Hello to everyone! It’s not my first stay at this apartment . I’m still convinced it’s one of the best apartments in Genova where you can find the best location , good price and all the conveniences you need . Moreover it’s very close to Brignoli station , so you even don’t need a taxi to reach the apt . Andrea is a very polite , kind and nice host , he will explain you everything about Genova and he is always eager to help you if you need smth . Best wishes to Andrea and see you soon )

Tutto perfetto come al solito, soggiorniamo sempre qui quando siamo di passaggio a Genova. Lidia ,gentilissima come sempre ,ci è venuta incontro per l’orario di check-in.

Io sono stata molto bene, è super per un single o una coppia. Comodo il piccolo centro commerciale sotterraneo e anche la vicinanza dal centro e dalla stazione dove si possono comodamente raggiungere diverse località. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

I've been there for my Christmas holiday, so not exactly to visit the beach, but the apartment was warm and cozy even in winter. The location and the apartment are as shown in the pics great value for money

L’appartement est idéalement situé! L’hôte tellement gentil , a l’écoute , nous avons été très bien guidé pour les activités de la ville et les bonnes adresses ! La décoration de l’appartement est canon ! Je vous recommande fortement cet hôte ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci encore à Tommi pour ce séjour magique en famille !

Maria è un host precisa e disponibile, nel suo appartamento ci siamo sentiti come a casa, l’appartamento è perfetto come pulizia, posizione, arredi e accessori. Grazie per tutte le informazioni fornite, consigliatissimo!

Arrivati nell'appartamento si è sentito subito un buon profumo. Arredamento accogliente. Tutto sembrava ben pulito. Casa come da foto, perfetta per 4 persone. Letti comodi, zona silenziosa. Cucina ampia. Parcheggi liberi nelle vicinanze. Host disponibile e molto chiara nelle indicazioni.

aldilà dell'appartamento, funzionale e con tutto il necessario (finanche la lavatrice...), aldilà della posizione, vicinissima alle zone ztl, connun parcheggio accanto e disservite benissimo coi mezzi pubblici... quello che ha fatto la differenza è stata Laura. veramente una persona splendida, di jna gentilezza incredibile, un'amore di donna! grazie grazie grazie della tua accoglienza, sembrava di stare in un hotel 3 stelle

Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut gefallen; die Wohnung ist wirklich top ausgestattet & sehr modern ! Vor allem die schnelle & einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet! :)

Assolutamente consigliato sotto ogni punto di vista, come al solito ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Unternehmungen in die Umgebung. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Die Wohnung von Roberta ist gut erreichbar mit dem Privatauto, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Auch vom Bahnhof aus ist sie mit 10minütigem Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen. Sie ist genügend gross für 4 Erwachsene, auch wenn das Elternschlafzimmer stark abgeschrägt und deshalb für grossgewachsene Personen das Risiko zum Kopfanschlagen mitbringt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön und interessant eingerichtet und mit allem ausgerüstet, was man für den Aufenthalt und auch zum Kochen braucht. Roberta selber hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und sogar ein Restaurant für uns gebucht - herzlichen Dank! Also sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die Gegend war ruhig, aber gut angebunden. Eine Bushaltestelle war zwei Minuten und ein Supermarkt nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Strände waren sehr schön, das Wasser kristallklar und wir konnten wunderbar schnorcheln, solange das Wetter noch mitgespielt hat. Toll war auch die Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Hier zu frühstücken war auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Marina war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und konnte immer helfen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. 😊

Ottima esperienza! Prenotato due ore prima dell arrivo, Giorgio ha fornito subito le informazioni necessario sia prima della prenotazione che dopo, in riferimento al parcheggio, alla posizione, alle attrazioni, bar e ristoranti con migliore qualità prezzo. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e il letto è veramente comodo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Nous recommandons plus plus l appartement de Stefano qui est conforme à la description. Tres propre et spacieux, dans un quartier calme. Stefano est un super hôte, il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour nos visites. nous avons eu un souci avec notre voiture et il a été très réactif et bienveillant. Merci mille fois !

Fantastic 3 nights! Arrived late our first night and had a little trouble in the dark even though Sarah. sent helpful vidoes on how to find it. In our defense we had been up 24 hours but Sarah responded immediately and guided us in. The terrace and nighttime views were a perfect place to sit and catch our breathe! The home was better than expected and THE VIEWS! Easily took the train into Genoa for the day but we couldn't wait to get back to that terrace! Fiore helped us with a reservation for dinner in Pieve and what a meal! All in all they communicated as we traveled there even suggesting where we could stop and eat on the way from airport. Their responsiveness and helpfulness was unmatched!! Would love to return with my adult kids!!

El departamento estaba impecable , limpio y muy lindo decorado, todo funcionaba a la perfección. Camas cómodas , cocina equipada y un hermoso living para descansar al regresar. Cerca de todo , buena ubicación Solo para destacar que la zona quizás de noche resulta un poco insegura. Por lo demás , es muy recomendable .

Appartamento nuovissimo, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort corrispondente alla descrizione. Posizione comoda , vicina al centro storico, al porto ed a 5 minuti a piedi dall'acquario. Venendo dalla Stazione ferroviaria Principe di trova a 10 minuti a piedi. L'host Cecilia molto disponibile sia in fase di check in che check out. Ci ha dato anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre il tempo previsto. Ottimi consigli su dove poter cenare. Importante.... Seguite le sue indicazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento in quanto l'altro accesso vi fa camminare in vicoli stretti un po' bui.

Emplacement au top au chœur du centre historique. Facile d'accès. Communication rapide et efficace de la part de Zoé. On peut tout faire à pied. Le parking privé est vraiment un plus. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Gênes Merci Zoé

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti durante il Salone Nautico di Genova, e non avrei potuto chiedere una posizione migliore! A pochi minuti dal Salone, la posizione è stata perfetta per i miei spostamenti. L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, estremamente pulito e arredato con gusto. Mi sono sentito subito a casa. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi comfort e praticità. Tornerò sicuramente!

The host has been very friendly and responsive since the beginning. The place is beautiful, very clean, in a nice neighborhood. The instructions to get there were clear. I was mostly interested in the jacuzzi bathtub, which worked well, so I was able to relax in there. Outside you can see beautiful surroundings and places where to get all you needs: food, drinks, a sea view from the street where you can walk towards Quarto, or in the opposite direction -however you prefer. There are places to see in both directions.

La casa di Rossella è perfetta per soggiorno sia di breve che di lunga durata. Si trova nel centro di Arenzano a due passi da un supermercato e la spiaggia. La casa è ben arredata e ci si trova subito a proprio agio. Consigliatissimo
