I absolutely loved the place. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and shops close by and walkable to main attractions. I had some trouble with the hot water, but within 24 hrs João had someone come fix it as well as the clogged drain. He was super responsive and proactive. Highly recommend staying here

O apartamento é bastante confortável, limpo e bem localizado. Carla foi muito gentil e forneceu muitas dicas da região, que é lindíssima. Recomendo essa acomodação para toda comunidade Airbnb.

Great stay, absolutely stunning view and a lovely apartment, very central. It is up a lot of stairs so be aware of that but definitely worth the climb. Would have liked to get instructions on how to access the apartment a little earlier as we only got the code on our way to the apartment but was not a problem in the end. Overall very good experience and recommended

Acomodação bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável de alguns dias. O que mais gostamos: 1 - Cama confortável, com colchão de firmeza média para dura. 2 - Opções de travesseiros: grande médio e macio ou pequeno e macio. 3 - Localização prática, no térreo, evitando muitas escadas. (Tem que subir escadas, mas poucas. NÃO tem elevador). 4 - Toalhas de rosto e grandes individuais, aparentemente novas e bem higienizadas. 5 - Máquina de lavar roupa disponível, com sabão em pó fornecido (embora não tenhamos utilizado a máquina). 6 - Ambiente agradável, espaçoso e bem localizado. 7 - Estacionamento externo, embora sem garantia de vaga. 8 - Aquecimento para dias frios, com dois aquecedores: um portátil e outro na sala. A recepção feita pela colega da anfitriã, Nidia, foi muito acolhedora e positiva. Ela nos guiou pelo apartamento, explicando tudo com atenção e se mostrou sempre disponível para ajudar. What a wonderful place. Just opened and Pedro was so proud of his Airbnb and we could see why. Styled till perfection, very comfy and spotless clean. And right in the city center with all places within reach.. but still a quiet picturesque Lisbon street. Slept like a rose, also because of the fantastic bed. And what a guy is Pedro. Never had such a host who went the extra mile. Such enthusiasm and spirit! There were some groceries in the fridge and a bottle of nice wine on arrival. Pedro even offered us a home cooked meal - which we kindly declined because we were heading out. Literally, in what Airbnb you get offered a meal?! At first we thought the name Grandma’s House was a bit weird, but we get it now. Pedro took his Brazilian grandma as an example and that worked out great. Such a warm and cozy place. Definitely recommended and we will stay here again when visiting Lisbon!

O Neil e a esposa foram super simpáticos e bastante prestativos sempre dispostos a contribuir para o nosso bem estar. Sentimo-nos em casa e bastante confortáveis. um lugar super tranquilo que nos recarregou as energias 🙏👏 Camas muito confortáveis e a limpeza foi 10 ⭐ Iremos voltar concerteza.

A casa é lindíssima, tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. Tivemos apenas um problema, no último dia a água quente falhou e não voltou até nossa saída. Infelizmente neste dia o host não respondeu prontamente como de costume e a solução apresentada não funcionou. Porém considerei esse problema algo pontual, uma vez que a casa era maravilhosa e tudo funcionou muito bem. Portanto creio que tenha sido uma situação isolada e não deixei que isso influenciasse no mew review no geral. Recomendo a casa e voltaria tranquilamente. Tudo foi muito bem apresentado, a casa é moderna, super limpa, banheiro excelente, chuveiro perfeito, meus passageiros amaram.

Really nice house in the middle of a pine tree forest. It is espacious, very clean and full equipped. Pedro was very caring and helpful. He did his best in order we feel like at home. Outside the house there were many flies and a lot of mosquitoos during the afternoon, which is uncomfortable to enjoy the pool and terrace (none inside). Anyway very relaxing and nice holidays in a wonderful location.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La piscine chauffée a été un vrai plus, surtout en cette saison, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Ana Paula, l'hôte, a été remarquable : toujours disponible, très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le calme du logement est également à souligner, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Petit point à noter : il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car il n'y a pas de supermarché à proximité à pied.
