Setubal : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We stayed at Joana's place for a short trip with 2 kids. Had breakfast on the balcony, took hot showers, got some laundry done, cooked in a beautiful kitchen, drank coffee, and had some great family time. Joana's place is right in the middle of it all, accessible street, with lots of shops, safe to walk around, and most importantly surrounded by Portuguese Custard Tart shops. You cannot ask for anything more than that. Would gladly book again!

We would give 6 stars if possible. Pedro was very responsive and went well beyond what we expected. From going out to dinner with us and providing us all the local restaurants and attractions to helping me obtain a fishing license he was simply an amazing host. Planning on returning next year. The apartment is as described, in a residential district so overlooked by a number of apartment blocks, but you do have the view of the river between them from the terrace. It’s on the second floor, so some stairs to climb, but no problems manoeuvring the luggage up and down. The location is fine; it’s a built-up city so there’s going to be some noise, but other than one night, it was very peaceful. It’s easy to walk down into Alfama and the Moorish District and the 28 tram stops in the square at the top of the hill. We didn’t visit, but there’s a small local’s bar a few doors along the street with a mini-market that seems to stock EVERYTHING on the opposite corner. If you want a great breakfast or perfect take-away smashed burger, visit Neighbourhood on the Main Street.

We stayed two weeks in Ana’s apartment, the place was perfect for a large family. We would return without a doubt ! Right in front of the beach, right in the village, spacious and clean with everything we needed for the kids.

I really recommend this location, as the apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The host made sure we had a great experience in Lisbon as it was our first time! Must visit again!

The apartment is good. It has everything what you need for a long term stay. There are a lot of sun during the winter (even for the -2 floor). Paulo is a great host, very communicative and always answered our questions. The TV and the sofa infront are perfect for spending the evenings, while the terrace is super nice for breakfasts (say hello to the cat which will definitely visit you). Good bathroom with a heater. The only downside is the mold, which appears in the bedroom. We stayed for one month and it grew significantly during this time. However, it is a very common thing for Portugal.

Had a great stay with friends for the weekend! The apartment was super clean, we could stay / check-in much earlier and on the day of leaving also very flexible with luggage etc. Close by the city center and great to explore the city walking. Thanks Carlos!

Fuimos unos días con la familia por fin de año y nos fue excelente. La casa es muy grande y cómoda para una familia. La comunicación con el host fue fluida todo el tiempo. Ojalá podamos repetir en verano para aprovechar la piscina. gracias.

Diese Unterkunft können wir guten Herzens weiterempfehlen! Luisa und Ihr Mann haben uns herzlich Empfangen, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt :-) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr gut genießen können und uns über den privaten Pool jeden Tag erfreut. Wir vermissen ganz besonders die beiden Hunde Bingo und Bethany! Nochmal danke für alles!!

A beautiful home in Grândola, Andre’s place was the perfect base for exploring the area. We loved the pool!

Although there is some graffiti in the neighbourhood, we never felt unsafe, and we often came home quite late at night. The condo is in great condition and is well located a few minutes walk from the Cacilhas station including the ferry terminal. Simone was wonderful to deal with and we happily stayed there for 6 nights. We would highly recommend to anyone.

My stay here was perfect! The place looked just like the photos and it was only a 15 minute walk to the center and a 5 minute walk to many cute cafés. Nuno and Isabel were very responsive and gave us many recommendations. They also left Portuguese coffee for us to try and it was delicious!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect and we would have loved to stay longer. Joyce is an excellent host and very supportive with all questions you have!

We were very happy to stay in Lena’s apartment in Almada. The apartment has a very good location (good restaurants and bakeries just outside the door, walking distance to Cacilhas, etc). The apartment is spacious and nice to stay in. There can be a bit of noise from the restaurant nearby, so if you’re sensitive to noise/music you might want to consider this before booking (it was not a problem to us though). Lena is very easy to communicate with, helpful and flexible. We had both an earlier check in and a later check out, which we appreciated a lot.

Un grand merci à Silvia pour son accueil. Appartement très bien situé à 100 mètres des deux plages de Sesimbra et avec énormément de restaurants et de petits commerces à proximité. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

We had a great stay! Restaurants and public transit within walking distance. Lovely patio and we were able to drop our luggage early which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent séjour , très reposant et surtout environnement très calme. Hôte aussi bien accueillant que réactif . Très bien équipé. Je recommande à 100% pour des vacances au calme en front de mer.
