The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

This Airbnb was one of the best places that we ‘ve experienced. All needs met; no issues; quick response time; easy to reach location in a nice neighborhood; plenty of parking in front of the home.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

We had a great stay. The space has everything you need and a large yard and patio area. The ceiling in the upper room is a little low, but not bad.

Our family of 7-2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 teenagers-came to the DC area for a visit. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how nice the house looked. The house was immaculate, and we used every room in the house. The two bathrooms on the 2nd floor have been fully remodeled as has had the kitchen. We ate breakfast and dinner every day and it was easy to cook there. We enjoyed being together as a family and being at this “home”. Yet the house retains the flavor of a historic residence. Tyler is the perfect host. He answered every question I asked before we arrived and then continued to keep in contact if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this house.

This place was amazing definitely more than I expected from the space to the beautiful home itself down to it had everything we could have needed and more my only issue not really an issue more so not what I’m used to is all the land in between 😂 (imma city girl) but other than that the everything was lovely would definitely come back when we come to visit again!

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect home away from home while we visited our family near by. We loved and appreciated the displays of Christianity and spirituality throughout the home. We were especially impressed with the well appointed and generous kitchen. The sunroom was a great bonus and the outdoor deck space was charming. We felt the neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate and close to stores, restaurants and medical help if needed. Suggestions to make this a truly top notch property would be updating the towels and wash cloths (they are a bit dated, dingy and warn) and splurging a bit to provide two ply toilet paper instead of single :) All in all we would highly recommend this property and would return again.

I had a very nice stay here for about 10 days while visiting Baltimore for work. It’s an easy-to-locate basement apartment below their home, in a residential neighborhood that felt overall safe, especially for some of the surrounding areas, and it has a designated parking spot on a cul de sac. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, very comfortable with a nice bed with fresh linens, good pillows, and a very nice updated bathroom and shower. Tamra was very responsive and took care of a small detail that was missing immediately. Overall it was an convenient, cozy and comfortable stay!

Harrison was by far the best. The location was great and accessible to all the things my family wanted to do. His communication was great and always answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely go back if we visit DC again. Thank you Harrison for your hospitality. A+++

The location was great - 10 minutes from my son's house with easy access to stores and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood which felt private and safe. House was exactly as description read and Trish was very responsive.

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

This is a beautiful unit filled with comfortable amenities in a great location. It is located on a quiet street and is within walking distance to restaurants and local attractions. Sarah was a fantastic host who was extremely responsive and provided great local restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful time.

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

The house was perfect for our family. Great kitchen and my kids said the pull out couch was very comfy and thanks for the hot coco pods!!

This is a gem if you’re looking to walk DC! The convenience to the metro is amazing, you can walk or drive there with no traffic! There is an amazing little Mexican restaurant 5 minutes away, again, no traffic. It was easy to get in and out, had everything we needed for our stay and I knew the host was available anytime if I needed her. Will be back for my next DC trip for sure! Thanks Leslie!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Heather’s beautiful home. We had complete privacy in out suite, yet we enjoyed visiting with Heather. She is a remarkable woman. The home is a fantastic location for visiting the capitol and surrounding attractions. We rented ebikes a couple of days to get to the white house and the national archives. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

The place has great views on a nice end lot property; super natural light, high ceilings with comfortable beds! Highly recommended.
