This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. The owner so kind Ms Anita friendly and helpful even I asked her about if she knew anyone rent motorcycle and she was fast response and send me some recommendations therefore, high recommend for anyone want rent there. The room so clean and enough for two person, location also nice nearby many restaurants and cafe , the view wonderful, but one thing the location a bit far from central Jakarta but also not too much far around 30 min by motorcycle. Generally 10000⭐️/10

Great place to stay. Just a walk to Central Park. Really fit with my need as I bring my 5 year son. So can easy go back to take a rest when he is tired. Neat and clean and all the information as describe on the list and picture. Sherly is good in response and give information fo what I need. Hope can stay here again next time ❤️❤️❤️

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

Host is very friendly and communicative, there is quite a lot of facilities that is provided such as microwave, washing machine, wifi, smart tv and others. we are having a pleasent experience on staying here!

We had a pleasant stay at Mirza’s place. Very strategic location, so it made us easier to reach 2-3 places in one day but still could come back before rush hour, also there is a mall under the apartment with lots of cafes and mini markets. Mirza is a nice host and very responsive.
