Amans place was spacious and well equipped with all you require for a nice family vacay. The caretaker Prem was very helpful and prompt. Only the Jacuzzi wasn't functional for some reason but overall our experience was great.

Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Amit's villa is a great place to stay in Calangute if you are looking for a spacious home, close to amazing beach, reasonable distance to night life and a comfortable stay. We had an amazing time and Amit was extremely helpful during our stay. I highly recommend his place!

It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. It was a pleasant and nice stay we had in Sun shine retreat and also the hospitality services provided by host was really adorable .

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Goa with family and our dog. The villas are clean, well-maintained, and ideally located—close to Candolim Beach and restaurants, yet peaceful. The service was impeccable, with the caretaker always available and quick to assist. To our surprise, the villa looked even better than in the photos! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the spacious living room and enjoying the shared pool, which also has a good restaurant. My mother especially loved stepping onto her terrace every morning to see the coconut trees—something she still misses now that we're back home. Our stay was truly comfortable, and we would definitely book again. The only small suggestion is a kitchen upgrade, as it felt a bit dated and could use some new utensils. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Villa Goa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

Amit’s place was absolutely flawless! They even had a highchair for our baby. The house is absolutely big and super clean. The caretaker Man Singh was also extremely helpful with everything.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

A truly memorable stay. Everything was just perfect. Timely notifications & instructions for reaching the place. Clean & tidy accommodation with the basic amenities and appliances made our stay most comfortable. The Location: Tucked into a small village type neighborhood and far far away from the hustle and bustle, exactly the way I like it. The estate is remotely located without being remote in a scary sense. It is very private and remarkably safe. The Place: As I mentioned earlier, the photos do not do justice. The villa is prettier than the online version of it. When you see the villa, you will immediately know that lot of love and hard work has gone into it. It is beautifully crafted and even more beautifully curated with period pieces. The Support: Anthony, who takes care of the daily nitty-gritties, must have been an English valet in his previous life. He appears when one needs him and quietly disappears when one wants privacy. Absolutely discrete and not intrusive. Hallmarks of a professional. He kept the villa super clean for the five days we stayed there. And always at hand when we needed help. Carmen was a delightful host and gave us useful tips. Ten out of ten.

Amazing stay. I've stayed at this place two times, both times it was super fun. The host and the maintenance lady Brenda was also super helpful. Just one small thing, I wish they had supplied soap, shower and some other toiletries.

A clean and convenient accomodation. Fully furnished with all the basic amenities required for a group. Robin and his father is super friendly and reachable. I recommend this place if you are a group visiting Goa and want to be at a safe distance of touristy accommodations.

Enjoyed the stay here. Varca beach is very close to this property . House had all amenities required. Also , there are good restaurants nearby. Overall it was cool to stay here.
