도 추천하고 싶어요.

Tyra was there when we arrived and was so helpful after a long day traveling. She got us right in and made many food recommendations, very friendly! The apartment seems small but you get inside and it’s spacious with separate areas for every amenity. Nice size tub as well for a bath and calm low lighting everywhere.

Clean and cozy spot! Glad we found this stay and the communication was fast and clear!

Great location with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. house was clean and spotless. Sunny was very helpful and responsive about any queries.

Fantastic apartment. Very clean, spacious and with thoughtful additions like charging cables and luggage weighing scales. Host really helpful and super responsive. Area fabulous - lots of restaurants and close to subway. No noise at night despite lively neighbourhood.

第一次住国外的民宿、感觉真的很不错 。（房主还放饮料）。 4月初的首尔真的很冷。跟回到家一般就慵懒躲起来冬眠。懒洋洋的点外卖当老鼠人～ 炸鸡和炸酱面真的好好吃。

This apartment is well located being close to the bus and train and many great restaurants both small and large. It is very modern and spacious with all new appliances and furnishings. There is a convenience store at ground level along with a 24 hour concierge. We felt very safe and comfortable here and we appreciated how responsive the host was to all our inquiries. We would happily recommend this property for both short and long term stays.

房東很好，回覆快，第一晚遇到風筒壞了，房東即刻第二日換了一個給我們，值得推薦。

Jungwon was incredibly kind and courteous. She is the type of host to check in on you, bring you food, and make sure you're always comfortable. She is an auntie far from home. Plus! The space was super cute. If you don't speak Korean, you can use a translator.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

호스트님이 친절하시고 소통이 원할합니다! 숙소 컨디션도 좋았고, 친구들과 좋은 시간 보낼 수 있었습니다~

숙소 전반적으로 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있고 난방도 잘 되어 추운 날씨에도 따뜻하게 머물다 왔어요.. 무엇보다 지하철역과 가까워 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소네요.. ㅎㅎ

아담하지만 파티룸다운 멋진 분위기가 돋보이는 숙소였습니다. 전면 통창과 넓은 테라스에서 들어오는 채광 때문에 일하기도 무척 편했고요. 아래층에서 풍겨오는 빵 굽는 냄새가 마치 카페에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 주기도 했어요. 연남동의 여러 핫플레이스에 가까운 위치, 온/냉풍 겸용 에어컨디셔너, 다양한 타입의 휴대폰 충전기, 와인잔과 오프너 제공 등이 만족스러웠고, 다소 좁은 쇼파, 싱크대 수압이 좋지 않아 설거지가 수월치 않았다는 점 이외에 불편한 점은 거의 없었습니다.

As a family of four, we had a wonderful week spent at Farida’s Place. My daughter loved the pink curtain bed, it made her feel like a princess. I personally enjoyed the lavender head for the shower and body soap. I always came out relaxed after a shower. The home was very clean and comfortable. Host communicated well and welcomed us with Korean fried chicken which was very delicious. Home is exactly as pictured and is walking distance to Seoul station where there are a lot of restaurants as well as quick shopping. We would definitely stay here again, we felt right at home!
