Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Arena's place was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood next to the beach. The apartment was fully functional. There was a little balcony that we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. They each had a firm queen bed with quality bedding as well as excellent AC and fans. The living area, kitchen and bathroom were adequate but not posh. Those rooms could use some updating, though this was not our priority. We felt fortunate to find this apartment at a reasonable price given the perfect location. Arenas was all we hope for in a host: responsive, professional and friendly. We would stay here again.

wonderful experience! Jose's place is spacious, clean and in a great, safe location. very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. it is highly recommended! Jose was also kind enough to allow a late check out due to our flight being late at night. no complains, very happy with the stay and experience!

Julia was very quick to answer and quick to help. The apartment was safe, private, and beautiful. So many amenities, I didn’t even need to bring beach tools, because she had some to use. Place was right next to a super market, hospital, very beautiful beaches and lagoons, as well as chain stores. If i come back to puerto rico, i will be staying at Julias apartments again.

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything, with great food spots and nightlife just steps away. Whether you’re looking to explore the city or enjoy the local party scene, this is the perfect place to stay. Would definitely book again!

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

This was my first time using an Air BnB and it was perfect. Great location, loved listening to the coqui and roosters in the morning. Easily accessible to so many different places we went to.

We had a great stay overall. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes. We had convenient access to a hose to wash off our beach gear when we got back. Great place for a family as there were enough beds for the kids to each have their own. One little thing to be aware of - the exterior lights on the building and in the parking lot are very bright and left on all night, and the shades don't fully block them out, so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light when sleeping.

Overall great spot especially if you plan on renting a car during your stay. Everything is very close while still have privacy and a peaceful location. Also it was very helpful to have beach equipment like a cooler and chairs available with the Airbnb.

The location of this Airbnb was incredible! 10 min walk to the beach & also several restaurants and bars. We had a great time and would return.

This is my second time staying at Amy's Airbnb and honestly it was once again a pleasure to stay in such a great location, the place looks exactly like the pictures, clean and makes you feel like home. Will always recommend this Airbnb to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico and having an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It's located in a great area where everything is near by, great restaurants surrounding the area and in a walkable distance. Amy is a great host, always responsive and really helpful, she gives the best local recommendations and helpful tips

Manuel’s place was an amazing stay for my husband and I. The place is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and a 5 minute drive to the beach and kioskos! You can tell how much love and care he puts into his home. Manuel has a cooler and chairs available to take to the beach which really is such a great touch. I felt safe in the quiet neighborhood and appreciated the privacy we had. We will definitely be returning!

This is my second time renting this Airbnb from Javier.. just as good as I remembered. Javier's place is a getaway for sure.. spent all my mornings on the terrace just listening to all the nature that surrounds you.Great location, I was sad to go. but I'll be back 😉 thank you for everything Javier

The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

I recently spent 4 nights at John's place for a birthday trip. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking. We had everything we needed within a walking distance. Some uber drivers seemed to have trouble finding the pick up spot but overall that was only a minor inconvenience. Yolanda was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend.

Emmanuel was a phenomenal host — we had a minor issue and he more than worked with us. He gave us great recommendations for entertainment. Super close to the beach and pool. (You can see the pool and beach from your front door!) The kitchen was functional and had everything you would need. The A/C and fans were great. The beds were comfortable. Everything you would need for the beach was provided. If we head to Puerto Rico again, we will be back with Emmanuel! 🇵🇷☺️

GREAT location, super cozy feeling and feels right at home! GREAT value for the price, everything necessary was right at one place. Everything was a breeze, VERY secure with security guard for the property, the host is very kind and responsive! We will stay here again the next time we visit if it is available! 5 min walk from the beach!!! Cute balcony and everything necessary is right here 😊

Great condo and great views. Very clean and plenty of space. Access to the two villa pools was nice and being able to purchase drinks from the infinity pool bar was ideal. Although this was advertised, not having access to the Conquistador for food makes it essential to have a car. Luckily the parking is easy - most restaurants are close by and the marina is less than a 10 minute drive with options for charters / excursions. Would definitely recommend.
