The beach was fantastic and where we spent 90% of our time. The unit was very clean and steps from the hot tub and pool. The unit also had 2 kayaks included that we used every day and were very thankful for. We could kayak out far and then snorkel. The swim up bar was great and not typically what you find in a condo hotel. Walk to George Town or camana bay was 20 minutes. Public bus was easy to use and cheap transportation option. Also island go app is their version of Uber and worked great. One thing to mention is the building behind this was vacant (previously treasure island and bought by margarataville and then covid occurred). I believe it is supposed to be torn down and they are making a new resort. The vacant building did not cause us any issues but worth mentioning.

We spent a week here and it was perfect. It is in a great location, centrally located and near delicious restaurants. The beach next to the complex is beautiful and peaceful. The grocery store is a quick walk, and with the full kitchen, it was nice to be able to cook our own meals. The host was very responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. I would definitely stay here and again and recommend to everyone.

Our stay at Mario's place was absolutely delightful! From the moment we walked in, the home felt incredibly cozy and welcoming, like a true home away from home. Waking up to the stunning ocean and pool views was a dream. And the sunsets? Truly breathtaking! The pool was a highlight for our toddler, 6, & 8 year old kids– insanely warm and perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated the wonderful amenities; everything we needed was readily available. Plus, there was always ample seating at both the beach and the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We did encounter a minor issue with the dishwasher, but Mario and his team were very responsive and did their best to resolve it. Honestly, we didn't mind washing the dishes, given how much we loved everything else about the property. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we sincerely hope to return to this beautiful spot someday!!

Erin's place is the perfect place for a getaway. It is spacious, clean, modern and has everything need. The location is very peaceful. There is a gorgeous sea view and great snorkeling right outside the back door. There is also a really nice bar/restaurant next door! To top it off Erin is an amazing host. Highly recommend.

We stayed in apartment 5. It was very clean and comfortable. The views from the front windows were amazing. There is a small area with chairs to watch the sunset. There is no beach to swim in but seven mile beach is a short drive away. Mary was very friendly and easy to get ahold of for any questions. We will definitely come back and stay!

First time in the Cayman’s and we were looking for a place close to the sea. This one looked close and sure enough it was! Amazingly quiet and safe area, quiet and friendly neighbours. Could hear the waves at night and watch the sunset from the back porch. Close to a couple of walkable restaurants and within a 10 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach. Incredibly stocked with more than we needed to get a good start. Grocery store and gas station nearby. One of my all-time favourite stays!

This was JUST what we were looking for! Quiet and serene, and steps from the ocean! We snorkeled during the day and kayaked the bioluminescent bay at night! Every accommodation was thought of: ice, water, extra blankets, fans, etc. Honestly - it was everything we could have hoped for and then some! We can’t wait to come back again!!

Sea Mist is a new, beautiful complex in a quiet part of West Bay. The apartment is clean, modern, and has all the things you would find in your own home. It's very accessible from the "highway" and a short walk to delicious Tukka West. The view from the balcony overlooks gorgeous North Sound. I am already planning to rent this same apartment every time I return to Cayman which is 2-3 times per year.

Peter's house was perfect. Half the price of local hotels and much more accommodating. fully stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast each morning before heading out. we don't have children but if you do, there was high chair, beach toys, beach towels, even games, and books for rainy day activities or evenings in. washer/dryer was so convenient so you can only bring half the clothes and launder then halfway through vaca to save on luggage fees. The only thing the house does not have is toiletries, but there is a grocery store about a mile down the road for everything that you would need Location is IDEAL. close to everything. Very safe and quiet. Peter gave us some great recommendations for our stay including a local gym and best resturaunts. Do yourself a favor, book this house instead of a hotel for your Cayman getaway!

Six of us were there for scuba diving. Easy 10 minute drive to our dive operation. 15 mins to best restaurants on the island. Kitchen was well equipped, dining table is huge, pool was used daily. Great sunsets by the sea. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Casa Avi. It really does feel like someone's home, not just because of its nice furniture and art, but because of little things--like the kitchen knives were very good! It's a truly private and peaceful place, and the balcony turned out to be a spot for spotting animals: a night heron fishing, parrotfish pecking through the sea grass just beyond the sand, and even a little agouti scurrying across the path to the beach. We snorkeled right off the beach every day. There's reef a short a swim from the beach--like a lot of places in the Caribbean and elsewhere, it's not as healthy a reef as it used to be years ago, but there are still lots of fish, and we saw stingrays, spiny lobsters, balloon fish, squid, and a big barracuda. Daniel and Avril were friendly and quickly responsive to all our questions. We would all happily come back!

Shellie’s place was quiet, relaxing and peaceful. It is a part of a small complex of bungalows but despite that, it still felt private and there was never more than 4 people on the beach while we were there. A rental car is recommended (we had one) as this is a 45 minute drive from the airport. A car will also help you to get to some restaurants as many will require a short drive. Rum Point is a short drive or 10 minute walk from the place. The pictures don’t do justice, as it is prettier in person. We enjoyed our stay at Shellie’s place in beautiful Rum Point.

Whispering Kai is extremely well appointed, from tea and coffee selection, to cooking basics, toiletries, laundry supplies, everything you need is available. For your adventures, snorkeling gear and there were 6 watercraft for us (5 kayaks and a SUP) so all 6 of us were able to go on the water together. Plenty of seating outside for lounging and reading. Lovely porch. Comfortable king bedding. The view was amazing. It was such fun to kayak in bio bay at night and for sunrise. This place has it all. Beauty, accessibility to fun, so much to explore or just to cozy up in the hammock with a book.

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful beachfront, well stocked kitchen, living areas with comfortable seating, comfortable beds. Hosts were highly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We took advantage of the kayak and snorkeling equipment that are included. The entire home is exceptionally clean and spacious. Hope to return someday!

Leslie was an amazing host. Home was spotless and in a great location. She was very responsive and very bubbly. Thank you opening your home to us. The whole experience was revitalizing. Highly recommend booking!

We greatly enjoyed our week here! The place was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed (though there didnt seem to be any soap etc for showering so guests need to make sure to bring all toiletries). Location was good, we enjoyed walks on the boardwalk along the shore and with a rental car we could easily get anywhere. Unfortunately not walkable to sites but as long as you know you in advance it is fine. Pool was nice as well! Highly recommend and would return!

We an excellent stay here! The unit was clean and the owners were very responsive to all of our communication. The beach is very convenient and quiet. It was not difficult to find two chairs and an umbrella. Highly recommend, we would definitely return.

This is a great location. The pool and pool bar are fun and reasonably priced. There is some snorkeling right off the beach. We walked to several restaurants, camana bay, the cruise ship port, and the south half of 7 mile beach. The buses are inexpensive and easy to use right from the condo. The condo itself was very clean, had nice views, and a great balcony that we used frequently. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Kenesha’s place was completely as advertised. We loved the location away from the crowds but close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, and resorts. The place was spotless, with a well appointed kitchen and wonderful screened in deck facing the ocean. The pool and hot tub were right on the ocean and many times we had it to ourselves. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

Perfect for our family during spring break! No issues whatsoever and our host was always responsive and helpful.

Immaculate condo in a great location. The ocean views from the condo were beautiful, and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the early morning and at night. We were able to choose between relaxing by the pool or lounging at the private beach. Snorkeling right from the beach was fantastic! The condo is within walking distance to a nice grocery store, and has many stores/restaurants nearby. Kevin was a great host - lots of necessities available when we got there, and a great visitors guide for more info. Kevin was very communicative and the visit was seamless!

Beautiful spot at the South end of 7 mile. Beach is a little Shelly but just up the beach is a great spot to swim. Amazing snorkeling right out front including a ship wreck. Walkable to the grocery store and a dive shop as well as several restaurants which was so nice. Owners were so responsive any time we had questions. We really enjoyed the condo. It’s the perfect mix of quiet and semi-private setting right in the mix of everything you need. Beds were firm in a Good way. Linens were SO comfortable! Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the condo. Thanks for having us!

A wonderful spot for exploring Grand Cayman. Right across the street from a private little beach on the north end of 7 mile beach if you want more of a private retreat on a calm day; for more social, active days you are a quick drive south from the more buzzy parts of the beach. The house has everything you could ask for as a couple or a small family: kitchen for cooking, a spacious fridge for supplies, and 2 bedrooms/baths for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. In addition, the extra amenities help a great deal with logistics - the extra towels, 2 different coolers, and beach chairs & umbrella made our beach day plans much more straightforward. A great home for an incredible locale.

Had a wonderful stay with the private beach area truly steps away from the condo!!! We loved seeing the water from the living room and main bedroom and appreciated the snorkel gear that was available. My family enjoyed great snorkeling right off the beach with reef areas just feet off the shore and the sunken ship just down the strip. The condo was very well equipped, and Toby and Laura are excellent hosts. Only item to note is that the mattresses are quite firm so if you prefer that, you will be very happy. In any case, I would stay here again without hesitation.
