The Fig Tree Cottage was exactly what we were looking for to visit our son at Texas Tech. Beds were so very comfortable and the big updated bathroom and shower was wonderful!! Kitchen had everything we needed as we prefer to cook most meals. Grocery store just a few blocks away is a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as well as the back yard. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

Once again we enjoyed a long stay at the Cozy Cottage. We love the location, size of house, backyard and Jaime is super helpful! Would stay again !

Joseph’s place in Lubbock is hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the quiet surroundings made for a perfect retreat. Honestly, I hesitate to leave a review because this place is such a great find—anyone who stays here is going to love it just as much as I did! If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay in Lubbock, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it!

Kali saved the day for us! We checked into another Airbnb that was filthy and not as presented in the listing. As we were looking for other last minute places available, my son remembered staying at the sandlot before and enjoying it. Thank goodness it was available! And thank you, Kali, for being super responsive and letting us book a last minute stay. We all breathed a huge sigh of relief when we walked inside. It’s a cozy home that is very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Jeromy's house was a peaceful oasis in West Texas! The house had everything you need to be comfortable and more! Great wifi, a pool table, lots of seating. I was there during a cold spell and also a wind storm coming from Lubbock - and the house was comfortable. I am sure the backyard would be a cozy hangout during warmer months.

Steven called to inform me the home was ready early if I needed to check in, which was really nice. I love the area and the home itself was clean, decorated wonderfully and my family felt very comfortable.

This place was wonderful! The space was clean, and it was close to campus, so tons to do nearby! Though we stayed in enemy territory (go 'bos 🐺) it was a great getaway to see family! Highly reccomend this spot!
