Die Unterkunft in Fornatutx ist nicht leicht zu finden, aber alles ist gut vorbereitet und es gab klare Instruktionen. Weil man mit dem Auto nicht bis zum Appartement fahren kann, wurden wir freundlich am Parkplatz in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschreiben, es war gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Der Blick aus den Fenstern und von der Terrasse sind wunderschön, wir werden es vermissen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, in der Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen. In unserer Woche hat es häufig geregnet, aber mit einem Plan B in der Tasche haben wir sehr schöne Tage in Fornalutx und Umgebung verbracht. Direkt im Umfeld der Unterkunft gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt und jede Menge Restaurants und Cafés. Der Einstieg in den Wanderweg ist nicht weit und es ist wunderschön, zwischen den Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen zu wandern und die Natur zu genießen. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich!

SEA PENTHOUSE IN A QUIET, SLOWLY & QUALITY VILLAGE

We hebben een heerlijk week gehad in het mooie appartement van Joan. Top: de locatie is echt op 2 minuten lopen van het strand en meerdere goede/ leuke restaurants/ koffiebarretjes. Tevens uitzicht over zee en op de bergen vanaf dakterras en balkon. Voor het huis is er een grote schone speeltuin, overdag is het daar een hele gezellige hangout voor ouders en kinderen, dat hoor je wel in en om het huis, maar stoorde ons niet. Het was rond 20:30u eigenlijk altijd stil. Het appartement is veel groter dan de foto’s op airbnb doen vermoeden! Er zijn twee hele comfortabele sfeervolle badkamers met zeep en veel handdoeken en een grote keuken met heel veel keukengerei. Ook zijn er enkele strandattributen in de kelder. Enige minpuntje voor ons waren de twee 1 persoonsbedden ipv 2 persoonsbed. De matrassen zijn ook een beetje doorgezakt. Kortom het appartement is echt heel erg aan te raden! Tip: een traphekje voor de kleine kinderen zou het huis nog kindvriendelijker make

Moderno y acogedor apartamento en Port de Pollença

L'appartement de Francesca est très bien équipé et tout à fait adapté à un séjour avec de jeunes enfants. La résidence est agréable, avec deux piscines et une place de parking, et la plage se trouve à 5-10 minutes à pied. Francesca a été très accueillante et accommodante et nous recommandons son appartement.

Stunning architecture of the villa made our stay very very special. Loved terrace, the pool, the 360 degree views and shear space. Beautiful. The kitchen had the basics to self cater but we enjoyed eating out.

Gabriel's place was in a great location within the Port de Soller. It was beautifully appointed and clean, and was located on the promenade with access to abundant restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently located to the tram stop and nearby parking. The balcony had beautiful views of the harbor and promenade without sacrificing privacy. The place had an appealing rustic 'vibe', and the careful placement of local pottery and artwork added to its Mallorcan character.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort. 80% der Geschäfte und Lokale am Wasser waren geschlossen und es waren kaum Touristen auf der Insel. Zur Wohnung direkt am Wasser gehörte ein Parkplatz (gegen eine kleine Gebühr). Somit konnten wir zu jeder Zeit unseren Leihwagen dort abstellen und mussten keinen Parkplatz suchen. In der Hauptsaison perfekt. Im Ort Sant Jordi sind eine Menge „baufällige“ bzw. „heruntergekommene“ Gebäude in den Nebenstraßen. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Zu Fuß zu erreichen war ein mehrere Kilometer langer Sandstrand. Dort konnte man stundenlang entlang wandern. Ins Hinterland kam man allerdings nicht. Der gesamte Küstenbereich war mit einem Zaun abgesperrt. Es waren entlang des Wassers 10m - 30m zugänglich. Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Yachthafen, einen breiten Sandstrand und keine großen Hotels. Sehr angenehm.

CASITA MUY TRANQUILA

der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und schön, es ist wirklich sehr friedlich und ruhig! Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall die große Terrasse mit Ausblick in die Natur und die Berge. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was man benötigt. Einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus zu finden ist zwar fast nie möglich, aber weiter unten an der Straße findet man immer einen. Vielen Dank Francisca für die super schnelle Kommunikation und die schöne Unterkunft!

Vila Can Moreno B

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von zwei der schönsten Strände Mallorcas. Ruhiges kleines Örtchen mit ein paar tollen Restaurants. Wir sind mit dem Auto von dort überall schnell hingekommen. Josep war jederzeit erreichbar und hat fix reagiert und geantwortet. Danke für die vielen Tips und Ideen für die Umgebung. Das Kind hat den Pool geliebt :) Danke Josep für den schönen Aufenthalt. :)

Amazing house close to the beach

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

Die Unterkunft hat uns genau das gegeben was wir brauchten. Ohne Auto wäre aber problematisch gewesen und der Pool hat gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar! Wir haven uns wohl gefühlt

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

Ca Sa Padrina. Casa En el corazón de Mallorca.

Ca sa padrina és un allotjament preciós on et pots sentir com a casa. Som una família amb dos nens de 6 i 8 anys i els ha encantat poder dormir sols en una habitació (queda una mica separada de l'altra habitació, però hi ha un sofà llit per si de cas). És una casa de poble en un vilatge molt tranquil. Està molt ben situat perquè ets a 30 minuts de molts llocs interessants que volíem veure. A nosaltres ens ha anat perfecte. La casa té de tot i la Joana respon ràpidament davant de qualsevol dubte. Si podem, hi tornarem!

Superbe maison Confort et Farniente

This villa was so far one of the most beautiful places me and my friends stayed in. The view from the villa was breathtaking and it was perfect for a relaxing stay for a few days. The location is close to a small town and you get everything you need in a short walking distance. I definitely cannot recommend it more, everything was 10/10!

Casa familiar | Art & Living

Un séjour exceptionnel dans ce havre de paix. En terme de localisation, Campanet est un village très mignon, et surtout très paisible. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature, et pour ceux qui veulent accéder à l’ensemble des petits villages de l’île. Pour le logement, très accessible avec un parking situé à 2min à pied du logement. Il est très bien équipé, tout à été pensé en terme d’ustensiles, de vaisselles, condiments et pour nettoyer le linge. L’appartement est très calme, on s’y sent très bien. Le jardin est très agréable, sans vis à vis, et très pratique avec les 2 terrasses. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la présence de différents chats et chatons ( ils étaient super mignon ). Concernant Manel, il est très réactif, à l’écoute et surtout il nous a permis de découvrir des plages et restaurants grâce à ses merveilleux conseils et recommandations. C’était un séjour inoubliable, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doutes !! 🤩🤩

Panoramic/Seaside Mallorca House

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

Quiet house not overlooked

Great find on AirBnb. Rural location and old finca but modernised and cosy. Well stocked with basic supplies, including washing, cooking, towels, etc. Easy to maintain clean for longer stays. Ideal for families or groups of individuals Car is a must for access but easy to get to supermarkets or restaurants within 10 minutes German is very helpful and proactive.
