住处真的很舒服~而且里面有需要的东西都有~充足的卫生纸🧻~齐全的厨具~还有一些小零食~各方面基本你需要的都有~只是我觉得小小可惜的是dining area的椅子有点少~

there is not much to say about this house, it’s perfect in all aspect. feels like home and very clean. for improvements maybe the host can provide “real” towel not the disposable one for guest stay 3 nights/longer and add more cutlery and glass since it has very view of them. nice stay 👍🏼👍🏼 hope to stay again next trip to kuching

Great location, warm and lovely host. The house was good and very clean, very recommended for other guest and I will come again and stay here in the future.

Very strategic location, surrounded by lots of restaurants and easy access to the mall. Everise, Guardian, Mr. DIY located at the ground floor. House well decorated, cozy, clean, spacious and economic home stay that is worth to rent and stay for a trip with family and friends. Wincy is a very nice, responsive and friendly owner. She is very accomodative and responded fast in what we requested. Eg. Extra pillow, mineral water, stand fan and clock. No comments with the facilities provided, the apartment is clean and still new. Eventhough the house located at level 5, close to garden and swimming pool but it is quite privacy. Easy to find free parking close to the main entrance and easy access to the lift. Good to have extra hard pillow & stand fan especially for senior citizen. Anyway, overall is good. We have great experience. Definitely I will come back again to this house. :) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Adequate space for a big family to stay.

Teck and his family were the best hosts we had so far! The communication with Teck was always perfect! We booked spontanously the night before and could move in the next morning. Teck always responded very fast and tried his best to help us! Since he wasn't there, his parents were our hosts, never saw so helpful and nice people! The mother brought us so many stuff for cooking and for the house (far more then usual). They even drove us to the hostel we stayed before (30 min away) and brought us to the next local market. The accomodation is quite far from kuching centre but if u rent a scooter its not a problem to come from a to b! It's surrounded by buddhist temples so that the area is quiet and peaceful. We loved the house ( u have everything there what u need) and will defintely come back! Ah Teck alao drove us to the airport bcs it was too early to get a grab! I can honestly recommend the place!

Nice place to stay, peaceful. Good for those who have their own transport to go around. I liked staying there, hopefully will stay again. 👍🏻
