the stay at Tata housing was extremely comfortable. loved the apparatment and everything that it has to offer. Really quaint swimming pool, clean and well equipped gymnasium, and the stay was very cozy. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Goa. also, it is very near to Dabolim airport! a d shishir ji is a really warm host. He was always available to help. highly recommended.

The house is absolutely beautiful and Umang was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful even in the smallest of matters. Really helpful cause we were in a need of a place urgently to work and he let us come early and set the place up so we could be comfortable. Will definitely book with him again.

It was a wonderful stay at the place overnight. The property is well-maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making us feel at home. From the cozy interiors to the thoughtful amenities, everything was just perfect.

We stayed for 3 days here and I would highly recommend this place for anybody planning for a Goa trip. The location is very close to Panaji city and all major beaches of North Goa are about a 20-30 minute drive, which was very convenient for us. The place has everything that we wanted and the host and staff were extremely accomodating and resolved our queries and grievances very quickly. The lighting of the place had a really good ambience, The machinery and the utensils in the stay was in very good condition as well. Overall it was an amazing place and we would love to come back next time

The place was well maintained, clean I really loved the stay. It is same as shown in the picture. One thing I really appreciate is there were handles in the bathing area and near the commode so that elderly people can easily stand with their support.

We stayed for a week in this 1BHK property with a toddler. The kitchen was well stocked with Utensils, cutlery, small appliances which were very helpful. With a 10 min odd drive to Candolim Beach, it was great to have all the local shops and Newtons within reach. Worth considering definitely if you are coming with family especially a small kid. Host was always responsive and helped out immediately when there was some confusion around parking spot (its a gated building with few spots for visitors parking). Great option to consider if North Goa stretch is what you wanna explore.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

We recently styed at Bertran's bnb for four nights. The building is located right next to Courtyard by Mariott. The place has a grocery shop just a 5 minute walk away. Beach is also 5-10 minute walk. Colva market which also has good cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment complex felt safe and has a functional gym and swimming pool. The guards are polite and the caretaker Rama ji is great help. She even did the cleaning as late as 9 pm after we were back from the day tour. The bnb had a well stocked kitchen, Pretty much everything you would need. There is hot water available in the bathrooms. The hosts, Bertran and Glynnis were proactive, gave is nice recommendations on restaurants and cabs etc. Though we did not meet them or speak to them, they were very quick to respond on Whats App. Absolutely no issues at all. We loved the space and would recommend Berty's place if you are planning to stay in Colva.

Gaurav^s place was exactly as described. Everything was supplied for a comfortable home from home holiday. The apartment itself was very spacious with two balconies. Gaurav was very responsive & kind, truly a superhost. Thankyou Gaurav.

My stay was extremely comfortable, surrounded by breathtaking scenic beauty. The hospitality was exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable. This place is Betalbatim is about 10 minutes leisure walk from the village center where you have the church , shops etc. Very peaceful area and nice feel of living in a Goan village. Lincoln is a wonderful host and very responsive. Provided some nice local recommendations.
