Irene's place is a beautiful, tasteful little jewel box – every corner of the accommodation is immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The decor is visually stunning, put together with excellent taste and a keen eye for detail. It creates such a cozy and inviting atmosphere that you instantly feel at home. The hosts are absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful in every possible way. Perfectly located – you can easily walk to the Tanjung Aru beach and enjoy the sunset view. It is so kind that guests can leave their colorful drawing on a blackboard ❤️Highly recommended, thank you Irene and Dylan!

房源非常棒👍🏻干净卫生，但厨房位置卫生要加强，位置在亚庇市中心，去加雅街和其他市中心景点都可以步行到达，6楼的泳池非常棒，可以看到美丽的日落和大海，值得推荐！

The location was fantastic, situated right above the largest shopping mall in KK. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. The host was very responsive and recommended excellent places to eat, as Sabah is famous for its delicious seafood. Everything was within walking distance. The balcony view overlooked the garden, and the renovations made us feel as if we were away from KK until stepping outside. We can't wait to stay there again.

房间很好，一面窗户可以看到山，一面可以看到海，很漂亮，在阳台边看日落很美。房间打扫的很卫生，装修风格也非常现代化，有直饮水机这点真的很赞哦，我们人比较多，避免了不停烧水的麻烦。房东人非常好，住宿结束后还为我们提供了行李寄存服务，自助寄取很方便。另外楼下有很多餐馆，味道都很不错，还有2家24小时的便利店。打Grab也很方便，下楼就是接送点，很完美的一次入住体验。

Absolutely spectacular place. Exceeded all expectations. Felt like royalty, perfect for groups traveling. A/C was working perfectly in every room, didn't even wanna leave the place to go explore! Thank you Alex!
