David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Though located in a busy place, the moment you step inside, it is very calm, quiet & peaceful. Beautiful views of buildings and the Duomo is right down the street. Very spacious and clean.

Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Maurizio's place was an excellent choice for our month in Florence. The house is in the center, yet it's tucked away from the noise of the nightlife and the sounds of rolling suitcases. It's a very comfortable, spacious home with all the amenities and a tranquil little garden - it has a natural vacation feel. Maurizio went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and even took us on a tour of Florence and the neighboring area, which we greatly enjoyed.

Alloggio perfetto, ampio con tutto il necessario e un cortile interno in cui rilassarsi. Posizione molto comoda: 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, 10 minuti per lo stadio. Host super gentile. Ha anche sorriso quando l'ho svegliato alle due di notte perché ero rimasto chiuso fuori dall'appartamento. Ancora mi scuso per questo!

This may just be the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. We were there several nights, and you just don’t get over that view. It’s a good 40m drive to Florence, but the nearby cities are also happening. Lots to discover, and the distance from Florence is so worth it. Tons of space, private kitchen, access to the whole property which is massive. The host family lives on this multi-generational land which you have a unit above a house all to yourself. Beyond impressed with this one, the family is so kind and receptive. 12/10, wow.

We loved Lorenzo’s place! The apartment was fully equipped for our comfortable stay. It’s in walkable distance from the center. Lorenzo is very friendly and helpful host. We are happy with our choice and will definitely come back.

Was a great location. Close enough to the sights to walk to but far enough not dealing with the tourist noise. Great view from the balcony - have the whole 6th floor to ourselves. I enjoyed it so did the kids. Would highly recommend.

Great place. Super close to the train station. Stay on left side walking to it. Easier sidewalk with pavement vs stone. Great location to everything you want to see. Comfortable beds and safe area!

La casa di Daniela é molto bella, pulita, ordinata, vicino al tram T2 (quindi comodissima per il centro città) e dotata di tutti i confort. Non manca nulla. La consiglio vivamente.

This is my second stay at Deanna's place and absolute favourite spot ! From the beautiful private backyard to spacious kitchen, every detail is absolutely perfect. A mini oasis right in the heart of Florence, you are steps away from some of the best restaurants, shops and the Arno. Earnestly, we planned our visit around the availability of her place because a perfect accommodation makes the all difference. We hope to be back again next year ! ❤️

What a Gem! Loved the location. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and a blessing during hotter days enjoying the patio! Felt safe. Steps from a grocery store. Cafe and many restaurants! River view. Washing machine was incredibly helpful! Oh, and the bathtub was much needed after traveling 20 hours. Antonio was beyond kind, helpful, and truly a wonderful host. His kindness will not be forgotten. I highly recommend! We will be sure to be back! Go ahead and book it!

I am so glad I booked with Alessandra! She was very understanding when our plane arrived late and she was in constant communication to help us get from the airport to the apartment. She met us there and was so warm and friendly-even after midnight! The apartment has all the Italian charm that is conveyed in the photos. We purchased groceries and cooked a few meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean with comfortable beds and linens. Easy walk to everything in Florence. Two things to note, there are a lot of steps to get up to the apartment and no lift, and the kitchen has a slanted ceiling on one side so you have to duck down to access the cupboards -neither detail would prevent me from booking this Airbnb again.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
