Het huis van Silvia is op een geweldige centrale plaats gelegen waar je heel dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden in het centrum bent. Veel leuke restaurantjes en terrasjes in de buurt en Silvia heeft ons ook een paar geweldige tips gegeven voor hele goede restaurants. Het huis zelf is ruim met een heel groot en mooi dakterras. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis in het mooie Florence.

Séjour juste magnifique, c’est une maison magnifique idéalement placée. L’accueil est extra et chaleureux. Des conditions de séjours idéales. C’est l’un des meilleurs B&B que j’ai fait jusqu’à maintenant. Merci beaucoup

Teresa and Agostino were the best hosts we have ever experienced. They were both extremely sweet, made us breakfast, taught us how to make pasta and then served us dinner all for free! We had multiple options of where we wanted to stay (went during off season). She gave us some of the best recommendations for local activities and food and what to see. Teresa and Agostino deserve so many more stars than you can physically select. If you have the opportunity to stay with them, you need to!

В помешканні затишно але доволі просторо. Більше нагадує власне житло ніж стандартний номер готелю. Трамвай маршруту Т1 чітко за графіком та швидко дістане вас до центру міста, інших історичних місць або залізничних вокзалів (3 шт). Наявність поблизу кафе-Caldana для сніданків, також додає балів. Рекомендую.

Mein Wunsch einen sympathischen Ort zu finden um die Toskana per Fahrrad und Auto zu erkunden hat sich bestätigt - ruhig, abseits vom Trubel (eine empfehlenswerte Trattoria ist aber zu Fuß erreichbar!), mit viel Grün, vor allem aber eine sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer Tipps zur Umgebung parat hat. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen!

A Dream Wedding at Il Grande Prato - Beyond Perfection Our wedding at Il Grande Prato was magical. From the moment we arrived with our guests, we felt the warmth and hospitality. Every detail, from the stunning landscape to the charming accommodations, was perfect. Giulia, Taisia, and the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding flawless. They handled everything! From transportation to and from the train station, to wedding décor and preparing the most delicious meals! No request was too big or too small. Their hospitality extended beyond the wedding, ensuring all our guests were comfortable and happy throughout the stay. Il Grande Prato is more than just a venue – it’s a place where dreams come true, thanks to the incredible people there. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. The location, nestled between vineyards and olive groves, felt like a dream come true. I loved every moment of our stay; it was picture-perfect and incredibly relaxing. There was a hammock near our room where I spent most of my time enjoying the scenery. We could easily walk around and explore the area. The room was clean and cozy, and breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of items along with several juices and hot tea or coffee. The views from every side of the property were stunning, and the host was very helpful and friendly, providing great suggestions for nearby attractions.

We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was recently renovated and the space was very clean. The views over the Tuscan Hills were truly breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and flex with our late check-in, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte da Gabriele. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci ! Camera pulitissima, molto elegante e raffinata. Colazione con molta scelta fra dolce e salato, oltretutto nell’atrio è possibile fare un aperitivo. Entrambi gentilissimi e disponibili, ci torneremo di sicuro !

The place was just perfect! Very good location, spacious room with a small kitchen, great bathroom. It made our short stay in Florence even more special. It's also a big plus how Giacomo was very accommodating. Will definitely recommend this place!

We loved this place! Great hosts. Storybook type room / accommodations. Everything was super clean and and top quality! Every detail of the room and library was well thought out. Nice breakfast! Super close to San Donato. Note: The steep driveway down to this gorgeous property is not for the faint of heart. We will stay here again!

Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos con nuestros dos perretes en casa de Sabrina. Todo estaba muy limpio y acorde a las fotos y descripciones. El desayuno era una maravilla, y las instalaciones increibles, bien cuidadas, con unas vistas impresionantes y una piscina fantástica!! Gracias Sabrina por tu amabilidad , hemos estado genial!!

Chez Marina est le Bed and breakfast le plus chaleureux! La chambre est très charmante et bien équipée. L’ambiance et la vue sont très reposantes.

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

We were absolutely pleased with all the accommodations. The place is beautiful and we wish we would've stayed longer. Lorenzo, Claudia (his sister) and his mother were the kindest people. They were helpful in every possible way. We needed to drop off the luggage earlier and they were very helpful with making it work. Lorenzo and Claudia helped us with places to go, a wonderful dinner, help with the trains and just wonderful conversations. I really enjoyed their mom, we communicated as she spoke Italian and I spoke Spanish and if that didn't work we used our translator apps. We hope to go back and would recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you so much :) <3

Eccellente a dir poco! Daniela e suo marito sono delle persone eccezionali, sembra proprio di stare a casa! La colazione preparata da Daniela vale il viaggio, specialmente le sue torte! Per non parlare dell'ospitalità per la bambina, siamo ripartiti da poco e già vuole tornare a casa di Daniela! Ci siamo trovati per capodanno e ci hanno anche offerto un buon vino per brindare tutti insieme davanti ad un camino incantevole! Che dire, forse unico! Mi auguro di tornarci presto!

La camera è esattamente come mostrata in foto; ordinata e spaziosa. Il grande terrazzo privato con idromassaggio è la ciliegina sulla torta. Struttura nel complesso molto bella e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione molto variegata. Daniela super gentile e disponibile.

Thank you Susan for opening your doors to such beautiful property. I enjoyed the views 6 min drive to train station. I was able to go to Florence and Rome. Abbiamo alloggiato solamente per una notte ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La camera era perfetta come tutta la casa ma il vero plus è stato essere accolti da una persona speciale e disponibile come Cristina. Se avremmo occasione torneremo sicuramente.

Il B&B è accogliente e pulito; un'ottima soluzione per un week-end.
