Candice’s Capitol Hill apartment was perfect to explore all that DC had to offer! It was an easy walk to get to the US Capitol or to the Metro to go anywhere in DC easily. We greatly appreciated not having to drive. We were able to easily find a great parking spot very close to the apartment. The apartment was comfortable for our stay and allowed us to cook some simple meals when we chose not to eat out

Great location. Easy walk to metro, restaurants, stores, park. Peaceful neighborhood! Clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family!!!!

The home was perfect for our needs! It is an old row house so not very wide but the set up makes it feel spacious. The third bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a door as it is the open space at the bottom of the stairs but it still felt private. As with any old home with wood flooring, you can hear those staying with you but I never heard the neighbors (we had a baby with us so I know they heard her but they were gracious and friendly). Everything is updated and the beds were very comfortable. Maggie even had a pack n play sent over when we asked about one. She was very responsive and checked on us often. It is one block from the metro stop entrance and you don’t have to cross any main roads to get there! One more block to King St and you are at a bus stop. Buses and trolleys are feee on King St so that was very helpful and has stops every two blocks. We loved our stay here and always stay in Alexandria during our visits so we will be back to this rental! Thank you Maggie and neighbors!

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Natasha was so welcoming, and the place really has anything you would need! She is very responsive and the location is great. We enjoyed our stay, especially since we brought our dog!

Quiet place in a convenient location only a short drive from the Metro. Convenient groceries near by (Giant) and made for a great base as we balanced visiting sites in downtown DC with visiting relatives in Centreville.

Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful the minute we pulled up. The apt was just as she describes and some. My kids enjoyed the stay as well as us adults. So much to do and felt very safe and at home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

This getaway at Andy’s place was the best getaway ever! The view, privacy, big lawn, and friendly hosts - its a perfect package! I would definitely love to go back !!

Beth & Ben were excellent hosts! They were always attentive, responsive, caring and very friendly. If I ever need to stay in the Arnold/Annapolis area again, I will definitely check to see if their place is available first. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The place was perfect, clean, homey, comfortable and really unique. Loved the pool, cold plunge, sauna, screen porch. We had everything we needed from fresh flowers and cookies to convenient multiple charging stations by the beds. Loved the outdoor lighting and overall coziness of this place. Quiet and peaceful, sounds of the water lapping the shore, beautiful place to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Also found some great sea glass on the beach!! Love, love, loved staying here :)

This place was amazing! Beautifully updated with plenty of room for our family to stay and gather. The views of the bay were exceptional with sunsets on the water every night! Janet was a perfect host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

I stayed at SuCasa's place for a work trip and found it to be the perfect location for my needs. The building has some great common spaces, too, that were great for remote work. I loved the high floor and city view. The bed was especially comfortable, and the gym in the building was perfectly suited to my needs! Couldn't get much more convenient. I travel to Washington a lot and if I could stay here every week, I would!

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

We were two families with four children—two young adults heading to college and two spirited middle schoolers—and every one of us, regardless of age, found joy and peace here. From the breathtaking natural surroundings to the simple pleasure of kayaking through calm waters, each moment felt like a gentle reset for the soul. What truly elevated the experience was our host, Shawn. More than just a “super host,” she embodied hospitality in its finest form. Her attention to detail, her care for comfort, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home surpassed even the details of a Hollywood studio setting !

The little treehouse in Fairhaven is a perfect spot for a family visit. Close to the beach and easy to find. Very near the Harrington Harbour Yacht Club and other sporting amenities. Very affordable too. The kitchen was well equipped. The very large family room gave our family plenty of room to spread out. Terrific family break.

A nice stay with family. If you know what to expect it’s a lovely stay. The cottages are small but the scenery is beautiful. A little run down but perfectly fine just for sleeping for a weekend. We did encounter a lot of flies but we were right on the water. Overall a good stay. Definitely visit Tuggies if you love a good dive bar!

Home was spacious and very clean, nice layout with one bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, full bathrooms on both floors.

I highly recommend! The space was clean and looked just like the pictures, the location was perfect, the host was friendly and proactive. I would stay here again in the future.

We loved staying at Rafi's place and would definitely stay again for our next Baltimore trip. The house is just as described, with plenty for kids to do. There are also helpful items for young ones, like a baby gate and high chair and plastic ware for kids, plus lots of toys and games. The stairs are pretty steep but the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs is so helpful. If you're taller than 5'8", the basement ceiling has a few spots worth avoiding. Otherwise the house is great and we were so impressed by how responsive and proactive Rafi was. One small issue popped up and he had it handled very quickly. It was a great time and we so appreciate all of it.
