Estancia maravillosa en el apartamento que coincidía perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Nunca habíamos estado en Estepona y fue un acierto este apartamento porque está situado en una zona tranquila y no escuchas ningún ruido, y es fácil ir al centro andando, o si te cuesta andar llegas en un momento en taxi. La playa del Cristo está a 5 minutos en coche y con muy buen aparcamiento. El piso está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Pernilla es una estupenda anfitriona que en todo momento nos contestaba los mensajes y nos facilitó lugares para ir a visitar. Sin duda, si volvemos a Estepona nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

Perfect location - 10 mins walk to the hub of the marina restaurants and 10 mins in the opposite direction to the Octo tennis and yacht club. Apartment is clean with modern furniture. Shared pool next to the apartment which was great. Lovely veranda out onto the harbour. Good size for our family of four. Good comms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mieszkanie z wielkim tarasem z cudownym widokiem na morze! Apartament był wyposażony we wszystkie przedmioty, o których tylko pomyśleliśmy, że mogą się przydać. Fajna opcja wydzielenia dwóch osobnych stref z sypialnią i łazienką (możliwość oddzielenia korytarza drzwiami przesuwnymi). Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i przytulnie urządzone. Wyposażenie kuchni i jadalni aż zaprasza do celebrowania tam wspólnych posiłków. Strefa wspólna z basenami i sauną też bardzo cicha i spokojna (byliśmy we wrześniu więc w kompleksie było bardzo mało turystów). Bardzo chętnie tam jeszcze wrócimy - dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt <3

The apartment is exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and has everything that is needed for a fab stay. Hot Tub worked perfectly after adjusting the settings and we used it multiple times every day. The location is easily accessible and in a beautiful and peaceful location. The host is extremely flexible, responsive and very helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat and can only recommend.

We stayed in Christina’s appartment for a week and had a lovely time. Everything feels new and the appartment is well equipped. On arrival there was a welcome package with refreshments, Christina responds very quickly if needed. We would love to go back to this place.

Tilava huvila rauhallisella alueella. Majoitus vastasi kuvausta ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti jos jotain kysyttävää ilmeni. Huoneissa hyvin tilaa ja vessojen sekä suihkujen lukumäärä riittävä. Hyvänä lisänä se, että auton saa parkkiin lukkojen taakse, mikä helpottaa esimerkiksi aktiivilomaijoiden elämää kummasti!

As a family (5 adults) we very much enjoyed a lovely week’s stay at this villa. It is very comfortable, well presented, and easily accessed. All mod cons are available to provide a smooth and easy stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with both equipment and utensils and is blessed with a large fridge. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean with one room having an idyllic view of the nearby sea. The stock of extra towels was very useful and appreciated as we did a lot of swimming and water sports during our stay. The villa has a relaxing area at the back and an excellent community pool (15 seconds walk from the villa), this is beautifully situated next to the beach/sea and is well kept and an ideal place to sunbathe. The villa is well situated for short trips to/from Malaga, Gibraltar, and the many excellent restaurants in Estepona and the surrounding area. Check in and check out was very easy and the communication with Silvia excellent – very responsive, helpful, and timely.

A peaceful oasis of calm and comfort. That's the best way I can describe this lovely townhouse. We are a couple in our 60s and could not have stayed in a more perfect place. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. And with Marbella's gorgeous weather, walking is a joy. We walked every day and always felt safe. When we return to Marbella we definitely would stay here again. Thank you, Cecile, for sharing your awesome home. Among our tips for future guests: We rented a car for our month-long stay but ended up walking most days. Walking to the old town takes about 30 minutes. Walking to Puerto Banus is about 4 miles (6.4 kilometers), and if you're too tired to walk back you can always take a taxi or Bolt. The taxi to Puerto Banus cost us 10 euros. Easy walk downhill to grocery stores, just remember walking back to the townhouse is uphill. Great exercise! Shower takes a bit of getting used to, but the water pressure is terrific and we always had plenty of hot water for long showers.

Ich kann mich nur Positiv über Kata als Gastgeberin äussern, sie war immer erreichbar, hat sich sofort um die Angelegenheiten gekümmert und auch gelöst. Die Wohung war sauber und wohnlich, kann ich nur empfehlen.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

Bernd’s apartment is everything that a great airbnb place should be; comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is beautifully appointed with fabulous art and incredible views. On a clear day one can look down through the coast to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and across to the African coast. It is situated in a peaceful spot within Samara resort on the edge of an apartment block, with a private garden area to one side and in front of the apartment. This made for a very quiet and relaxing stay (we stayed a month). We relied on Taxi’s (Taxisol) and online food deliveries, which was more than doable. Bernd was a very helpful and accommodating host, promptly answering any communication. We recommend staying at Bernd’s.

This is our second visit here and everything was perfect. Great location, views, access to golf, gym, pickleball and our family. Claire was great as always!! Highly recommend!!

The apartment and complex look exactly like the photos, stunning. The complex is a short drive or a 20 minute walk Cabopino marina. The host is quick to respond and was on hand for any queries. We had an absolutely fantastic time and hope to return again in the future!

Świetne miejsce do wypoczynku. Łóżka z bardzo wygodnymi materacami, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Piękny taras na parterze oraz patio i taras na piętrze.

Peaceful and quiet condo, comfortable space just off the action in Marbella. We loved the short walk to the beach and boardwalk, a short drive to both Marbella and Malaga. We slept very well and really enjoyed visiting Marbella. Nicholas was very responsive and helpful, with great suggestions, side visit to Tarifa. Thanks for hosting us!
