Le logement est très spacieux et agréable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le quartier est très calme avec de nombreux commerces aux alentours dont une boulangerie au bout de la rue. L'emplacement géographique est excellent et la ville de Setúbal nous plonge vraiment au cœur de la vie portugaise. je recommande fortement.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Joao went out of his way to make us feel welcome and also knowledgable about the area. It was nice to have a host who wanted to ensure we got the best out of our time there. You do need a car to get anywhere but there is a taxi service in Setubal town that I’m sure you could get their number once you had done one trip there. João can also try to help with taxis especially if you let him know in advance. Would recommend having João light you a bbq one night.

La casa de Antonio es como estar en una película maravillosa de los años 50. Por la belleza del lugar y las vistas, lo especial de la decoración, el jardín, los pajaritos, los rincones. Desde que cruzas la verja de la quinta ya no sabes ni dónde estás y tampoco te hace falta. Aparte de eso, la casa tiene un tamaño y prestaciones más que buenas para disfrutar, el jardín es ideal para sentarse a leer, descansar o lo que quieras, la ubicación magnífica para recorrer la zona. Antonio es un host de primera, incluso nos puso más cosas que no estaban de inicio para que estuviéramos en la gloria. Y especial mención también a Gustavo por toda su ayuda y enorme amabilidad. Volveremos sin duda. ¡Gracias!

Gorgeous old little cottage very cherished and well kept. Amazing view. Very calm and beautiful space with all the confort and utilities. It's a guest house but quite private. Conceição is a wonderfull host. Excelente location to explore the area. Dolphins by breakfast is quite a privilege :)

Es una casa cómoda. Mis niños han estado cómodos. La piscina una gran ventaja para los días de calor. Es una casa q invita a quedarse en ella y siempre está Setúbal con sus playas y restaurantes

We had a great time here. The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, spacious and peaceful. One point to note is that the ensuite bathrooms do not have doors so some people may not be comfortable with that.

My family and I decided to spend Christmas at this beautiful property and we couldn’t be happier. The house is beautiful and cozy, communication with Sofia was great, she made everything easy for us. Can’t wait to be back!!

María and the house were absolutely wonderful. Peaceful place, very roomy, great pool and a garden to die for. Spent a week with our 4 kids and we all enjoyed the stay. Maria was always very attentive and gave us some great goodies when we arrived. Thank you, Maria

Eliana a toujours été réactive et de bon conseils . La villa était fabuleuse très propre très grande et très bien placé . La plage est à 5 petites minutes à pied et 5 mn d’une supérette . Nous y retournerons avec plaisir .

Lovely house with 3 big bedrooms. Very quiet area, but there is a small shop and cafe very near by and the beach is only 10 minutes walk away. It's also beautiful! The hosts are great and always responded to messages. I would definitely recommend staying in the area and in the house.

Passámos uma óptima semana, a Sra. Mali foi muito simpática e deixou-nos muito à vontade. Uma casa extremamente limpa, com excelentes áreas e organizada. A piscina é óptima! Ficamos muito satisfeitos!

Fernando’s home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable. Rare to have a washer, dryer, and microwave all in kitchen. Pool cleaned daily. Fernando’s response time be it text or phone call was immediate. Grocery store less than five minutes away. Beaches close.

A lovely villa with all the facilities we required. The communication and help that we received from yourself and Antonio was amazing especially with booking taxis. We had a lovely holiday and it was perfect for the wedding we attended.

We stayed at Julietas place for three nights and we where so sad to leave. We felt like home and the house was gorgeous. We enjoyed sunsets with the most amazing view while barbecuing outside the kitchen. I can really recommend this house, it’s truly amazing!

`Wir haben uns in Sans Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt erfolgte bei Fragen zügig und unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung war sehr hübsch , und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren prima, und wir konnten gut schlafen. Nach Azeitao konnte man gemütlich laufen und in netten Cafes Leckeres genießen. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen!
