Setubal : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Logement très sympa avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une semaine avec un confort pas négligeable lors de grosse journée de visite. Très bien situé car la plage n’est qu’à 5min à pied et large choix de différente plage, sur la plus belle côte du Portugal et ses 20km de côte. Au début l’eau fait un choc car la température n’est pas celle de la Méditerranée mais après quelque minute elle est bonne. Et le soleil chaud de la Costa vous réchauffe en 2min. En arrivant les piles de la porte d’entrée était plate mais notre hôte les a changées dans la fin de journée pour que l’accès à l’appartement se passe bien.

Thank you for having us, we felt right at home and very comfortable. It was the perfect place for our toddler with the beach so close. Everything in the flat is very well thought and practical. Connie and Joao went beyond expectations, welcoming us even when we arrived fairly late and giving us great recommendations. We could definately come back again!

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O apartamento é confortável, correspondendo ao anunciado. Fácil acesso aos transportes públicos, às praias e ao comércio. Sra Lourdes, mãe do Paulo, foi muito acolhedora quando nos recebeu e mostrou detalhes das acomodações. Enfim deixou o gostinho de "quero mais". Recomendamos!

Estadia otima para férias, espaço limpo e muito cheiroso, praia fica a 5 minutos a pé. muitos restaurantes e supermercados nas redondezas. Aconselhamos, não se arrependeram. Um beijinho de Obrigada para a Nádia e para a Isabel. Até uma próxima.

We stayed in Costa da Caparica for over a month, from December to January, and loved every moment. The weather was mostly sunny, and the views from the apartment were incredible - mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the surfers catching waves at sunset, all from the window with a glass of wine in hand, was unforgettable. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home, and Gonçalo was a fantastic host. He gave us great tips on visiting places and was always there to help when we needed anything. The only thing to keep in mind is that on Friday and Sunday nights, we heard music from a nearby club. If you’re a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good idea. We had a great time here and would love to come back someday.

bem, primeiro começo por falar da simpatia extrema do David, foi uma pessoa super acolhedora, deu nos ótimos conselhos e esteve sempre pronto para nos ajudar, muito atencioso e prestável, em relação à casinha do David, a casinha é muito linda, é super super acolhedora, nós sentimos nos mesmo muito bem e super à vontade, tem uma vista incrivelmente linda e fica pertinho da praia, foi uma estadia maravilhosa, voltaria a repetir sem dúvida! 🥰🥰

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung (fast) wie zu Hause gefühlt! Sesimbra hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mittendrin und nur zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nebensaison war es aber kein Problem zum Ausladen zu halten und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gut 5 Minuten fußläufig von der Wohnung zu finden. Für die Kinder war etwas Spielzeug, Sandspielzeug vorhanden und eine große Picknickdecke gibt es auch. Bei nassem Wetter ist es in der Wohnung etwas klamm und im Winter/Frühjahr sind dicke Socken empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolas war ausgezeichnet und er war bei streikbedingter kurzfristiger Umbuchung sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for a city break, and the house surrounded by greenery is lovely. I would love to keep this rental house secret and come back at anytime...but I have to share how good it was. Many thanks Paulo !

Encontrámos uma casa maravilhosa, que superou até as nossas expectativas. Muitíssimo bem equipada e decorada, situada num sítio muito tranquilo e acolhedor. É uma casa de família e para famílias. Definitivamente merece uma nova visita!

We had a wonderful 5 days in Sesimbra in October. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to town and the beach. The apartment itself is clean and has a great veranda + pool with view. We were forecast rain and tropical storms whilst we were there and though a bit changeable we had some lovely sunny days and were able to hang out in the pool. We had a trip to the castle, Cabot Especiale and to see the Dinosaur foot prints. We especially enjoyed sampling the delicious food at the many restaurants and having a cocktail or two! The locals are super friendly and it was fun watching the surfers. During our stay there was a tropical storm and Jorge checked in on us and made sure we were aware of the alert and we're ok. We would love to come back some time. Thank you Jorge

Excelente estadia. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Patrícia, comunicação irrepreensível. O espaço é fantástico, muito bem cuidado e ideal para uns dias de sossego e descanso. Calhou sermos os únicos hóspedes nos dias em que estivemos no Meço mas há mais três outras casas e uma pequena piscina comum pelo que percebi. Caminha-se muito bem até à praia pelo meio de um pinhal. Recomendo!

O apartamento tem tudo para uma estadia agradável perto da praia, precisa apenas de algumas reparações. O corredor do prédio é um pouco sombrio porque está escuro, não há janelas e a luz só acende ao passar (sensor), mas foi só o primeiro impacto depois não me fez confusão. A Erica foi uma boa anfitriã e muito comunicativa, respondeu sempre as minhas dúvidas. Foram dias de descanso numa Vila acolhedora e bonita.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – stets schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und ordentlich, was den Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm gemacht hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a fantastic stay. Ling is kind, helpful, and responsive. It was easy to find and access the condo. She accommodated an early check in and the place was so welcoming when we walked in. It was perfect for our family after a long flight. We loved the walkability of the area... a perfect spot to launch from when exploring Lisbon. Highly recommend.

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

Kleine maar fijne flat, met heerlijk ocean view én soundscape. Sixties-vibe gebouwtje van weleer, bestemd voor vakanties, dus fijn een Airbnb te vinden die de huizenmarkt in een stad niét verstoort. José is super bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Alles netjes en voorhanden, eenvoudig maar goed.
