Very nice villa, perfect for a big family in different ages. We paid extra for having the big pool heated, the kids loved it! Very clean areas. The staff for check-in was very flexible and quick when we forgot to call one hour before arrival. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Wir hatten als Gruppe einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Wunderschöner Pool und rieseiges Gelände, so dass man sich sehr frei fühlt. Einziges Manko: das Wlan hat nicht super funktioniert aber da wir eh nicht viel am Handy waren war das nicht schlimm.

Unser Aufenthalt auf der Finca war sehr schön. Genau das richtige für uns vier. Nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein. Wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause. Da es sehr heiß war, haben wir manchmal draußen geschlafen auf den Sonnenliegen unter dem Sternenhimmel. Das hat auch Spaß gemacht. Mit dem Auto ist es gar kein Problem an die verschiedenen Strände zu kommen oder nach Santanyi.

Een fantastisch huis met mooie kunst aan de wand. De ruimtes zijn groot, de keuken is goed uitgerust en het huis is voorzien van goede airco. We hebben ook genoten van de tropische planten in de tuin. De host is gastvrij en heeft ons geadviseerd om plekken te bezoeken. Een aanrader!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour mais Cala d’Or est très touristique et il y a beaucoup de monde . Les transports publics sont très bien organisés, ça vaut la peine de sortir de la ville

Beautiful location. we found the place just as shown on photos. comfortable beds and seating areas, big new TV , everything looked immaculate like just been renovated. Everything you need is there. Free parking across the street and there were always spaces. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops all within walking distance. Highlight for us was the view from the balcony. Like others have mentioned the smaller of the two toilets still smelt of sewage. Looks like an ongoing problem. We never used it so wasn't a problem. But my advice to the owner would be to lock the door or get rid of the toilet and use as a store room. Atleast you won't get any negative comments. All in all a beautiful place and we will come back.

A lovely house in peaceful beautiful location, amazing to walk down through the trees to the most beautiful coast and beaches. The house was clean, and swimming pool perfect with great outdoor area. Disappointed the hot tub wasn’t on/working as promised; Phil responded immediately which was great but despite promises to fix it unfortunately they didn’t. Other than this, the stay was perfect! Highly recommend this beautiful home for ease of access, facilities (as long as hot tub fixed!), and fabulous location!

This home is very beautiful with its gates, backyard, grill area and pool. The home is much more spacious than it appears and has plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen is also very large for cooking and large table for big groups. Only complaints would be that the mattresses were not the most comfortable and the AC/heat was a little funky. Highly recommend though for a good bargain home in close proximity to Palma!
