Setubal : locations de vacances en appartement

This is one of those reviews I don’t want to write - because I want to keep this place secret, but that wouldn’t be fair to Renata. Her place is so homely and cozy. It feels genuinely like staying in your own home. Before arriving I was a bit concerned about aircraft noise, given the location and was surprised this wasn’t mentioned in other reviews. It wasn’t too bad at all although likely to depend on the wind direction and whether that day is one where they approach or take off. But I’m relatively noise-sensitive and it didn’t bother me. Wifi was fast and great for working. Renato responded quickly to any questions and gave me comprehensive instructions which meant getting in on arrival was very easy. She’s a fabulous host and this is a lovely place. Would definitely stay again if available. The fact that it has very limited availability is testament to the fact that this is a wonderful place to stay.

Un grand merci à Silvia pour son accueil. Appartement très bien situé à 100 mètres des deux plages de Sesimbra et avec énormément de restaurants et de petits commerces à proximité. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

A small and cozy flat with an amazing view. Clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Excellent location — right behind a metro station and tram route #28, it easy to explore every corner of the old town also on foot. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The internet connection is a bit slow, so keep that in mind if you're planning to work remotely.

We waren heel blij met de attente en snelle reacties van Cheng en Mariam. Ook met de tips. Het appartement was heel schoon en de locatie was perfect. Winkel (Aldi) en restaurants vlakbij en het centrum is op loopafstand. We raden deze plek zeker aan, we hopen zelf ook nog eens terug te komen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich etwa 400 m vom Strand entfernt. Man ist schnell im schönen Ortskern, kleine Gassen und Bars. Wir wurden von Louisa und ihrem Mann persönlich begrüßt, sehr herzlich, und haben wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Die Wohnung bietet eine schöne Aussicht über Sesimbra, auf den Hafen und das Meer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Super location, historic unit restored beautifully! Kitchen was well stocked with milk, juices, granola and other quick breakfast items. The host Wil is very responsive and shared amazing recommendations with us on fado music restaurants. Eugenia was warm as a grandma and walked us thru the unit to make sure we were comfortable at check in. The place is close to all restaurants, shopping and places of interest. We walked to commercial plaza, fado bars, baixa, cathedral, castle sao jorge all within 10-15 mins. The yellow tram goes right in front of the street… will stay here again..

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Cristina. nous nous sommes immédiatement senti à la maison. L'appartement est très beau et très propre. La cuisine était très bien équipée et nous avons apprécié la chaise haute et la table à langer fourni pour notre bébé. C'était l'endroit idéal pour découvrir Lisbonne à pieds. Nous sommes tombés en amour avec le quartier, plusieurs délicieux cafés/restaurants à quelques minutes. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

This apartment is a proper home away from home experience, which is a rare find nowadays on Airbnb. Conveniently located on a peaceful street near Lapa and Santos, the flat is within a very quick walk to good bars, brunch spots, parks and restaurants with a small supermarket a few yards away. The flat is on its own floor accessed via lift, feeling private and secure. Check-in was flawless and hosts Emily and Gary, who are genuinely nice people, have considered everything you (+ baby if applicable) will need for a great arrival and stay. The home from home experience comes from that thoughtfulness throughout, from high end furnishings to the artwork you’ll likely want for your own walls. This is repeated in the kitchen; premium utensils & knives, the only coffee machine you’ll need, quality olive oil and rock salt. We tried to think of a fault and failed, and after a recent bad experience on Airbnb, Emily and Gary helped to restore our faith not only in hosts, but humans too. Stay here.

Although there is some graffiti in the neighbourhood, we never felt unsafe, and we often came home quite late at night. The condo is in great condition and is well located a few minutes walk from the Cacilhas station including the ferry terminal. Simone was wonderful to deal with and we happily stayed there for 6 nights. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent location and beautiful views. Very quiet in spite of the proximity to a busy street. Comfy bed. I adored the balconies (even though I couldn’t take full advantage because of the rain, but that’s life) Catarina messaged me several times to make sure everything was going well during my stay, gave me tons of recommendations in the neighborhood, and was just all-around lovely :) Thank you for everything !!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alt, aber gepflegt, sehr sauber. Sie liegt in einer fast ruhigen Straße gegenüber einem Kloster, von dem man einen schönen Blick hat, und neben einem Krankenhaus, so dass man keinen Lärm von den direkten Nachbarn hat. Der vereinzelte Lärm stammt von Passanten, die in der Nähe gefeiert haben. Am Wochenende hat man auch Lärm von den Bars in der Umgebung. Das ist aber nicht direkt nebenan, so dass man mit geschlossenen Fenstern gut schlafen kann. Fast alle Zimmer haben ein Fenster, außer das Bad und das Hauptschlafzimmer. Die Fenster der Küche und des kleinen Schlafzimmers blicken auf den Lüftungsschacht des Hauses und in den Dächern der Nachbarn. Die beiden Räume sind hell und können gut belüftet werden. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer riecht es leicht nach Essen, aber auch das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Das schönste Zimmer ist das Arbeitszimmer, nicht so voll wie die Schlafräume. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung verbracht

Great location, friendly host; she was very accommodating when we wanted to drop off our bags early! Reviews about the stairs were accurate, but it was manageable. The neighbourhood was lovely; nice and quiet while also being close enough to walk to other neighbourhoods in Lisbon. For the price and location, I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay. Ling is kind, helpful, and responsive. It was easy to find and access the condo. She accommodated an early check in and the place was so welcoming when we walked in. It was perfect for our family after a long flight. We loved the walkability of the area... a perfect spot to launch from when exploring Lisbon. Highly recommend.

Sehr große und gemütlische Wohnung im Zentrum von Setubal. Sehr nah zum Port und zu alle Kaffees und Restaurants. Gut ausgestattet. Marika ist immer gut erreichbar. Falls du Ruhe suchts ost es nicht der Ort( jeden Abend gibt es Konzerte direkt vor der Wohnung) . But that was for us no Problem. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Beautiful flat that is well appointed. Phenomenal access to Benfica stadium! Parking garage spaces were excellent. Big shopping mall is reasonably close navigation may be a bit tricky. Overall fine value!

Great host, Prez was responsive and a wealth of information. H is apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and he thoughtfully had some snacks and fruit for us to eat. The availability of a free parking spot was so helpful in a city like Lisbon. We ate at two restaurants he recommended within walking distances and both were good. It’s not in the heart of the tourist area, but you couldn’t beat the value and quality of the unit. It’s not big but totally enough space for two. We would stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez joyce et Marcel, des hôtes empathiques, bienveillants, extrêmement accueillants Le logement est situé dans une maison rénovée par le propriétaire, il se trouve au premier étage et au rez-de-chaussée habitent les hôtes, nous ne les avons jamais entendus, ils sont extrêmement discrets et respectueux, nous avons échangés plusieurs fois et ils sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, nous reviendrons très certainement Merci à vous deux de nous avoir rendu notre séjour inoubliable

We loved Natacha's place, so cute and charming and right by the castle and the alfama district in Lisbon. Very clean and clutter free inside. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer and gone to the pool!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Teresa, qui est une hôte très accueillante ! Tout était parfait, le centre-ville de Sesimbra étant accessible à pieds. Nous avons adoré la vue sur la mer depuis le rooftop du bâtiment, sans parler de la piscine et du jacuzzi ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Beijinhos!

we loved our stay at Tiago's property overall. there were minor hiccups (checking in was a little difficult, but luckily our Uber driver was able to translate and help, after that smooth sailing). The apartment has the most incredible view, breathtaking, stunning. it is walkable but not as fun with little kiddos, there is over 140 stairs going up and down to the beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. There was a concern for dresser that fell over, luckily my child was mildly injured, and I do believe they will take care of it soon. we initially planned to stay for 9 months, but we didn't just love Tiago's property, we fell in love with Sesimbra and decided to stay long term (so we had to find a more permanent living arrangement). I have already recommended his property to family and friends and will stay here in the future. Muito obrigada Tiago

This apartment will be my go to provided it is available when I’m in Lisbon again, it is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants and amenities. You can walk or get an uber from here easily, the apartment was clean and had a lovely view, it had everything you need as I did a longer stay such a washing machine, iron etc. I felt as if I was in my own home, the storage space was also perfect for me as I needed to unpack 2 weeks worth of clothing. 10/10 recommend to everyone.

Excelente apartamento. Muito limpo e bem localizado. Uma vista maravilhosa! Tem tudo o que precisamos para ter uma excelente estadia em Lisboa. O Nuno foi muito atencioso, nos buscou no aeroporto e deu indicações do que fazer na região. Um excelente anfitrião. Podem ficar nesse imóvel sem medo de errar!

Excellent séjour , très reposant et surtout environnement très calme. Hôte aussi bien accueillant que réactif . Très bien équipé. Je recommande à 100% pour des vacances au calme en front de mer.
