Simple yet fulfills all your needs. This apartment is small but is neat and has everything you need for a short term stay! All the rooms have airconditioning too. The water filter had cold and hot water, there was a rice cooker and a pot to cook in. There's a washer and a clothing hanger to dry your laundry. Detergent was also provided! Plus, there are restaurants, marts and a laundromat below. Really convenient! Thank you to the hosts♡

Worth to stay here and kids enjoy playing all the time. A small table with lego really do keep children spend time. Although the cuckoo water dispenser not functioning, thanks for preparing the drinking water. Loves all the setting up. Another thumbs up is we’re on the same level with playground and pools. Definitely will return if we drop by here again. Recommended stay to all

The house looks exactly like the pics. It’s easy to check in and find everything👍🏻 . The host is also responsive. Everything work perfectly from the aircond, tv, fan and the shower heater. They also provide cuckoo so there’s no need to buy mineral water . Would recommend to my family and others. Will definitely book this place if we ever go to PD again 👍🏻the money is worth it

The place was just as described, host were very attentive. It was easy to access from the parking, comfortable for our family of 6.

Owner sangat membantu. Sebelum check in disertakan segala list untuk cara check in dan juga recommendation of good restaurants and places to go during our stay. Kitchen is full of utensils, ada extra pillows and blankets and there is also a laundry shop nearby. Will definitely come back to this place, insya Allah. Pss.. Sliding door ada problem sikit, hopefully can be fix in future 😁

Phillip is very approachable and communicative. We had a great time relaxing and watching the beach and sunset during our brief visit. The house has been tastefully refurbished and furnished with comfortable furniture to ensure that our days are relaxing. There are enough cooking utensils available to prepare good meals. His space is rather cosy, and he has chairs outside for you to enjoy the breeze and the dawn or sunset. He also supplied a simple barbeque pit. The water pressure is good and the toilet is clean. Although there is no wifi available, there are no problems with the cell network. Overall, we are pleased with our brief escape from KL.
