We loved our visit to Massimo's home. We stayed in this home during our Tuscany tour. Beatrice allowed us to leave our luggage before check in which was very convenient as we didn't want to leave them in the car during our visit to Siena. While it was a bit far from places like Pienza and Cortona (about 1 1/2 hours), it was incredibly convenient to our car drop off in Florence and our visits to Siena and San Gimignano. I HIGHLY recommend using the link they send to arrive. I once simply typed in the address and Google Maps took me to three locations in San Casciano (one up a very steep mountain!) before I remembered that I had a different link. I can't say enough about relaxing in a hot top over looking the vineyards as the sun sets. You should definitely pay the extra cost!

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

We had a very pleasant time here. Carlotta was very friendly from the start, and even recommended local grocery stores. This place is a hidden gem! You are surrounded by beautiful trees & nature, but close enough to the town where you can easily catch the train to Florence. We absolutely loved it!

Our stay in Florence was incredible thanks to Max’s hospitality. The property was very secure, walkable to all of Florence’s beautiful surroundings. Near a park, which was perfect for my children. He included great local recommendations, offered to arrange car services, and even included some wonderful family history with our checkin. The space is gorgeous and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again and again!

Beatrice was a wonderful host and accommodating of our needs traveling with a two year old. She was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location is stunning - even more beautiful than the pictures! Every direction you look has rolling vineyards. We opted to have them cook a special birthday meal one of the nights, and it was delicious. The only small downside is there isn’t a common area to spend time in besides the kitchen (just the layout of the house). We loved it and hope to come back some day!

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e l’esperienza è stata assolutamente perfetta! La posizione è ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma comunque vicina al cuore di Firenze. In 15/20 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia la stazione di Santa Maria Novella che il Duomo. L’appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il quartiere è sicuro e ben servito, con ristoranti, bar e locali nelle vicinanze per chi desidera godersi la vita notturna. Questo appartamento è una scelta eccellente per chi visita Firenze: comodo, ben posizionato e con tutti i servizi necessari a portata di mano. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Francesca è molto simpatica e super disponibile in qualsiasi ora della giornata ha risposto ai nostri messaggi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i prodotti disponibili a partire dai saponi vegani in dotazione, fino ad arrivare al vino ed altri prodotti di qualità come il pane ed il delizioso olio che abbiamo potuto assaporare. L'ambiente è molto caloroso, ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie al focolare ed alla vasca idromassaggio. Sicuramente ritorneremo per poter rivivere questa fantastica esperienza. Molto consigliato per chi ama stare a contatto con la natura e trascorrere delle giornate tranquille e rilassanti.

Stefania was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Her home is in a nice area away from the crowds. We chose to walk into the centre but there is a bus station close by.

Siamo arrivati a tarda sera e ripartiti al mattino presto per cui abbiamo visto poco ma l' alloggio era pulito e ordinato, con tutto il necessario per la notte e l'uso cucina. Lucrezia gentile e disponibile, se ci sarà un' altra occasione torneremo

Boggina was such a beautiful setting for our two families. There is no air conditioning, but the house kept beautifully cool by using the shutters in the day and using fans at night. The bedrooms were dreamy, full of trinkets from families past. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely wine tasting tour! We basically didn’t want to leave! Many thanks team Marco 😊

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

The home was great - exactly as advertised. As for John and Christine, they were delightful, knowledgeable, and engaging. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and offer valuable, local's insights. Warm and friendly, they made us feel right at home. We would recommend their home to anyone traveling to Greve or Panzano.

We loved Oscar's place. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfasts and dinners. The property was beautiful. This would be a special place for small wedding! The pool was inviting too! It was a pleasant surprise to meet all of their animals! 2 horses, 2 pigs, ducks, goats, sheep, chickens. rooster, cats and 2 dogs! We had excellent wine with amazing food while watching gorgeous sunsets. Oscar's and family are it easy and comfortable.

Abbiamo passato una bella settimana nell'agriturismo di Martina. Con tutto l'agriturismo a disposizione, gli ampi spazi esterni, piscina compresa, e le belle passeggiate che si possono fare nei dintorni, il tempo è volato. Anche il nostro cane ha molto apprezzato. Ineceppibile l'accoglienza e disponibilità sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno. Gli appartamenti a disposizione sono essenziali ma non mancano di nulla e sono immersi nel silenzio della natura.

We had a lovely time with Cristiana and Sergio. The apartment "La Margherita" was very clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. We received helpful tips and Cristiana was always open to questions and responded very quickly. For chess lovers, there is a beautiful board in a great location. Highly recommended!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

I had tears of joy upon arrival. This home is exactly what you dream of in Tuscany. It is nestled on a hill with beautiful gardens, amazing sunrises and sunsets, a private outdoor table space and you can hear the birds singing all around you. The house had a private gated yard with parking that makes you feel safe. The home has so much Italian charm. It was a little cold during our stay in March, but there was lots of extra blankets to use at night and access to firewood. I would love to return in the summer to see the vineyards and use the pool. Everything was wonderful, including our very welcoming hosts.

Cristina is the ultimate host! Everything was immaculate and set up for us. We traveled with two young kids, and she was proactively prepared with a crib & high chair. She also had amazing recommendations and answered any questions for us. Led us to a spectacular sunset winery in the hills. The premise has stunning views and hanging poolside in the mountains, was just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommended and makes you feel like family!

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.

Lovely countryside place to stay. Host was extremely flexible for when we had a really late check-in as our train got cancelled. Would recommend.

Alberto et son fils son super gentil et au petit soins . Nous avons adoré le logement ( il est encore mieux que sur les photos) . La piscine est grandiose. Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois et tout était très bien adapté a un bébé . Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons certainement
