Sestri Ponente, Gênes : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Jessica è un host bravissima, molto cordiale, ci ha sempre sempre risposto per tempo, l’ alloggio è in una pozione comoda per il centro di Recco a 20 minuti a piedi da Camogli. Unica nota è il rumore delle macchine la sera, però non dà fastidio, se però siete famiglie o persone che non sono abituate il primo giorno può servire per ambientarsi. Utile avere un parcheggio a disposizione!

Le séjour dans l'ensemble a été très agréable. Même si nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver le lieu en voiture (le secteur est un véritable labyrinthe), Fiorella nous a bien aidés à nous orienter. L'appartement est bien équipé (mobilier de belle qualité, frigo avec congélateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge séchant, belle douche à l'italienne), la literie est confortable. Si vous êtes 3, le troisième dort dans le canapé lit (très confortable mais qui n'est prévu que pour une seule personne). La cour privée doit être très agréable, mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter (4 jours de pluie en avril... pas de chance...). Seul défaut, les voisins sont bruyants le matin (des enfants, des adultes qui parlent à voix haute), donc difficile de faire une grasse matinée. Les bus pour le centre-ville sont à 5 mn à pied, c'est très pratique. Et il est très facile également de se garer dans le chemin privé (et sécurisé) de la résidence. Nous reviendrons, avec le soleil !!!

Nonostante l’appartamento confortevole, molto spazioso e silenzioso , purtroppo la pulizia è quella che , secondo il mio parere, ha lasciato qualche dubbio: in particolare le macchie sul divano che possono essere tranquillamente pulite, le scale l’ingresso che possono essere lavate. Tutto sommato l’appartamento è altamente consigliato .

Beautifully located woth a sea view, with its own two little patios, AC, spacious rooms, antique objects, old books, this is quite a unique apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. Clise to the beach and restaurants. The only shortcoming is narrow driveway, so don't bring a big car. I would also have liked more bathing and kitchen towels. All perfect otherwise.

Very good modern apartment in a high part of Genoa with an outstanding view over the city harbour and distant hills. Spacious living area, comfortable bed, high cleanliness and very quiet as regards external noise. The hosts were very quick to respond and resolved some minor issues on the same day. Check-in was very easy with a useful video showing what to do. The main drawback is the counterpart of having such a good view - its about 125 metres up the hillside from harbour area, so make sure you know how you're going to get back and forth. Also there isn't much to do (restaurants / bars etc.) in the immediate vicinity.

Clean and easy to find, nice location and nice surrounding area, not far from the centre of Genoa. Hosts were responsive and gave great recommendations

soggiorno bellissimo,riccardo è un ottimo padrone di casa,disponibile e gentile. posto stupendo nella pineta con vista mare e privacy. da ritornarci!!!

Meine zwei erwachsenen Söhne und ich haben 3 schöne Tage in Nicolas luxeriöser Wohnung verbracht. Wir wussten die jeweils individuell eingerichteten, hübschen 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer zu schätzen . Alles war sauber und die helle Küche war mit allem bestückt, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Überall finden sich Designerlampen Kunstwerke und Sammelobjekte, die der Wohnung eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre geben. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit spektakulärem Blick. Wir Danken Nicolas, der bei Fragen sofort zu erreichen war und seiner aufmerksamen Mutter, die gerne Tips gab.

There are not enough good words to say about Carlo and Lucia, as well as their place. It was much more beautiful than the photos. We directly felt at home. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The house was spotless. The view was just out of heaven. You can spend days without getting out of the house and watching the view all day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because they deserve it. It was our best Airbnb experience so far. I hope we can come back again one day. It was unforgettable. Thank you for everything Carlo and Lucia.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Mario war wunderbar! Mario ist ein superfreundlicher Gastgeber und hat uns in seinem wunderschönen Haus herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Haus ist toll, es bietet schöne Ecken rund ums Haus zum entspannen, die zwei vollwertigen Bäder sind ein toller Vorteil und die Garage fürs Auto fanden wir auch sehr praktisch (man muss für die Garage scharf ums Eck fahren). Mario reagiert immer auf Nachrichten und gibt tolle Tipps für alle Belange. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist der Hammer, der Blick reicht bis nach Genua. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Danke, Mario!

Maria e Suo marito sono due persone Fantastiche! Disponibili e puntuali. Il bellissimo appartamento dal vivo è ancora più bello! Immerso nel paesino stupendo dove ci sono persone accoglienti e gentili! Sopratutto la zia di Maria che gestisce il bar vicino casa! Per arrivare al centro di Genova in circa 20 minuti percorrendo una strada bellissima immersa nel verde! Casa ha ogni confort, materassi confortevoli lenzuola ricamate e profumatissime. Abbiamo mangiato nello spazio esterno con la cucina fornita al 100%! Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio e il wifi molto veloce! Sono stato con i miei due figli, loro si sono divertiti molto. Insomma veramente una esperienza unica! Anche il riscaldamento dopo averlo acceso, in pochi minuti la casa era caldissima! Finestre molto grandi per ammirare il panorama, casa luminosissima! Arredata veramente bene con piccole accortezze che la rendono piacevole! Consiglio vivamente, sono certo che passerete giorni indimenticabili come i nostri!

Probably the cleanest of the 50 or AIRBNBs we have stayed in over the past few years and that was just the beginning. Great location in the old fishing village and less than 100 meters from the beach. Well equipped and renovated historic apartment with great mix of old and new. Garage is a huge plus and worked flawlessly. Highly recommend

Wir waren für einige Nächte in der Unterkunft von Carlo und es hat uns wunderbar gefallen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche war super ausgestattet und das Bad sowie das Schlafzimmer sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, aber der Charme von Altem wurde beibehalten. Diese Kombination hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Außenbereich war sehr groß und man hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Die Katze Kusna wohnt auch im Außenbereich und war eine Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub. Sie war sehr verschmust und lieb. Der perfekte Ort für Menschen, die Katzen mögen! Wir empfehlen mit dem Bus, zu Fuß oder mit dem Roller die Gegend zu erkunden, da es sehr kurvig und eng für Autos ist. Der nächste größere Bahnhof war mit dem Bus ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es 15 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg runter. Die Kommunikation mit Carlo war sehr freundlich und immer schnell! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter. :)

Alloggio situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro, perfetto per godersi la vacanza senza bisogno dell’auto. L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano, facilmente raggiungibile grazie a un comodo ascensore. Gli spazi sono ampi, molto puliti e dotati di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Molto apprezzato anche il posto auto riservato, davvero comodo. Ottima la comunicazione con il co-host Mario: sempre disponibile, preciso e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

This is a great place to stay. Walkable to pretty much anything in Genova. Great restaurants were all close by. The host gave us so many recommendations of things to do, food to try, and places to see. We wandered on our own and enjoyed the city. The area this AirBnB is located is decently safe. We never felt uncomfortable getting home after dark. This may be a general AirBnb thing, but we had to take out our own trash. We figured that would be covered by the cleaning fee and was a little strange, but this doesn’t stop this listing for 5/5 stars.

Eine super Wohnung, es fehlte uns tatsächlich an gar nichts. Mit 2 Kindern hatten wir auch genug Platz und die Lage direkt am Spazierweg ist sehr gut für Ausflüge von der Haustüre weg. Das absolute Highligt ist aber ganz klar die fantastische Aussicht. Mascia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L’appartement est conforme à la description avec une très belle terrasse et vue sur le port. I accès au centre ville est facile car métro à moins de 5mn à pied. Marché local à 100 m de l’appartement. Cuisine très bien équipée. Fabio nous a également proposé un garage fermé à 10 mn à pied pour la voiture et à 15€ par jour , très pratique. Je recommande

Die Wohnung ist perfekt: Lage, Grösse, schöne, gepflegte Ausstattung, sauber, ruhig, privater Parkplatz - und natürlich die grandiose Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und den beiden kleinen Balkonen. Barbara ist eine sehr freundliche, entgegenkommende, flexible und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeberin. Wir (2 Freundinnen) haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und herrliche Tage im pittoresken Camogli verbracht. Direkt neben dem Haus führt eine lange Treppe direkt ins Zentrum und an die schöne Promenade. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank Barbara!

Olgas Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Lage, das Interior - einfach alles! Wer Ruhe suchst ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit Olga wie auch Mykola waren ebenfalls immer top. Wir bekamen ohne weiteres die größere Wohnung, da aufgrund von kurzfristigen Reparaturarbeiten unsere nicht zur Verfügung stand. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

L'appartamento di Claudia è ampio,pulito,attrezzato di ogni comfort. Eravamo in 2 coppie e ciascuna aveva la sua stanza e il suo bagno. La possibilità di parcheggio è una caratteristica molto importante in questa zona. Claudia poi è molto simpatica,disponibile, gentile e pronta a dare suggerimenti su cosa fare,cosa vedere e dove andare a mangiare. Insomma un'ospite impeccabile. Grazie a lei abbiamo passato un ottimo fine settimana. Ampiamente consigliato

Luci a e Antonio sono due persone squisite e molto disponibili. La casa è in un’oasi verde a 10 minuti da Varazze. Un grande giardino pieno di ulivi (quando abbiamo soggiornato noi erano proprio i giorni in cui raccoglievano le olive per fare l’olio) circonda l’edificio. La casa è bellissima, con camere molto spaziose e ben arredate. Pulizia e servizi impeccabili. Per raggiungere l’ abitazione bisogna percorre una strada un po’ tortuosa, ma niente di troppo impegnativo. Torneremo sicuramente!
