Pepe’s apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Ronda. There is an outstanding view of the bridge and gorge from all of the windows. The apartment is mere steps away from the main attractions. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend booking this place.

Pleasant stay , the photos do not do the apartment justice, much better in person. clean very tidy, airy & spacious, garden terrace is a fabulous size with lovely views if you wake up early to catch the sun rise, you get the sun there all day so can bath out the back garden and relax in peace. the pool is a few second walk away from the front door, which also holds a beautiful swim Up view. So close and easy. 15mins to Marbella puerto Banús , 20 with traffic , lots of shops/ restaurants around if you look for them on your map. Tasty tapas in benahavis. Ronda is 1hr away, such a Beautiful place! Only down side is , bring ear plugs as the next door neighbour was extremely loud, could hear arguing through the bedroom wall as I was trying to sleep most nights, but once earplugs in it’s a very peaceful sleep There is also building work going on, as a new development is being made around the area, can be a little on the loud side. Apart from that I really enjoyed & would stay again

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce bel appartement moderne avec sa magnifique terrasse offrant une très belle vue. L’appartement est situé dans une résidence calme à mi chemin entre Estepona et Marbella. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine. Un grand merci à Maryse de Terrasur pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons bien évidemment cet appartement et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Wybraliśmy się do Marbelli rodzinnie, z 3 miesięczną córką i dziadkami. Miejsce bardzo przestronne, zapewniło komfort dla całej rodziny. W okolicy parki, niedaleko nad morze, miły spacer do centrum miasta. Parking jest dużym atutem, wszystko pod dachem, dzięki czemu łatwiej było z maluszkiem.

An absolute gem of an apartment! It was great having a balcony, a spacious living room, and the biggest advantage of all which was 2,5 bathrooms. The apartment was clean, and stocked with everything you could think of needing at home. An air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, you name it! The host was very nice and helpful, and provided quick responses. There were also a lot of good restaurants right outside, and a supermarket at a a walking distance. The pool was also a great amenity! Would definitely recommend this AirBnb for families, or just 4 people in general. Quiet area.

We had a lovely stay at Silvia’s property - perfectly clean and super comfortable. A real bonus that the pool is open all year round and a fantastic location for the beach and the town alike!

Fuimos el fin de semana al alojamiento y todo muy correcto! Por poner una pega, que la campana extractora no funcionaba pero el resto de la casa muy muy bien, igual que en las fotos! Le damos 5 estrellas por la comunicación con el anfitrión y porque el día de salida sin decirle previamente nada nos indicó que podíamos salir más tarde de la hora prevista sin cargo alguno. Recomendable al 100%.

Absolutely stunning apartment, highly recommend. The location is superb. The free on street parking is a real bonus. Marina is excellent, great communication. She was ready to answer all our questions. This apartment is 10/10. We can’t wait to go back.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, no faltaba ninguna detalle. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Los anfitriones fueron muy detallistas y la comunicación con ellos fue muy fácil y rápida en todo momento. Estuvimos muy agusto durante nuestra estancia.

Mon séjour dans ce logement était absolument parfait le logement disposait de tout les équipements nécessaire et même des équipements au delà du nécessaire, l’emplacement de l’appartement proposé par RIVA est situé à un point clés de la ville ou tout est accessible a pied, RIVA était très réactif pour toutes questions que j’avais, je recommande le logement a 100%.

Perfect location in Puente Romano, central and quiet. It had all the amenities of a hotel room.

the host was very reaponsive, the rooms very spacious and most of all the location couldn't have been better. If you wanna be at the heart of Puerto Banus, this is your place.

Sydney was so flexible and responsive when we had an issue with our flight. The place is beautiful and we would definitely stay there again.

Très bon accueil. Disponibilité et réactivité irréprochables. Le logement est moderne, décoré avec goût, avec tout le confort, et tout le nécessaire possible que ce soit en matière de linge <serviettes, torchons>, produits de nettoyage <lessive, lave-vaisselle etc.>, produits douche. Bouteille d'eau et autres boissons offerts à l'arrivée, ce qui est appréciable après un voyage. Une belle terrasse couverte pour admirer les plantations de la résidence et le ciel bleu. Ce logement est vraiment une belle découverte. Je vous le recommande à 100 %.

Das Haus hat super Lage, es ist sehr ruhig. Antonio hat uns viele leckere Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war ziemlich einfach einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir haben die Zeit in Ronda sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à tous points de vue. Tout était parfait, la vue de la terrasse. Les équipements sportifs et la piscine intérieure chauffée étaient super. L'appartement est bien situé au soleil au sud-ouest très appréciable l'hiver surtout sur la terrasse. la communication avec nos hôtes est parfaite et très appréciée, ils sont très réactifs à nos demandes.

Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact zeer positief met de host! Ze reageerde snel en duidelijk. Regina denkt met je mee en was zeer flexibel ivm onze vragen over onze kleine. Alles was zeer snel geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd vanuit haar naar ons. Bij aankomst was het erg makkelijk om alles te vinden en binnen te komen in het appartement. Eenmaal in het appartement bleek al snel dat alles aanwezig was zoals besproken. Het appartement was echt geweldig! Alle ruimte, binnen en buiten! Ook het complex is fantastisch! Het grote zwembad heeft een soort strand, hierdoor was het voor onze kleine ook geweldig om echt kennis te maken met zwemmen. Het complex ligt naar een mooie 9 holes golfbaan, hierdoor is de omgeving heel mooi en erg rustig. Al met al zijn wij zo positief, dat we nu al aan het kijken zijn wanneer we weer terug gaan!! Regina, nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we gebruik mochten maken van je fijne plekje!!

The location is ideal, you can walk everywhere. Apartment very roomy and clean with 2 bathrooms. The parking space won’t fit a big car but there is the Poeta Rilke paid parking close by. There’s a grocery shop nearby as well. I recommend this place.
